I've been buying oil filters and air cleaners from Napa for the last 10 years , Their oil filters are the only ones that will fit my vehicle besides going back to the dealer and paying outrageous prices

I purchased a number of items, and after checkout, noticed the prices were as much as 20% more that the prices shown on the product shelf displays. I went back to the counter. The store person said, "Oh, those prices are over a year old. We've been too busy to update them."I own a collectors vehicle restoration shop near by. As a result of this experience, I will no longer purchase any product from that store. Additionally, I have made a point to make sure customers and associates are aware of how busy they are.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I bought a part for $22 and fixed something myself that would have cost me easily a couple of hundred (I'm not a mechanic.) Make sure you get an Internet price first before going into the store and they'll honor the lower price.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Parts are high quality and generally will not have you searching for your receipt in a few months due to premature failure. The couple bucks that may have been saved by buying inferior parts online or elsewhere never feels like a bargain when you're pulling the part off the vehicle to swap it out for another questionable unit. Buy from Napa... replace your part and you're finished.

shout out to Vince. Best service I ve seen in a while.Alternator went out 4 hrs from home. Vince helped me out using his own tools to replace the alternator.Did not have the money to buy tools or for a shop to replace it. Not sure what I would have done if it wasn t for Vince.

A classic when you're looking for parts. For any vehicle built in the last 60 years.If they don't have it they can get it for you with an irresistible amout of time.

Everytime I go i know I'm gonna have to deal with one person who literally tries making me feel stupid. I had a battery tested at three store all three said DEAD. I go to where i bought it and i quote. This battery says it needs to be charge and retested. It must be your alternator. We dont have one here.Its not my alternator. The battery was charged yesterday. And clearly im dumb. My vehicle has two batteries only only is dead. So if its my alternator id have two batteries. And miss know it all. Has insulted me twice.

If you don't know where to look it's a little hard to find in the shopping plaza. And you can't see the signs because of the trees.

Great experience shopping there, they almost have everything I need or can get it fast. Very helpful staff. Best of all its a Napa, they have stuff the others don't.

Convient to the RV park I was staying at, but the selection was very limited. Needed some turn signal bulbs for my truck, only had one choice. Was hoping to get LEDs but none available.

Car wouldn t start and Nelson from Napa was so helpful! He helped jump start my car and set me up with a new battery. His kindness will make me come back to Napa in Jupiter Farms! Thank you, Nelson! He deserves a raise!

Ordered online to get a 10% discount, and have the part ready and waiting. Walked in with my online confirmation, after driving from Juno Beach. Well they never pulled the part, as a matter of fact they couldn't even find it! A complete waste of time! Evident of a poorly managed store.

The staff here is ALWAYS very helpful and typically go above and beyond to get the parts you need as fast as possible. "G" ( Gary ) and "A - A Ron" (Aaron) both get a tip of the hat for Auto Part Knowledge!

Typical parts place. Easy to get to and they have lots of stuff even if some is a bit expensive. It is worth the extra cost to not have to drive into town for a quick pick up of something.
