Service is great and very knowledgeable. Always do great work and when needing something fix they do their best to get me in there quickly as possible. Chris is the guy I always talk to there and is always professional.

This small local company is amazing. I discovered a tire leak today without any outward sign of the cause and the mechanic agreed. The lady in charge asked the mechanic to take the tire off the rim, after he confirmed no outward sign. He discovered a common problem with, older aluminium rims, "corrosion" pushing the rubber away from the rim. They cleaned the seal area and applied a sealer... all of this for a price that would not even cover the pay of the mechanic. Just an example of their customer service and marketing finesse to attract loyal, fairly treated, customers. These ethics and determination are very hard to find these days but Economy Tire in Jupiter is the supreme example of what a business should be. Thank you ET.

Pretty disappointed, after buying tires from them earlier this year I thought they were different than the other shops in the area. I took my truck in for a rotation and oil change. So after they told me it was ready and I paid, they say oh there's a note here that you have a broken lug stud and missing lug nut. Interestingly enough nobody has touched the wheels since they installed the tires earlier this year. So when did the stud break? I don't know. What I do know is last time I personally rotated the tires I broke two studs so when I went in earlier this year for new tires I was fully expecting to hear that they broke some studs and needed to replace them even moreso this time with the rotation. I was fully prepared to pay for the replacement of the studs but no I wasn't told this until after it was put back together off the rack and ready to kick me out the door. That said it seems they do good work though. Par for the course I guess.

5/5 stars. I came here to get a wheel Alignment done on my truck. Before I came to economy tire, I went to a shop across the street who told me I needed over $1600 worth of work to get my truck aligned properly. Knowing that that was a lie, I decided to try another shop and gave these guys a try. I gave them a call and they were able to fit me in immediately, same day. The price was almost half of what the other shop wanted to charge for an alignment too!! Very nice honest people and very fair prices. Highly recommend, I will definitely be a return customer!!! Thank you!

These guys are awesome!!!! Took my truck there for an alignment after a slight lift and new wheels. The are super friendly, super helpful and went above and beyond, even calibrating my new Tire Pressure Monitoring for me.Highly recommend, I will only use them from now on!

This is too bad because I ve been a customer for a while. The lady at front is very professional and so nice and on top of it. However, the 2 men at the front never look up to greet you. They act like they hate their jobs and are very combative w/ the customer when I pointed out that they had scratched 4 brand new rims on a new car. I warned them nicely after they put on 1st 2 back tires. Went back for the front tires because they re was a delay in receiving them on time. Acknowledge the 2 negative guys at front to make sure that they don t gouge my front rims like they did on back when installed. Told them they re brand new and no scratches. They denied any wrong doing w/ an attitude and guess what... picked up car later in the day and yep, huge scratches on front rims. Confronted them and the front desk guy was extremely combative with my husband and accused him of lying....crazy? When I pointed out that the front tires were new and didn t want them messed up when I returned. I still paid full price and drove off upset with 4 extremely expensive tires with scratches deep in rims. What s wrong with them? I ve been a customer for a long time and never complained about price or service. I ve had several other high end cars and trucks there and never a problem. This time the guys in front were so rude and the job performed was such shotty workmanship and unprofessional.The lady was nice to try and offer to have someone look at them to repair...I m not sure how to repair damaged rims, but we ll see.... I ve always tried to support local businesses. I m not one to complain and write reviews but this was too bad and unfortunate that I m left with gouged rims and was treated so poorly by the 2 men at front desk. Public should beware before going there. Take pictures and document everything. Sad that this was handled the way it was.Service: Tires

