I don't know how this store survives!! Every time I've gone into it, there's no visible salesperson, there's no one at the cash register, you have to wait a long time for someone to appear, and they don't know anything you ask for!! They just say (we have what you see) How do they put sellers who don't know their product? I've already tried about 4 times because it's the closest to my house and today was the last!!

We had a bad situation with our vehicle and Chris from your Kissimmee store went out of his way to assist us. He walked a block and a half and installed a new battery in our vehicle and then had us drive it over to the store where he tested the alternator and determined it was bad. We really appreciated his assistance!

Let me start off by saying I don t typically review non restaurants but the service I received here was absolutely amazing. The employee that helped me was named Bryan. He was very polite explaining what could possibly be wrong with my battery and the possible solutions. He ended up replacing my battery for me and it was quick and efficient. I will definitely be returning here for any car needs.

The staff is very friendly and quite helpful. I did find that although diversity is great, the staff that assist customers needs to be proficient in English. I had such a difficult time understanding the cashier I left and purchased over 60 dollars on merchandise at Auto Zone. Other than that it was great.

This is a fantastic auto parts store!! Honestly one of the easiest experiences I ve ever had in an auto store. As soon as I walked in, someone was ready to help me check what the check engine light on my car was, and they were able to give me advice on what to do with it. The clerk that helped me also helped me find the best headlights for my car since they were dimming, and got windshield wiper fluid for me. Overall, they made it a quick and seamless experience, and I left the auto shop feeling confident that everything had been done in my best interests. I highly recommend!!

Bryan Refused to price match. He said we can t price match home-depot for some rain x. I looked online at their website and it says that they will price match competitors but doesn t mention any. I took my business to Autozone across the street and they matched it no problem.

Do not buy anything from this horrific location. I purchased a starter here via the online pick up in store method. The online system failed to send me an email with the confirmation code, which I told the customer service representative the day that I picked up the item. I was told that if I returned my core, I would receive my 22 dollar deposit back. Upon returning to the store, I was told that they couldn't find me in the system. I showed them an email from Advance which clearly stated, "Thank you for your recent starter purchase. . .", to show proof that I had purchased the starter from there. They said that it didn't matter, and there was nothing they could do. They told me to call their HR (which doesn't even make sense (they probably meant customer service) and gave me a phone number. I was holding for 30 minutes and was never answered. The idea that people shop here is incredulous, and their employees need to figure out how to actually help people. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

One of the worst stores for customer service I have dealt with. Any time you have a part to warranty swap that was ordered online and picked up at a different store they tell you to go back to that store for the warranty swap. That is not how this works. The associates in this store need to be properly trained on how to deal with these situations. It is not the 1st time it has happened here and has never happened at any other store. Also the company itself needs to integrate online purchases into their store systems so warranty returns/swaps are smoother. They process these as no receipt returns and will lock out your account. You are treated like you are returning regular items for money or merch cards. It's truly a joke.

I want to thank Advanced Auto Parts for helping my wife while I was out of town. Her car battery died and she was able to get it jumped and brought it to this location. When she got there a female employee helped my wife get a battery, removed the old one, and installed the new one. I ve been to this store a few times and they always help whenever your in need. Thanks again for helping my wife.

in doing this review because I can't believe that they would sell me this bottle of soap at double the coast. they tried to price match it but there system wouldn't let them. I just paid $14.00 for bottle of meguires wash and wax when at Walmart the have it advertised for $7.29. cambr believe how bad they are gouging these prices. I hope someone sees this and doesn't get robbed right in there face like I did. Only bought it cause I had already passed Walmart

None of the employees wearing masks. And I was wearing one and they kept walking closer to me to talk, which is n't pretty inconsiderate.Also No foaming engine degreaser on the shelves

I stopped to get freon and Jonathan help me and came out and looked at the car and said I didn't need it and just tighten everything up for me for free. I really appreciate it his help

I was helped but first person I asked for help told me they'd help me & because it was time for them to go home they left and never told anyone I needed help, Just left without letting me know someone else would have to help me I found this out because I asked for the young man & they told me he had left. The good thing is the next person was very patient and calm & was very willing to help me

Worst warranty ever. If you buy a battery from a Advance you need to keep the receipt for the length of the warranty (no matter if it s 3 or 2 years) or they ll find 100.000 excuses to not cover it!

They provide the service, but the employee interaction with the customer it is the worst! The desire to help is cero, and the employee was more interested in read the his Facebook post than help the customer. Sad!

Needed rear window wiper. Counter agent took off old wiper and replaced with new wiper without any charge and very, very courteous. Thank you very much. You will be seeing me again and often.

07/22/17 They helped my sister with her car battery issue and tried diligently to clean one of the connectors that was corroded... discovered battery had slight crack by that same connector which was the reason for car not starting and that bad build-up.
