We bought a battery from this AutoZone and ended up having a problem with it. We took it back today and Caleb took great care of us. He listened to the problem, got his manager (Desandre?) and they quickly changed it out. Definitely will be coming back. Thank you!

Las Lentas were amazing !! The service provided was exceptional and I truly enjoy going to shop there . You can see how well they all work together and treat each other like family . That is what a work environment should be .great team work specially where one forgot to print me the receipt the other did it, and when the other forgot to give me a bag , the other associate gave it to me . They are all on top of each other making sure no mistakes are done and if there is they help each other as a team . Amazing work . Keep up the hard work and providing outstanding customer service.

I always come to AutoZone with my auto parts needs. The employees are very helpful and the manager is excellent. They will diagnose your auto problem and sell parts for it. They will change your wiper blades for you. I highly recommend them

Me and my Dad went in with a bad battery so Esteban helped us out alot took his time did what he could to get going it was busy that night at the store but he was great with wonderful customer service. Thank you again Esteban. Customer service is not easy but you did great, keep up the excellent work.

We are full time RV travelers. We needed a new battery delivered because the truck is our only means of transportation and our battery was completely dead.We ordered online with same day delivery. We kept getting our delivery times changed all day long. We called Autozone in Kissimmee and Arlene went above and beyond to find a way to get our new battery to us. Thank you Arlene and Kissimmee Autozone.

Staff was nice and knowledgeable. Not well stocked, would have had to go to 2 other auto parts to pick up spark plugs because not one had them all.

ESTEBAN THE MANAGER HE GIVES THE WORSE COSTUMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!! I did the line patiently, when it was my turn to get assistance and he started to walk me and then he started to assist another costumer without paying attention to me. I don t know anything about cars and he was EXTREMELY RUDE with me. Even when I was getting out of the store others costumers were telling me they couldn t believe how bad he treated me.. Jason, the other worker he was trying to help me and to make it up the manager s bad attitude (Esteban is his name) HE SHOULDN T BE WORKING IN COSTUMER SERVICE. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER

Went into the store to purchase headlight bulds for my vehicle. Great customer service from the cashier answering my many questions and the gentleman, Escobar, that installed the bulbs into my vehicle. Great and successful experience

Just went to this auto zone the service was beyond amazing friendly they help me in what I needed today!!!! But I do have to complain about the inside of store how hot and humid it is in there!!! I was sweating it is very sad and upsetting that they have the workers working in these conditions. I as a customer who comes here frequently will like and request to please fix the a/c.

Came in with old brake pads, the manager came over. Told me he was amazed I kept them still in the origional box. Did the swap, left with new pads. Easy transition. Thank you AutoZone!!

I came to the Autozone on 4441 W Vine St. in Kissimmee, Fl with a problem with my battery and with the check engine light on. Raul, one of the service advisors there was a great help. He checked my car and helped me with everything I needed to replace my battery, and also reset all my warning lights at the end. I m really happy with the service that Raul provided and with Autozone overrall!

On June 12th, we went to Store 6329 to get our battery tested, as it had died while we at the airport, forcing us to get a boost.The battery definitely needed to be replaced. Arleen saw us waiting inside and quickly took command of the situation. She immediately explained the various battery options, ordered it and Steven O assisted us, completing the installation. Both Steven and Arleen were too-notch and professional. They were very considerate to our issue, friendly and dedicated to giving us the best client experience. I work in the customer service field and can say that both Steven and Arleen are an asset to Auto Zone and should be valued because not everyone has the same work ethic.

First of all if i could give zero stars i would, i knew exactly what i needed when i walked into the store the representative Alejandro insisted that he was a mechanic and i get a different piece and I listened to him and that was my mistake i'll own up to that, i went home and tried it out and it didnt work for my vehicle of course, so i went back to get the piece i needed i showed alejandro pictures of my vehicle and what i was trying to do (i needed a new terminal connector for my positive battery post mine had corroded,became very loose to the point of coming off while driving) insisted that i needed the piece that i had originally came in for and while talking to this man he just up and walked away to try and prove a point by putting it on one of the batteries he had in stock i then walked over to the man and said that if he was actually listening he would understand that the piece would not work with my stock wire connectors i was not replacing the wires just the metal piece that connects to the battery he just chuckled and said that he was a mechanic and it would work if i was doing it right, i again tried to explain that the piece i have on my car made the piece i bought too long and it wouldnt connect, the next time i just simply bought the wrong piece cause i was going to strip the wires then realized i wouldnt have enough wire left if i did, when i returned to the store to get to an alternate plan to just widen the whole in the connector that was stock for the car he remained to mock me saying he was a mechanic and im doing it wrong to be in the store so often buying different pieces and he was very rude and unprofessional he should just allow me to buy whatever i want with my money a friendly input is fine but dont try and force your opinion just because you think you know so much, every car is different any actual mechanic knows that and one piece might not fit all mine original plan worked just fine and only took 5mins, i will not be returning to this store at all ever. Ive included pictures of my broken terminal the connector that connects my wires together and the finished product with my plan

I wanted to give and extended appreciation to a worker by the name of Carlos located at the auto zone o Vineland rd and W. 192, we brought my car in which was about to die to get the issue checked, my grey 2020 dodge journey, happens to have the battery underneath in which we did not have a jack for, we told him we was going to go get the jack from my apartment, which was around the corner and come back, well, when we came back, he wasHelping another customer which he was advised, was his last customer, my husband insisted that he helped us being that we had to leave really quick and get a jack to get the job done to continue the job, it was already around the time the store closes and he went above, and beyond to assist us that his manager kept telling him to hurry up, now, this is the type of customer service that we need everywhere!! I really hope he did not get in trouble by his boss for going above and beyond!!!

I went to that location to exchange some parts that I bought at another store.I was helped by Didsonia Salgado,which took her time to provide me with an excellent costumer service and helped me to make the exchange as easy and comfortable an in a timely matter. ,.What caught my attention was that she was singing and looked so happy helping me,that provided me a feel of comfort and a really good vibe.The experience was really good and wanted to let you( the managements) know that..Good Job Didsonia Salgado for such amazing costumer service!..Definitely my new store to go to!.

Itonic things of life, my battery died at the parking. Luis Guzman, Manager was Fantastic!!! Kindly came up to car, verified my battery (dead), helped me get a new one and installed it. All in a heartbeat, besides being very friendly! Thank you!!!!

It is January 30th at 12:50pm. I called 3 times talk to a Spanish lady and wasput on holdfor over 5 minutes each. When i was able to ask a question the 3rd try about a product, and was put on hold again. If I was the owner I would be very upset the amount of business they are most likely loosing. This is not good customer service. Will not be going to this Autozone anymore. There are many other stores like this one near by to not have to deal with this lack of service. If they are understaffed, she needs to state that and let me know. I can only assume and guess that she was just blowing me off not wanting to do her job. If she didn't know the question, just say you do not know. I would respect that more than how she dealt with the situation. I was only able to speak with her for about 15 seconds and waited about 20 minutes between all 3 calls.
