This place is a bait and switch. They placed a coupon for a tune up, it was a great price $190, immediately called and scheduled an appointment. I confirmed on the phone that my cars make and model and confirmed they could do it at that price. Roll around to Tuesday morning, the morning of my appointment, I show up with the coupon and now suddenly they are unable to do the work. When the gentleman saw what was listed on the coupon he said all of that done , he then proceeded to ask me to pay 410 stating that he never knew the kind of car and that they have no idea. I even stated I was willing to go to a lower quality part and just come back sooner, however he stated he wouldn t do that.What I believe happened is he did not want to actually do the work that was supposed to be honoredBy definition it s a bait and switch. Don t fall for it here.

It's a trap do not take your car there. He claims to be a Christian godly man. I asked for my car which he has held for yrs now and when my bank wanted to get it he didn't give it to the bank. there's nothing nice about this man he is a wolf in sheep's clothing. Take your car to someone else. Good luck.

These guys are the best in the business...honest and the owner always give it to you straight. I highly recommend them to anyone whose looking to get their vehicle repaired on time and on the first time...my 20-year old Ford runs like new.

I need it repairs on my truck,gave this place a call last week ,spoke with Mike nice professional, delighted to speak with, so went in this morning, the place is nice and clean for a shop,very welcoming met Mike very nice person in person as well,anyway. .they took my truck in ,I brought my own parts,rack and pinion and axles,they did a great job my truck is running smooth ,no more shaking and running of road...they are very helpful and the prices are reasonable, I would definitely come back with my vehicles, it's hard to find a trustworthy shop,trust me been there done that...Thank you so much..A little place of gold...

I took my car in and saw Mike and he was able to fix my issues in such a timely manner and did a great job and my car now works great! I would definitely recommend him to any of my family and friends. Mike and his team do great work!

Mike is great, very informative and trustworthy. May take a little longer than expected but that's nothing compared to the others who aren't trustworthy and just want your money. He even helps with payment plans. I've been going to him four years!Thanks Mike!

Mike has worked on 2 of my older cars previously and again recently replaced AC in my wife s Cadillac. Stayed later than usual to finish it up just so we had it for weekend. The best shop. I've been going to this shop for more than 18 years. I've seen Mike's kids growing up right in front of my eyes. Now, his sons are working there. He is always good to me, and stays truthful about the problems in my cars. I always recommend people to go to his shop.

Mike is the most honest and best mechanic shop in Kissimmee. I've been taking my cars to him over 10 years. He gives you options and his work is under warranty. What more you want from a mechanic??

Mike is a very honest person. He lets you know in advance on anything that might come up. I didn't even have an appointment today but he was very flexible and went out of his way to help me and my over heating issue. I don't know anything about cars and the only person I trust in the area of Florida that I live in is Mike. Please bring him your car and you will be happy.

At the recommendation of my father who was in the car business for years we started taking our vehicles to Mike at Quick Stop and haven't stopped since. He is trustworthy which is so hard to find these days in anything you do. Never had a problem and have recommended several friends and family there also.

Not sure where to start from, One thing I am sure off. Not me or any of my family or friends going back there again. I trusted him with four of our cars always paid high and never question Mike price I thought he was a friend but I find out it was not the case. It is all about money which I don't mind as long as he was getting the job done. I always think he is a good he is a good mechanic, I was wrong all the times never had a major problem in any of our cars but always coast a lot of money to fix and once again I didn't mind as long as he was getting the job done. Till the last time I visited his place to find out about a small a light planking in my dashboard from here start the problem first time he told I need to change two oxygen sensors even so I want out and checked the price of the parts he charged me double the price + labor , once I left his shop the light continue to plank again I went back to him and waited for more than two hours then he come up with the AWD shaft is broken and need to be change and he have to order the parts and should get it within two to three days but I have to leave him a deposit of about 75% of total coast and I did, I waited for 8 days and since I did not receive any call from him I decide to call him to find out that he got the parts and forget to call me which I think it was a lie he was waiting to finish others work then he will call me when he is not busy......it was not fair he hold me by taking a deposit. Any way I went back to him they work on changing the parts and he explain that the problems was cause by a broken plastic pieces and he did clean , changed the parts and fixed the problems I greeted him and walked out, once again within one block the light continue to blank again as before I went back to him and he discuss the situation with his workers then told me that I need to change 5 switches and should be around $535:00 + what I had paid that would be around $1300:00 and the problem still there, At that time I have enough of lie and I explain to him in a nice way how disappointed and dissatisfied I am with him, I have every document to prove my words and I can challenge him to call me a liar. I now feel my duty is to let everyone know my experience with him and his shop. Once again I never though I would write a bad review about Mike shop but I am sorry never back to your shop again not even for free. we spent in your shops between my self and our friends and family thousands of dollars and all start from me before even you have your shop and you was still working for the other people on 192, we have been mistreated by you. May God bless all of us

We have been to this mechanic for a couple years now and due to no better option we are forced to deal with the mediocre professionals. We have been stressed out over the time of repair and our family has been unable to transport ourselves to work and school efficiently for several weeks.The mechanic will give us an estimate of when the repair will be done and this estimate has never been accurate. On average the repair gets done 2 to 4 weeks after the quote. We are held hostage because our vehicle is placed at their location.The mechanic orders parts from unreliable sources like eBay and then often makes mistakes.There has been an occasion where we paid more than $500 for an A/C repair that took 1 month.Another occasion cost us $1,200 to fix a window and then a couple weeks afterwards it broke again.Please be cautious about this mechanic.

Very informal! U have an appointment and supposed to take 30 min in fix a problem and they take an entire day instead, and sometimes they don't finish the work !! Left my car yesterday at 4 pm to put just a plastic, they told me that they gonna call me when it's ready and they didn't and close the place, now I don't have my car lol.. incredible

They don't care about customers, pay for a alignment and the car still the same and they charge me full price on it, tooked the car for the cv joint and still doing the same sound, spent almost $700 and nothing change on the car, they always try to sell you something else.
