Could sit there for 2 hours and no one would even acknowledge you. Rude owner that doesn't even make eye contact during a conversation, 2 time I've had bad service and last time a patch that didn't make tire hold any air. I love rays auto buy will no longer use them for tire related stuff due to them sharing service with Rivera. Wish they would stop paying people to post good reviews or asking friends and family to post good reviews.

I stopped by on my Golf cart and they fix my tire in no time at all. Fast and great service and the staff was so kind to me. I would recommend this place hands down!

Excellent service, fixed our flat trailer tire and got us back on the road. Room to turn around out back, no trouble dealing with truck towing a trailer. Convenient location next to grocery store, able to run an errand during service.

Extremely kind, knowledgeable, and fast. My day started off challenging and they made it better. Shortly and I left for work I had a flat tire, so I came home and got my husband's truck. Ten minutes down the road, his tire light came on. I took both vehicles to them and they had them both fixed in under an hour. This includes me going to the house to get the other vehicle. I had a screw in my tire and he needed a sensor.

If I could give them zero stars I would and I dont give bad reviews but the guys and owner here really dropped the ball. Took my ranger in to switch over one set of tires onto my set of rims the guy was extremely rude. After leaving the shop I was headed home when something flew off my truck when I got stopped and looked around my truck on highway 100 I noticed my 4x4 front hub had flown off. Not knowing any better I decided to ease it on home. On the way home it started making a popping noise coming from my front axle. After I got home I realized that 4x4 hub is the only thing that holds my front axle onto the wheel hub assembly and it is flopping around inside the wheel hub. Luckily I made it home safely and I returned to the shop today in a different vehicle to explain what happened. Once again extremely rude the mechanic that did the work on my truck offered to pay half of the price to replace the hub on my truck but it wouldnt arrive for 2 weeks. Then the owner refused to offer any help at all stating it was fine when it left them and it was my fault however if it were fine when it left them then it shouldnt have parts flying off of it 5 minutes down the road. Extremely unprofessional experience I do not recommend anyone going here at all.

Fair prices and fast effective services. I've been here a few times. A couple times for plugging a tire. Once for a complete brake job. All work was good.

They always take care of me here! Stopped in first thing on a Monday morning with a bad tire. They brought me right in, got a new tire on my van and I rolled out 30 minutes later! Super reasonable price too!

Was in need of mounting a tire on a rim and after getting a few quotes, I decided I was going to mount it myself, but then came across Rivi�re tire. More than half the price of somebody else that was trying to mount it tire for us. Thanks for your help. You ve gained a customer for life.

Looking for trailer tires! Called, the price was excellent and I didn t have to wait! They took the rims out of the truck and had them on, maybe 10 minutes! Excellent service! Very respectful people! Absolutely would refer people to them! Thank you!

I was there right after they opened. I was the only customer. I had a tire with separation. It was changed like a NASCAR pit crew. I was there probably 15 minutes. They were a friendly group.

I searched Google and found this shop last Monday. I had found my front tire on my truck had a 1/4 bolt stuck into the tread. I had tried to repair it myself with a plug. That slowed the leak down but didn t fix it. I took the tire to the shop and dropped it off explaining to them what had happened. They informed me that if it could be repaired, they would do it. I left the tire there and returned and my tire was repaired much to my pleasant surprise. I honestly thought it had ruined the tire. They were prompt, courteous, honest and did an excellent job. I will do business with this shop again. I highly recommend.

Very friendly got me in and out in like 10 min and my tire had been filled 3 times in just few hrs. I'll be going back long as wanting new because they don't do used tires

Great friendly service fast service from reliable people who know what they're doing and the owner is a great help and community supporter supporting the local community and economy and the people of it and doing wonderful things to help the community good prices comparable with other places but him and his team go out of their way to help people that need it and some people that are stranded like my fiance thought she had a flat tire and took her car there to be serviced come to find out she had a bent rim on the inside they took the tire off and the rim off and fixed it put it back on air the tire backed up and didn't charge her a thing and she only had $5 on her and gave the service guy that as a tip what other place does that and I've seen some of their employees help stranded people on the side of the road with blown out tires and changing tires and not charge them anything doing it out of the kindness of their heart and right behind her there was another old lady that needed air in her tire and they heard her tire up and she was disabled they didn't charge her anything these are good upstanding citizens of the community and I wish they were a part of my Shriners Lodge or a part of my Masonic Lodge we need more good honest decent people like that in this world And these people should be recognized for everything they do they will help out the local food bank they help out the lake ministries they have help out the local churches and schools and fundraisers they help out the baseball team the football team and they do a lot of community support and a lot of community work for the city of keystone and don't ask nothing for it and I think the community already give them their support

They took care of me right before closing time. I had a set of used tires from a friend and they mounted and balanced them for a better price than anyone else I spoke to. They've answered every time I called including when I was calling around yesterday during lunch to see who had a fair price that could get me in. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future!

Everyone has usually been pretty nice at this place in the past but I felt like I was talking to myself this last time I went, every person I said hi and have a nice day to might as well not been there. I could've understood a bit more if they were busy but I was literally the only person there. It takes 2 secs to say niceties to a paying customer, that's how you get them to return. Especially when you're not the cheapest place to go.

I went in to just get tires put on and was in and out in 30 min. The price was not bad. The guys were friendly and very nice. They have a good system going. This is the second time I've used them and have been happy both times.

We discovered a flat on our RV while starting to travel to our next location. Luckily, I found Rivi�re Tire on my phone. I gave them 5 stars because all three young men got up to help us, and one took over, then. He found the problem, and it was taken care right away. They were very nice and courteous, honest, I would highly recommend them!
