Had Mike put on trailer hitch on my 2022 Honda CRV. What a great job. All done within an hour. Better choice then UHaul which said they couldn t do it for more than a month. Thank you Mike!

Very good customer service from Mike at Jupiter Hitch. Followed through with all phone calls and did quality work. He even had my hitch shipped directly to his shop. Easy and smooth install was done professionally. Also, affordable pricing. I would recommend them to anyone needing hitch and trailer services.

Mike was amazing. He really saved us when we knew nothing about our new camper and had an inappropriate hitch installed incorrectly by our dealer. He quickly helped us get the right hitch and took extra time to help us learn about our trailer brake controller. We were so happy to find him and he EXCEEDED every expectation we had. Seriously!

Mike and George installed a new axle on my boat's trailer. I dropped the trailer off in the morning and it was completed by around 3:00. They also fixed a light for me. I was satisfied with the service and the price was fair. Definitely would go back.

Mike and George are super cool and very honest. Inexpensive quality work. If I ever have loose bolts on a trailer or need help tightening some things down they are always happy to help. Best place around !! Definitely recommend !!!

Highly competent, responsive, fairly priced and all-around solid people. The NEW Jupiter Hitch should not be judged by the previous ownership. Mike and his crew do a great job. Have used them and will use again!

Love this place been using them for over 40 years. New owner 10 years now, ,awesome guy! Not many people work as hard as he does. Take care of your trailer and don't wait till the last minute to get it fixed. You'll be happy and so will he. He told me how to be proactive and take care of my trailers, the place to go in J-Town

Trailer maintenance with new hardware put on bunks. When I put the boat back on trailer I heard a bad scrapping on bottom. Now I need fiberglass work on bottom and Mike swears it s not his fault. I have put the boat on this trailer multiple times overs years that I have owned it with no issue and the day I get it back from having work done it happened. Not sure how I can prove it but I thought he would take care of me. Please , review your adjustments before you can trust the work. Unfortunately I will not be back.

No Excuse. Totally dropped the ball not once but twice.Unreliable!Had an 8:00 appointment to have a Trailer Hitch installed on March 23,18. $100. deposit had been collected when appointment was made earlier that week. Arrived for the scheduled installation and asked to see the Hitch that was being installed Mike the owner suddenly starts looking around the shop and says he didn't get the correct part. He apologized said he would make it right and rescheduled the appointment to March 30,18 at 8:00 am. This time I called the day before the scheduled appointment to confirm he had the appropriate hitch and he assured me he did. I arrived this morning for installation. You guessed it. He didn't have the Hitch!!! Ridiculous.

Super nice and honest guys. I called for some service and they said to come at 1:30. When I arrived they got to work right away, fixed the issue, and gave me a very fair bill. I recommend this shop for sure!!

I would have given them 5 stars for the cost and amount of time it took them to put on my hitch and wiring harness.Then I discovered that they gouged and cracked my back interior where my seat releases are in the back cargo area trying to put the panels back on after running the harness.This was in my less than 3 month old $35k car.If you don't know how to do something, leave it alone, and if you break something man up and tell the customer that is paying you to do a service that you screwed up.

In September of 2012 I took my boat trailer to Jupiter Hitch and Trailer for repairs. I am happy to report that John Lang did a good job, called me several times to update me on the project and completed on time and on budget.I would go back and suggest you give John a try as well.

I went there asking for a hitch they didn't have. I bought it somewhere else and came back for them to help me assembling it. They Did it and I ask for the charge. The guy who helped me didn't charge anything. Sometimes that says more about the business than the business itself.
