I spoke with the manager Mike on April 3 concerning some brake work that he quoted me in March. I showed him the quote and was told to leave my vehicle and it will be ready before closing. I got a call back from Mik stating that his boss told him he could not honor the quote due to the mileage. I then asked him about the miles and he said that I had over 25,000 miles since the quote in March, which was impossible. He told me that I had 139,000 miles in March and now I have Almost 160,000 miles I told him that it s impossible and he gave me a new quote over $500 compared to the original quote that was $180 and I told him that I need to think about it and call him back And as I was talking, the phone call dropped I called him back and asked him what happened and he said he had other guests standing in front of him and he said he was very busy. However, I told him I need the work done regardless, he called me back within 45 minutes and said my car was ready. I am missing a lug nut also! I will be contacting Firestone as well concerning this matter, since they are the primary credit card account.

If I could give it a -5 stars I would. Mike was a complete and utter disappointment was promised tires for my Lexus arrived at 12:30 told him I would wait paste around the shopping center for four hours. Finally went home after a couple more hours I called to find out that the tires were not even there That had to be ordered I would expect a little bit more professionalism from an employee when they know that someone is wasting their time and their day standing outside, waiting on something they cannot even provide very disappointing would not recommend this location to anyone ever please feel free with any questions as I am very thorough on my notes. Incompetent employees management should really consider training in a bit more cleanliness.

I was traveling with my family in Jupiter and I noticed that my tire was losing air overnight so I drove to tire plus and asked if they can take a look at my tire. Upon checking it, a technician told me that the tire can t be patched because it was dry rot . My car is 2 years old and tires DOT 4720. That s 3 years old. Tire lifespan usually 7-10 years before you can see the sign of dry rot. So I wasn t so sure where he s getting that idea from. I drove off without any hesitations. Just a warning to any customers !!! Stay away from this type of establishment. Bad business practice!!! Not honest at all.I ended up going to Tire Kingdom across the street.

The store put the wrong size tires on a previous visit. the car is supposed to take 195 size tires but they installed 185 size tires. They did another visit to match the previous tires but when I was notified by the dealership during a recent oil change, they showed me the wrong size tires were on the vehicle. When I tried to resolve the issue the store tried to say I requested the wrong size tires which I did not. They then told me verbally they would install replacement tires at no cost for their mistake but when I went to pick up the car, they said the cost was $189. I would have never agreed to this as this store gave me the wrong size tires two previous times.I told them to put my old tires back on but manager dragged his feet until it was closing time. Went to store the next day and another manager said the old tires were already trashed , which was a lie and the old tires would not be returned to me. I was forced to pay the $189 and still have the wrong size tires on the vehicle.

Came here a couple of times because it is convenient but will not be going back.My car was recently leaking and I took it to another mechanic who said the last place who did my oil change (this Tires Plus) must have stripped the drain plug and put in another one. So that cost me a couple hundred dollars to fix because of their mistake.Two other instances where I had a nail in my car and my wife s car, they wouldn t patch it up and wanted to sell me in upwards of $1200 to replace the one tire plus of course the other back tire. Both times I took the vehicles across the street to Tire Kingdom and they patched them right up and haven t had issues.

I love this place Mike is always very professional and the rest of the team follows by example. Lesley and Sean know exactly how to run the store efficiently and effectively as well. What a great establishment!

Thr service is always very attentive and try to accommodate my scheduling. I've had multiple cars serviced for tires at this store over the last several years and the service is consistent amd reliable. Mike and the others at the front desk helps out with recommendations for the best tires for my car and type of driving.

Place has been a scam many times over but is convenient. Price always comes out way above what they say. They have broken parts of my car and refused to fix them. Very scummy behind the counter and salesmen and mechanics tell two different stories.

Service was VERY fast, I am not gonna lie. However, service is bad. They literally state on their website that "brake inspection is FREE". As soon as I told the guy I had a BMW, he wanted to charge me right away just because "when BMW'S light is on, then you have to do the brake fluid change, so you'll have to pay $130 plus tax" like...seriously? Just run the test FIRST and then see if that is the actual problem before charging people!!!! UGH.

I watched 4 women stand in line patiently waiting for assistance and watched the person behind the counter let two different men walk up and interrupt, and completely disregard the women standing there the employee did not even says sir I am helping this customer I ll be right with you. No he proceeded to help the men even walking out of the room entirely without saying excuse me a moment miss I m so sorry. I walked out.

We came in with a blow out and Mike took care us. He was great he could have raked us over the coals but he did not we recommend if you re in Jupiter need of service. Come see Mike at Tires Plus. He will take care of you.

IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR DO NOT BRING IT HERE !!! The manager Sean does not care about the business he works for and definitely doesn t care about his customers. I will forever tell everyone I come across not to visit this establishment. They do not take responsibility for their actions and will tell you it s not there problem once they ruin your car. Completely trash.

