I had an issue with my truck halfway down on my way to Key Largo for the weekend. I called them explaining the situation and told them I could be there in two hours. Without hesitation they told me to bring it in. I was able to limp there and drop off my truck where they were able to diagnose the problem and resolve quickly so I was able to return home as I was planning. Very honest and straightforward guys to deal with. I really appreciated their honest help in a very stressful time. Thanks again guys for your openness and honesty.

A special thanks to the staff at Price Auto during this past week! Chris, Julio, Anthony and Brandon are to be commended for their honesty, dedication and quality service!We ordered new tires and within a day they were ordered, replaced and balanced - amazing one day service! While replacing our tires, Chris pointed out an oil leak coming from the oil pan and had mentioned that the last person to work on this had over torqued the bolt causing it to break off. We were aware of this problem back in Canada but it appeared minor at the time. We should have had Price Automotive do the work that day but opted to go to the dealership in Homestead as we thought the repair would be covered under warranty. Big mistake ! We made an appointment but after much back and forth with the dealership and not willing to honor any warranty work, plus shaft us with an exorbitant cost just to diagnose the problem and give us up to 2 weeks to get the car serviced, we drove right back to Chris who had quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and had Anthony do a great job of repairing, cleaning, retapping the bolt and getting our car back on the road that same afternoon. Where else does one get this incredible service!We greatly appreciate the great work you all do and most highly recommend you to anyone with auto repair needs!Many Thanks!

This place was great! The staff was quick & friendly, helping my husband and myself (very pregnant) with a repair on our rental car while on our babymoon. Could not be more grateful for their assistance in our time of need.

I love Price automotive repair. They were very knowledgeable and explained exactly what it was they needed to do to repair the automobile. They would even show you the parts that had to be replaced. Explaining what was wrong with them. Very reasonably priced for an auto repair shop. I would recommend this auto repair shop to anyone.

Needed to have a tire mounted and balanced after I got a flat.Called up Price automotive and spoke to Chris. He had me set up, in and out and back on the road quickly and with no issues.Happy to have a local professional garage with such outstanding service.Service: Tires

Place is a joke factory, with Mr Tito and the owner scamming people as they come through the doors. Avoid that hole ! The owner meant to call me 2 weeks ago, never did. They are good with estimates, but you'll find half of the parts hasn't been touched/replaced, although Tito orders them for you! I have commented once for Price Automotive in Tavernier and how Professional and Great they are. Their prices are fair and reasonable. They are Reliable and quick also!!! Now even better they have expanded to Key Largo too!!!A very definite Good sign that they are able to expand because the business is doing well... and We All know in the Keys how word of mouth will either make or break you here.... So Congratulations "Price Automotive" keep up the good work!!! We need more companies like you keeping it Real and Honest!!!

We had a flat and lost the key to our lug nuts. On his way home he stopped on the side of the road with the tool to help us. Awesome people.

Extremely high quality of service. We got our rental checked, got to use the phone and were provided a place to stay while waiting for a new car. The staff is amazing, professional and quick, helped us a lot. Highly recommended

Took my truck in to investigate a shake at low speeds. Phoned later saying the entire front end needed to be redone ($6500) Obviously did not do this. Looked myself and found nothing wrong! Took it for second opinion and it was a separated rear tire! Nothing to do with front end! Experience left me with sour taste. I try to use local companies but not this one!

These guys are fantastic! My wife and I were passing through town on a short vacation and picked up a stray nail in the tire of our rental car. I have been bringing my vehicle here for 20+ years. Always fast,fair,precise and reasonably priced. I recommend my friends there. Bob, the owner, always explains what the problem is in detail. They don't forget about you..he'll call & keep you posted - not leave you hanging. He can be trusted

From the moment the owner first spoke to me, there was a sense of trust and openness. I had a noise coming from my vehicle that was worrying me being that I was on a road trip and the owner directly addressed me and took it for a test drive to get an idea of the severity of the noise. He gave me his professional opinion that the noise and the way it drove didn t raise any severe concern. If I ever have an issue with my vehicle anywhere on the keys or south Florida, I m bringing it straight to this man!

My tire exploded on the way to key west. I have a German car with a more rare tire size and couldn't find any tires in the area. This shop was nice enough to put my spare on for me within a 5 minute notice. The tech was extremely polite and had me back up and running in minutes :)I ended up special ordering a tire for my car in key west thank goodness it all worked out! But I wouldn't have made it to key west with out Key largo auto and tire! Thanks guys!

Bob (owner) is it true gentleman and an asset to his profession. he took in my truck at the time he told me he would then worked tirelessly to understand an odd problem with my transmission. Prices are fair and services are great.

Spent a whole day here and rented a vehicle because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my van. After a Google search it Ended up being a mass airflow sensor . A 10 minute roadside repair.

Drove my Jeep Wrangler down from Tampa to the Keys. Got a slow flat from a busted stem. The place where I was staying recommended I call Bob. I did, and he took care of me that day, even calling up to the local Auto Zone to make sure they took care of me for something. That may not seem like a big deal, but I really appreciated how he handled everything honestly, professionally, and personally.

It s too bad the world doesn t have more men like Bob!!! Cannot say enough about how he took the time to look at our car, diagnose it and make a recommendation for repair while we were on our way to Key West with our 2001 BMW!!! What s even more amazing is that he wasn t even going to charge us!! Hope the goodness comes back to you 10 fold Bob!!!!

We had a tire leaking air and needed to get it checked and fixed. The reviews were excellent so we chose this shop. Don t be fooled by the outside appearance (easy to pass on the road). The service was efficient and fair. Nice to support the local small businesses.
