A few months ago, my wife hit a guy in a parking lot, we paid to fix his car at east coast and they did a great job. A couple weeks ago, a (different) guy hit my wifes car in a (different) parking lot. She has a 2022 Suburban with bougie metallic blue paint. I figured we might as well get it all fixed now, almost a brand new rig and it s all smashed up.I knew this was going to sting so I got quotes from 3 other body shops in the area, one of which being a national brand name body shop which I figured would be the cheapest. East coast was 29% cheaper, and I just can t say enough about how great the work was. You cannot tell whatsoever that it was in an accident, I am not great at editing so put photos to show, I don t have a before pic of the bumper but trust me, it was not good. The lines are all perfect and the paint is matched absolutely spot on, cannot tell whatsoever that any work was done at all. I also like to support local family run companies around here instead of a national corporate chain with labor that does not care!! True skilled tradesmen, 5 stars all day long. Thank you for being so reasonable honest and relieving our stress! And the car is somewhat dirty in the photos, I assure you the work is perfect

I am incredibly grateful for East Coast Automotive. I can trust I am in good hands every time I leave my car with them, I never imagined saying this after many past awful experiences with other automotive shops but yes I trust them. They get right to my issues with a quick solution explaining everything that is going on along the way without anything extra . They know what they are doing and I tell everyone I know to go there for your car care, they do it ALL!!

Hands down the best automotive mechanical in the area. Before I connected with them years ago, I shopped half a dozen places and I was shocked by how much they stood out from everyone else.Tom, Jeannine, and Steve are all the best hybrid of easy to work with, knowledgeable and professional.Go here and never look back.

I have done the full tour of Jupiter/Tequesta getting maintenance and repairs done on my car. It is really a joke. I was referred to East Coast to solve my disappointment. They were spot on from the drop off to the pickup. They explained the needs in layman's terms that I could understand and gave me a to the penny out the door price on needs. They told me my car would be ready by 5 and the pleasant lady (The Owner) called me at 3 and said it was done. Thank you for your awaome service.

This place was recommended by a local tow truck company(Jupiter Quality Towing) . Great customer service, clean shop, honest wholesome people! God has truly blessed us with our experience at this shop! 10/10 without a doubt! Thank you again for going above and beyond!

I m new to the area and needed somebody to work on my truck. Not only did they fit me into their busy schedule and around mine to take care of my needs , they also are very knowledgeable , super honest and extremely fair. By far the best in the business. Thank you

I moved from out of state and have been going here for a couple years. Always difficult finding a place you can trust. East Coast is as good as it gets. Service is awesome, they re honest, and always do a great job. Go there once and you won t take your car anywhere else.

I ll give them 5 stars. They saved my honeymoon, when the auto train caused the air bags to leak, leaving the car bumping along on the frame. Despite being overburdened, they put (2) mechanics on it and got it out of the shop the same day so we could catch the autotrain home. My wife thinks I m great for choosing them to do the job so she could have more time for my affections! Oh my!

I highly recommend East Coast for your BMW needs. They have been nothing short of kind, honest and fair each time I ve dropped my car off. When I have questions, they offer a non-condescending, detailed explanation of services and do not push you towards unneeded repairs.

My car's A/C has been on and off for the last year. 1 day on, 3 weeks off, 20 min on, 2 hrs off. No consistency and didn't want to do another summer without it. I had brought my car to the local Dodge dealer three separate times and they weren't able to fix the issue. Replaced parts, refilled system, no luck. East Coast was recommended to me so I took a chance. They figured out the issue and the A/C is back. The owner Tom was great, and I highly recommend East Coast Automotive for any A/C issue if you are near Jupiter FL.

I cannot say enough good things about East Coast Automotive! Our car had a number of warning lights that came on simultaneously and we brought it here to determine what the issue may be. They took the time to inspect it and said that it was likely something as simple as the gas cap not being on tightly enough. They could have easily told me it was a number of different parts that needed to be replaced, but they didn t do that. They are so honest and I am so impressed by them. I will definitely be coming back for any future services that are needed. The impeccable reviews are very well deserved. Thank you so much for the help!

I pride myself on being pretty mechanically savvy. I ll take on just about anything in my own garage. However, every once in a while I hit a dead end and need an expert I can really trust. Especially as someone who does know about cars, I m always worried about getting ripped off when I need a pro. Well, East Coast became the perfect place for me to go for anything I need on my vehicles. I drive well out of my way to bring my cars here.Clean and orderly shop. Fair and honest pricing. Quick turnarounds. Always available to call for any questions/explanations. I absolutely love that whatever the job, it s done through to completion and they simply aren t happy to have you pick up the car until it s PERFECT. And if for whatever reason the car does get back home and isn t perfect, they will happily take the car back in to make it right. They are more than willing to be 100% transparent with their assessments, lay out all the options, and offer guidance. True professionalism. It also feels great to support a local business rather than pad the accounts of a large company.