Never used them before but I brought them what I thought was a simple job for any tire shop. Needed a tire mounted/balanced on a rim. A week or so after they installed the tire, I realized that they mounted it improperly. It's a directional tire where one side is labelled This Side Out and the other side This Side In. They mounted it backwards.I needed to take it back and get it corrected but they said they were very busy and only book appointments for alignment work, not tire work. So, I decided to book an alignment job and during that appointment I would also get the tire remounted along with mounting one other tire. When I arrived, the less than friendly service advisor said they were too busy and would only do the alignment, not the tire work. I was really surprised at his response, but went ahead with the alignment thinking they would find a way to squeeze in the tire work as well. They did not.I made a couple of additional attempts to get the car in there so they could correct their mistake, but each time they said they were too busy and wouldn't allow me to schedule an appointment. It seems that Economy Tire of Jupiter has no interest in correcting their mistake, so I am assuming that implies that they believe there will be no issues with using the tire as they have mounted it. If anything happens due to the way the tire was mounted, I guess the lawyers will sort it out.Service: Wheel alignment

I shopped around for almost a month before I bought a new set of tires. I chose Economy Tire as they had a price you could not beat anywhere else, plus they offer free rotations and balancing for the life of the tires. Their customer service was great as well.

I have been a customer for over 4 years and called in to understand why something kept going wrong. Instead of good customer service I got attacked by the person on the phone and told that I didn't know what I was talking about. I tried to explain my intention was not to blame them, and even said that I was not trying to blame but to understand and he continued to verbally attack me. I will never go back to them. They have lost my business! I always chose to go there because the woman at the desk was always knowledgeable and friendly. This guy did not care about customer service so beware that you won't be treated well.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment

Very friendly and quick service. I had my tire pressure monitors changed from my old tires and he charged me a very fair price. He is also helping me sell old tires. Will definitely go back. Great experience.

Great Customer Service!I purchased a new set of tires in October. Everything was as expected and quoted. Within about a month, one of the tires would bleed down to about 10 psi every week or so but not go entirely flat. I stopped by the shop one afternoon about a month and a half after purchasing the tires and they said it could be a 2-3 hour wait due to the jobs already in progress and suggested I return early one morning to get in more quickly. I didn't have time to do that until late December. They quickly found the problem, a pinhole in the the sidewall -- no external damage; therefore, a defect in the tire (that only had about 1500 miles on it by this point). They called the tire manufacturer numerous times over the next week and ultimately the manufacturer said there was nothing that could be done since it had been more than 45 days since the tire was purchased. After a few more days, Sherry called me to say she had spoken with the manager (at Economy Tire) and that they decided to replace the tire since it was the right thing to do. Roger that -- way to go Economy Tire! I really appreciate their consideration of the situation and Sherry's extra effort to replace the tire. I had not even had time to return her original call (with the news from the tire manufacturer). She took the initiative to push for the right thing and to contact me again letting me know Economy would replace the tire. Thank You.

I bought tires here to support local business rather than a chain. The tires and labor are fine, the price was decent. However the sales person called me during installation to see if I wanted to take care of a couple problems while my car was on the lift. I couldn't get back to him for a few hours so the job was delayed. He said I needed new wheel bearings ($400). Plus a brake job ($270). I passed, I knew neither was needed. Afterwords my mechanic confirmed wheel bearings were fine and brakes had years left on them. Buyer beware here.

Not very good mechanics, and definitely not nice either. Replaced my master cylinder only about 2 years ago, and because it was installed wrong and all the parts weren't replaced my new master cylander is already leaking and I have to replace it again. That's only $700 they wasted for me.

I had a flat tire that was fairly used they did not try to sell me a new tire. They just repaired the flat the only complaint i had was they charged $26.00 + tax to patch the tire. Where I'm from it's $10 to $15 so i was surprised.

Horrible service. I got there with a flat tire on a Saturday at about 1 o clock and they said that they couldn t fix it because they were done doing flats for the day Even though they close at 5 o clock and they had three bays empty. they have saved me money by letting me know on two separate occasions that jiffy lubes recommended repairs wasn't necessary. Would be five stars but did over hear one employee being confrontational with a customer. In their defense though, the guy was a dick.
