Called for an appointment, was booked for the next day at 9AM. Arrived, met Johnson Smith. He greeted me with friendly professionalism, advised the type of oil for my car, a tire rotation was no charge. Left my car, a few hours later I received a call my car was ready to go. Arrived to pick up my car and was greeted again with friendly professionalism, unfortunately I can not remember the person's name, sorry. Johnson Smith was also there attending to another customer, he smiled and waved to me. The waiting room was clean and organized. The bay areas were clean and organized. Both Johnson Smith and the other person's uniforms were clean and neat. I paid my bill, was assured the tires were rotated and the correct oil was used, a reminder sticker was inside the car. Very pleasant experience. Will return should I need any other service.

Don t walk away from this place. Run!!They destroyed my Porsche rims when removing the balance weight. Looks like they did it with a knife!! (Photos attached)They didn t even put the new weight on straight.. Was the tech drunk when he did it? Looks like it Worst of all, there s no corporate number to call..??Really disappointed.

If you have a choice, find another place. I don't think I have ever found a more dishonest person, than Hector (wonder if that is even his real name) at this Tire Kingdom. My experience was back in Oct. 2023, but I just found out another dishonest thing he did. I see many good reviews, but I strongly disagree. I was traveling and 3 hours from home when I had a blowout on the turnpike. Got towed into this store. He immediately said I need 4 new tires. I had just been to my tire store in Central FL 2 days earlier to have a rotation for this trip. If I needed tires, they would have told me then. So, I have one tire blown out. He doesn't say he can repair or anything, he immediately jumps to "4 new tires." Now, 4 months later when looking again at the invoice, I notice he put the incorrect mileage from my car, 20,000 miles less. Did he do that so when I go for a replacement in the future, he could said I have 20,000 plus on my tires. Additionally, they could not reset the "tire issue" warning light. When I went to leave, they had not even closed the hood of the car properly. I immediately had 2 warnings--hood open and tire issue. When I told him the tire issue warning light was still on he said, "Oh that will go off after you drive about 10 miles." A Friday afternoon was a tough time for this to happen to me, but because of his dishonesty and ineptness, it ruined my weekend visit to S. Florida because the tire warning light never went off. I had no confidence that they had mounted the new tires correctly. I am sure you are so proud of this man that oversold this white-haired senior citizen. Find another store with honest people.

I had an excellent experience with this Tire Kingdom location. I chose the location because of the positive reviews. The manager (Johnson) was very helpful and competent in ordering two specialty tires for me and has good customer service skills. The installation was done properly and was finished on time. They called to let me know it was done. They were also able to repair my tire pressure sensors and asked if I was satisfied with all the work at the end. I will definitely go back to this location for my future tire needs.

The guys at this Tire Kingdom were great. They found the nail in my new tire and patched it quickly. Johnson provided outstanding service and support! Environment was comfortable and service timely. I would definitely return to this location anytime. 5stars*****

I have been doing business with Jupiter Tire Kingdom since 1989. And the old Dixie highway store since 2013. They always go above and beyond in their work and professional demeanor. I had my truck aligned today 3/17/24 and it now drives straight as an arrow. Thank you Johnson and your Staff. Blessings. Paul Roach

PROS: Nice staff and comfortable waiting room seating indoor and out.CONS: Long wait time on the day I was there. Had an appointment and they couldn't look at the car until 45 minutes past the appointment time (which is understandable - they were busy).They were thorough and friendly and the location is convenient.

UPDATE:Corporate has taken steps to mitigate this issue and to keep me as a customer. I will be returning to my usual Tire Kingdom store as a customer (but not this store one on Dixie).ORIGINAL REVIEW:The manager at this store is a liar and a scam artist. I came to utilize my road hazard warranty on a tire blowout. The staff ordered the replacement tire and placed the spare so I could drive for the day and half until the replacement tire came in. They wouldn't tell me what the warranty cost would be even though he showed me the chart and the 80% based on my tread. He said it had to go to management for approval and they would tell me when I came in. (SUSPICIOUS). So 2 days later I come in for the tire they ordered to be installed and the Manager comes out and states that he can't replace that tire and that I needed FOUR NEW TIRES because the all wheel drive on my car could be ruined if I drove with 1 new tire and 3 partially used tires. Why wouldn't they have told me this when they ordered the 1 tire? Because it's a total SCAM. He also stated that the 1 warranty tire couldn't be placed on my car anyways because it didn't match the tires already on the car... THEN WHY DID TIRE KINGDOM SELL ME THAT TIRE 2 YEARS IN THE FIRST PLACE IF IT MUST MATCH? Because it's a LIE. Another blatant lie. I also found out the cost he was going to charge me for the warranty replacement tire was more than the cost of the tire if I were to buy it new which is total b.s. and is not compliant with the Tire Kingdom road hazard program. This manager is a slimeball and only wants to upsell upsell upsell. I refuse to do business with dishonest companies and now Tire Kingdom has lost a customer that has been happy with them for 10 years. Not to mention how many people I've referred to them. The Tire Kingdom up the street on Bush Rd is much better but I'm now boycotting the entire company because of this one manager.I found a used tire in perfect condition right around the corner for $70, in and out in 10 minutes with zero b.s. Thank you Jimmy's Used Tires!