Thank you Tom for your personal call to me in regards to my negative review with East coast Auto. I truly appreciate your loyalty and honesty and I am grateful. Unfortunately I had a car that just happened to give me back to back issues and was overwhelmed with all the repairs needed. However, I would like to thank you for reimbursing me 100% of what I spent. I'd like to Thank you and your team once again. I would hope to be able to come back if I needed anything in the future. We took in our 2006 Mustang to get the hood and some spots repainted. Wow! East Coast Automotive Services is outstanding!! Really impressed with the work, the staff, and the price. Excellent work! Highly recommend. We could not be happier.

Great work and customer service. I ve been taking my car there for years with no issues. I recently had work done and experienced some issues shortly thereafter (unsure of the cause of the issues). Eastcoast stood behind their work and corrected the issue in a timely manner with no hassle to me. I highly recommend these folks.

Exactly what you want from an auto shop. They're very direct and to the point. They get it done and you pick up your vehicle. I've been there multiple times and they always diagnose the problem quickly and charge a fair price.

Brought in my 2008 Lexus. Over 100k miles. Many small items in suspension and brakes needed replace. Car rides nice and tight again. Will be keeping this car another 100k. Great job and highly recommended.

This place is amazing! Fast and reliable service and they fix what needs to be done the first time. Finally a shop that takes the stress out of getting my car worked on. The shop is super clean and they recognize you when you walk in. Everyone is so nice- finally a shop I can recommend!

Just picked my vehicle up after having some warranty work done and I could not be happier. Tom the owner personally took the time to send me an email explaining what needed to be done and the cost involved. I was incredibly impressed that the owner would take the time to do that. That just never happens anywhere else. It demonstrates his level of commitment and the personal care he has for his customers and their satisfaction. I highly recommend East Coast Automotive!

Most helpful and understanding people, you won't find at another mechanic. They helped troubleshoot the issue on my vehicle and laid out all of my options for me. When I decided to sell my car instead of fixing it, they were very helpful in the process of me finding a buyer. They were very understanding and did not try to give me repairs I didn't needed. I highly recommend to anyone in the area.Service: Electrical repair

EAST COAST ROCKS!!!While it turns out my vehicle is a lost cause, the time and care the folks at East Coast offered (at NO charge I might add) was pretty unbelievable.Start to finish, the scheduling, dropoff, turnaround time and pickup could not have been easier they re a well oiled machine there, and the diagnostic services offered were as detailed / comprehensive as any I ve run across.What really blew me away though, was the honesty with which the handled things in an industry where it is very easy, and probably more often the norm, to take advantage of the customer, East Coast told me all that could be fixed, and then suggested a do not resuscitate might be the best plan of action for my particular situation.In the end, this shop was incredible, and I will most definitely be back just as soon as I have a vehicle that s actually worthy of repair, lol!Thanks East Coast, you guys are first class all the way!!!

Can't say enough good things about East Coast. I've been taking my car and my wife's there for years. I just took my car in to the Lincoln dealership due to a recall. On the way down my car would not accelerate past 40 mph (nothing to do with the recall). Lincoln service department said I needed a new fuel sensor assembly which would cost $900 AND another $2,000 to replace the fuel line because its "known to crack when the fuel sensor is changed". Took the car to East Coast and all that needed to be changed with the oil filter and some new oil due to the oil filter leaking. Saved me $2,700!!!

The BEST mechanic shop, I've ever experienced! Helpful, beyond words...reasonably priced and incredibly fair with the work that needed done on my vehicle. And I had a ton of work-around challenges that included somehow transporting a 100 lb Golden Retriever, that had nothing to do with my repairs needed :) They accommodated all the things! I am very leery of auto shops and I cannot speak higher of this team! Thank you, Tom, Jeanine, Steve, Luis, Mark...everyone who helped me this week! Top notch outfit. Called them out of the blue because I work near them but live far away and was having transmission problems. Took me in immediately and took very good care of me for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.Used them again this week for a major repair (wheel assembly and brakes). They remembered me from 6 months earlier. Treated me great! Great people with great service at a very fair price. They also have a sense of urgency for their customers....hard to find in FL and much appreciated!

My experience was impeccable from start to finish. The Sales Representative was professional, knowledgeable and made an excellent recommendation for the replacement of my unit. The replacement cost for my unit was within my budget. The unit was installed as scheduled. The installers did a flawless job. They were exceptional and didn t take any short cuts. They were experts. My home is very comfortable. I appreciate ECM and recommend them highly.Service: A/C installation & repair

I have utilized the services of East Coast Automotive for a few years now. I have a Honda Element of which I have grown fond, and this facility has done an admirable job of keeping it in top condition. My wife s Lexus is now out of warranty and they have been maintaining it as well. I have found the owners to be honest and accommodating, providing professional and exceptional service. Their pricing is fair and competitive. These qualities are important to me, and can be difficult to come by these days. This shop was by far the best I have ever used in my 30 years of driving. My truck was towed to their location on a Thursday with a major engine problem and Tom had it fixed in less than a week with a weekend in between. Every employee was very professional and communicated promptly with zero nonsense. Needless to say I have never had a good experience with a maintenance shop in my life until now. I highly recommend East Coast to anyone and I will refer friends and family in the future going forward.
