Terrible service so far. The workshop caused additional damages to my car. The good news is , they accepted negligence and are going to absorb the expenses to fix the damages they caused to my car (not the insurance company) including providing me with a rental car while they repairs is being done (not the insurance company). Not a good business model for this workshop. Buddy, the manager was very helpful.

When you go to Caliber Collision they are the best and keep you updated every step of the way. We had an issue with the front when we left the repair shop to where some screws came loose and it sounded like something was dragging. We got a call from Buddy this morning and he told us to bring it in and he took a look at it. He got it fixed till the new part came in and made sure that we were set. The customer service is superior from any body shop that I have been too and they will be my go too body shop from now on.. keep up the great work buddy and team :-) you made what was a stressful experience into a good one.**update 08/17/2023Literally the best customer service out there. Had an issue and brought it by the shop and he took care of it. Thank you buddy you have a loyal customer and we will send folks your way

The customer service was OUTSTANDING. They go over the damages with you, they will let you know what will be done to the vehicle and how long it will take approximately. I received text updates on a weekly basis at least 3 times per week letting me know what was being done to my vehicle. When the vehicle is done, they go over the work done with you and they are open to answer any questions you have. The results were outstanding, my vehicle looked brand new.

I was so pleasantly surprised. After hearing friends and families experiences with other body shops I was expecting the process to be drawn out. I ended up getting my car back a week sooner than expected. Darily was pleasant and kept me updated through the entire process.

Great customer service, I was informed of the progress of my car everyday. Was also helpful with having to leave my car rental when I picked up my car, so the car rental could pick it up from the shop. My car looks new again and I could not be more happier.

Horrible turnaround time and communication my car has been in the shop since November and it s going on to April and have no updates on a rear body panel coming in. After weeks of asking for an update and photos they finally said something and sent me a few. Told me they expected the part to come in mid march and work to be done by the end of March and they would call me once the part arrived. I never got the call about the part needed arriving. I have emailed, and sent texts out to my rep and the GM. No response. Was worried to post a review because they still have my car and now I am worried they won t install the parts correctly but they have left me no choice.

Once the car was done we were satisfied. It was the timeframe that it took after telling us it would be a week, turned into almost a month. But the work was done well.

As a first time caliber collision customer, I am completely satisfied! The communication, the urgency to make it right so I can get back to my normal routine was on full display through their customer service. The outcome of the repairs definitely met my expectations! I will recommend, and if ever in need of work on any other vehicles, I would be a definite returning customer. Thank you again Buddy, Darilys, and the techs, involved for making it perfect! I was recommended to this location in regards to some concerns with my bumper. They were courteous, professional and very communicative. My insurance company recommended this place as one of their service partners and made me an appointment. Showed up here and met with the front counter person, gave her my name and she said I did not have an appointment and they don t take walk ins. I tried to explain I had an appointment and provided the claim number and insurance company name and she said she couldn t find me and they did not take walk ins, she said all I could do was leaver her my information so she can make me an appointment at a later time. After calling my insurance company they confirmed I did have an appointment which later the front counter person said they had a new system in place and couldn t find me the first time around. What I don t understand is how she didn t check the old system or tried to help her customer. The whole time she dismissed me and was rude. Wouldn t even acknowledge my presence while I was there. I won t ever use this place again !

Unfortunately I was involved in a hit and run while parked. My insurance company recommended caliber collision. I made the appointment right away and at the same time the staff was open and honest about the time it would take, process, and scheduling. The staff at caliber collision kept open communication throughout and even completed the work ahead of schedule! In addition to their open communication, the staff was knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend caliber collision! And, if I ever need body work again I will certainly head back to caliber collision!Service: Body & Trim

Love this place! They keep you updated/informed during the repair process. They did some body and paint job on my 2016 VW Jetta and it turned out to be the exact same color and the quality of the job was amazing. Caliber was a shop that my insurance does business with. I'm so glad that I went there. They were friendly and professional. They kept me updated daily on my repairs. They made it very easy with helping with my car rental. Everything with my repair was great!! I will absolutely return to their shop if ever needed in the future. I was backed into a few months back and the insurance sent me there for the repairs. The show confirmed the repairs but the insurance mixed up the information and ended up doing a extra 1800 bucks worth of work to the guy. They didn't realize their mistake till too late and wanted to charge me for it. That's when Buddy stepped in and helped me get in contact with their manager and sort everything out. Great service. If you need a repair guy look for Buddy. He'll take care of you

I had a minor accident while on vacation. When I returned home, I went to Caliber Collision to have my car repaired. I am so glad that I did!! The service was absolutely fantastic, the repairs looked like brand new and they had detailed my car when I picked it up!! I couldn't have asked for anything more!!