We came here to replace our tires and purchased 4 then for some reason 2 blew out with less than 8 hours. Came back and had to purchase 2 more. I too experienced delays and frustrations and now I have a tire that continues to lose air. I drop the car off and was told they will look into it and after 2 hours nothing. I was told to come back and they would call that they would ensure it is addressed and i leave for the entire day i come back, the issue still not resolved and was told that the tire nut was missing! They replaced 6 of our tires in our Escalade and this was the only place that touched my tires. Poorly run operation. Had I read the reviews I would not have come here. . Disappointing at best and have never encountered an experience like this.

brought my car in i purchased all run flat tires. for my AMG Mercedes they scratched my car, all of my tire pressure gauges were still going off. I spoke with the general manager (shawn) jupiter location. he told me to go f myself. call corporate after the employees admitted to scratching my vehicle. This place should be shut down. do NOT bring your car here if it s 2002 or newer their employees clearly worked for tow yards

This shop decided to close an hour early without letting us know. We need our vehicle and cant get answer phone or door. Vehicle is locked up inside shop. Terrible customer service.

Took 2 tires and 2 wheels in at 12:30am for an appointment set at 1pm which was made a week prior, was told a few hours, returned at 2:40pm tires were not done was and was told they would need another 3-4 hours to replace. All said and down took 7 hours 30 minutes to replace 2 tires.

I should have read the reviews before going. Changed tires and figured I d get an oil change. Spilled oil on my exhaust still smells 3 weeks later.

Today I witnessed a terrible tragedy. A young gentleman, whose car was scratched by this location decided to file a complaint with the general manager. The general manager who shall not be named but his name starts with an S and rhymes with Dawn decided to tell the young gentleman politely to screw off. The staff of tires plus openly admitted to this wrongdoing and accidentally scratching this gentleman s car but unfortunately the general manager could care less after witnessing this, I decided to leave and take my car to tire Kingdom, because nobody should be treated like this young gentleman was.

I've been to this store a couple of times , and I have got good service , but this time, I had a tire problem . The counter guy made a rude remark and tried to get me to bring my car in early the next morning. I had already aired my tire twice a short while before going there. It would have been flat by the next morning, and I would have been stuck. He then agreed to get it fixed within a few hours. The gal at the counter was very nice, which called me to pick up my car several hours later

I had an appointment confirmed for 11am and I dropped off the car, they told me it would be ready at 2pm so I waited in the plaza, I come back 15 minutes before 2 and they tell me they haven t even started working on the oil change. I ended up going home and booking an appointment with a different shop. Don t make appointments if it doesn t fit the shops schedule. Waste of my time.

I wanted to write this review, as the folks there did there best to help me out. There appointment system was down, they had a lot of people, but the gentleman at the front still spoke calm and with respect to me. They did there best to get me out the door as quick as possible and gave me a very fair price. I hope the establishment owner/manager treats them well, as good hard working people going above just should be cherished. Thank you for helping me!Service: Tires

The computer in my car indicated the FRONT brakes needed to be replaced. Called Tires Plus, explained, they said bring the car in first thing in the AM. We did. Husband went in explained FRONT brakes are indicated to be replaced. Paperwork signed, he left. Later that same day Tires Plus called to say BACK brakes needed to be replaced. Husband questioned Mike, husband stated unusual for BACK brakes need to be replaced before front, and only 27K miles on car. We were told FRONT brakes are ok, no need to replace, just BACK brakes. Service was completed, husband paid, drove car home. Next day I drive car, check computer notifications, FRONT brakes are still indicated as needing replacement. I went back to Tire PLus, asked for Mike, he not there, I spoke to person at counter, he claimed he personally inspected the FRONT brakes of my car and the brakes are fine. He had a tech person look at car. Before the tech person did look he, the tech person, said what happens when the other company put the new FRONT brakes on they must not have put a sensor in, and he would check that. I informed him the car had 27K miles and no brake work had been done on the car. He said oh. Tech checked and said front driver sensor is bad, will need replacement. Part was ordered, I brought car back a few days later for the sensor replacement. Later that day Mike called to inform me i needed FRONT BRAKE REPLACEMENT, $1100.00 Needless to say our conversation did not go well, I explained all of what transpired, the assurance of no need to replace front brakes, why were the front brakes not looked at previously, he gave excuses. I handed the phone to my husband as I was angry and loud. My husband arranged for the front brakes to be done for $500 not the $1100 quoted earlier. ( my opinion is we should not have paid anything for the FRONT brakes) I will not do business with this company again. We did not need the BACK brakes. I do not have confidence that the front brakes have quality parts. This writing is a brief notation of what occurred. How many other people have they ripped off?Service: Brakes

We were having problems with an air conditioner and was told that if we dropped the car off the next evening, which was a Friday, that it would be looked at first thing on Saturday and done on Saturday. The intake process was very good. We were called at 9:30 the next morning as promised with a diagnosis and quote. We authorized the work based on the quote. When we went to pick up the car the charge was $221 more than what we were quoted. We were told that the parts were more than they originally anticipated. At that point, we should have been called to see if we wanted to proceed at a higher charge. It's their responsibility to find out how much parts are and quote it correctly. They lowered the charge by $100 but should have honored the original quote.Service: Air conditioning

It seems like the last year or so this location has gone downhill. I had a appointment at 8am for a tire rotation and balance and a front end alignment and 5 hours later I got my truck back and the steering wheel was crooked. Whats the point in making a appointment when they won t even look at your vehicle for 3 hours
