Henry is an extremely skilled technician. In addition, he is one of the kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, and he is one of the few truly honest mechanics around. He never over-sells you or overcharges you, and many times will work with you on prices. Henry does quality work, and stands behind everything he does. I have been going to him for years and I have never had a problem with his work. The only issue I had was when I got an alternator replaced, the new one had a faulty regulator on it, so I had to go back. Henry got me a brand new alternator (despite the fact that I paid for a rebuilt one to save myself some money) and put it in for me without charging me a dime more for the more expensive part. Our entire family have been bringing our vehicles to him for over 15 years for anything we need done. We have changed cars a few times since then, but we will always keep Henry as our mechanic. We all know that we can trust Henry 100% to do quality work at a fair price. He takes care of our vehicles as if they were his own. Also despite being very busy, he has a fast turnaround time, and has never taken longer than promised to repair our vehicles. When we drop a vehicle off for repair, we know that if he says it will be done that afternoon, it will be, without a doubt, and it will be done right.If you re looking for a very good, and more importantly, a trustworthy technician that does quality work, and won t overcharge you, then you definitely need to take your vehicle to Henry. His shop is always busy for a reason, because he has many loyal customers including My Family and I. Next time you need a repair on your vehicle, call around to some of the other shops first to see how much they will charge you, and then call Henry. Chances are you ll be shocked at the price difference, and you ll realize how much the other places overcharge you. If you take your vehicle to Henry, you won t be dissatisfied, and you won t be broke afterwards either.Thank you Henry for all that You Do!

Mr. Henry is a Wonderful gentleman. His place has many vehicles there? Meaning a very busy shop. He's Trustworthy. He Worked on my 1999. F150 pick up truck. I live in the state of Georgia. I believe through his repairs. I will pass Georgia's Emissions test. ( Thanks .).

I wanted to put "0" star rating, but it wouldn't let me submit without at least picking one. I wouldn't be surprised if the owner tells people to post good reviews about them. I was going to him for 20 years and he is no longer the mechanic he used to be. I took my Maxima to him around February for the timing chains and I kept telling them you could smell burning oil ( second time for timing chains in 2 years) and when I was given my car back, the car had a noise that I brought to their attention and they claimed they could not hear it. After about 3 1/2 months, the noise got louder and I brought it up to him again and he stated "the warranty for my work is expired". After insisting he check the car out, he told me he did and that to junk the car because it was the oil pressure and the car would stop working soon. I took it to Firestone for a second opinion and they told me it WAS the timing chain. Then I took it to another mechanic for a third opinion and "it was the timing chain". I gave the job to the third mechanic and when he took my car apart and showed me the parts, the job I thought Henry and his mechanics did was NEVER done. My car is still being repaired right now and I went to look at the parts that were supposedly changed and Henry took my money (over $1200) and never did a thing to my car. The timing chain was riding on the water pump!! Every part that has to do with that job was broken and old! Even the engine cover that was put back on my car after they did the work, was not my engine cover. My engine cover was clean and the one they put back on my vehicle looked like someone chewed it up and spit it out. All of the screws and everything that had to be screwed down were not screwed down or missing. A metal socket for one of their tools was found where the engine is as well. Good mechanics do not leave their tools behind like that. As far as a receipt for the work, I must have asked a million times for my receipt and was always given an excuse, which tells me that he never ordered one part and took my money. I have known him for 20 years and I would never have thought that he would do me wrong this way and risk me and my family's lives like that. It is costing me an additional $1500 to get my car repaired after I paid over $1200 only 9 months ago for the same job. They are a bunch of liars and I would question any work they do to anyone's cars. Lesson learned the hard and expensive way. The owner and one of his other mechanics would tell me "you're like a daughter to me, I'll take care of you, you're family". If that's how they treat their "daughters" or "family", imagine how they treat a stranger. Don't take your car here. If you do, make sure you have someone who knows what they are doing check your car afterwards.