These guys are awesome. Johnson was very helpful and was able to fit me into the schedule last minute for new tires, brakes, and a wheel alignment just in time for a very important trip I had the next morning. Thanks again for the great work!

If I could give zero stars I would, absolutely terrible experience, I drove all this way because they had the two tires I needed in stock just to get here and be told that they won t touch my wheels cause there aftermarket, yet there s vehicles sitting in there garage with wheels bigger than mine. I wouldn t go here. The guy didn t even take a chance to inspect my truck wheels, walked out the door looked at the truck, told me it couldn t be done and walked away from me. Don t come here, obviously they don t want business.

I brought my car in for new tires and an alignment, only to find out that I also needed new brakes and rotors. I received great service at what I consider to be an excellent price for what the market value is for products and services. Happy to be driving a well serviced vehicle :)

We went to several places to get a nail out of my tire. Three different places wouldn't give us the time to help. When we got here , Johnson Smith took immediate care of it for us. He recommended some things our car might need and made sure all the fluids were good . Clean and friendly 5

Want to give Johnson a big thank you for his help.I had a blow out on a Saturday, and he was able to get me in and the new tire mounted in less than hour. Now that is great old fashion service!

Less mechanic and more scam artist. Took my car in to repair a flat. Ended up with 4 tires I didn t need. The technician insisted that they were necessary though. I later checked a recent tread report and realized that the old tires had no sign of excessive wear. So yeah, I m embarrassed to say I got totally screwed. They got a quick buck but certainly lost a customer. Go elsewhere.

This was the actual most amazing service I ve ever had for an oil change seamless. No issues guys were amazing who worked at the shop I was in and out in no time and I ve never experienced that getting oil change in the past 10 years. Thanks guys much appreciated.

If you need great work and great service, this is the place to go. Mr. Johnson was attentive and informative and made sure not only I was taken care of but I also witnessed how he treated numerous other customers the same way. I will definitely be back and would recommend this location to anyone interested know. Ask for Mr. Johnson.

Needed a battery, walked into the store and was greeted by Johnson. Couldn't have been treated nicer!He was professional, great sense of humor and replaced my battery immediately even though they were all very busy!Great staff!

If I could give 0 stars I would I came in about 2pm to get a nail patched up and usually it takes 25 minutes.. I was told that I would have to leave my car over night for a simple fix .. then he tells me my guys called out I got 2 cars in the lot worst interaction I ve ever had in my life

I was very happy with my experience at tire kingdom. Johnson was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The technician performed a thorough inspection of my tires and suspension to ensure everything was in good shape. He explained my options in plain English and gave an honest assessment without any pushy sales tactics. I appreciated his expertise.

I had a screw in the sidewall of a Pirelli Scorpion Verde tire. Three other tire shops told me it was impossible to get. I called Johnson and he was so professional and told me that he would take care of me just to bring the car right on over. He had the tire installed and ready for me to go in less than eight hours. (I didn t bring the car in until right before closing or he would ve had it the same day, even though he had to order it) the store was very busy with many customers and the phones were ringing like crazy. You would never know it with Johnson s professionalism. He handled each customer, each phone call, including myself like we were the only customer present I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a tire and I can t say enough kind things about Johnson. I was told they needed a manger there and was surprised as I thought Johnson was the manager as he was helping everyone, including the staff with no sweat on his brow even under pressure. If I could give them more stars I would!!!

I have been going to Tire Kingdom for more than 15 years, and specifically the Old Dixie Highway location since it opened at least 5 years ago. This store is by far the best Tire Kingdom location I have brought all my cars to. I just brought one of my cars there today, and all the service was completed earlier than promised. The store manager, Johnson, is knowledgeable and friendly, and he has always done his best to make sure I walk out a happy customer even after I get the bill. ;)

I found a nail in my front right tire and the rest of the tires had low pressure that made me worried there may have been more nails. So I brought my car into Tire Kingdom across from the TJMaxx on Indiantown Rd. They were busy so I left my car with John and had gone shopping for a couple hours. When I got back, John let me know that he had carefully examined all 4 tires and luckily I only had that 1 nail that did not go all the way through my tire. So I didn t end up needing a patch. He just filled all of my tires with air and I was happily on my way; free of charge. Very genuine customer service!
