They really took care of us with getting a battery ready for use in a Honda minibike. We went to other auto shops for help and they were not able to give us any direction. Battery Plus has the knowledge and expertise to take care of any battery that you may have. Thanks again!!

I began the day in a Honda Odyssey with 3.5-year-old battery and occasional weird starting problems. I called these folks and they said they had an AGM battery in stock, but that I should buy it online to take advantage of a 10% off coupon. The battery was installed in about 10 minutes free of charge (Honda does not make it easy; the battery is covered with four items (a bracket, plastic covers, etc.)). The guys graciously tested my old battery to verify that it was bad and thus enabled me to relax about the rest of the car. The price was perhaps 30% cheaper than what the Honda dealer charges. More importantly, though, I saved a couple of hours of driving/waiting.Bonus: same mall as Benjamin Moore and Petsmart, so I got some touch-up paint and the golden retriever got her chews at the same time.

Great attitude of employees. Order on line, pick up quickly in store.Always smart about any type of battery. Better price and fresh knowing the batteries are new I use for my tools.

I had a horrible experience purchasing a $560.00 marine battery at this location yesterday. Two employees were rude and denied me the use of a discount available on the corporate website. Yes, I purchased the battery because that's what I went there to do but should have tired one of their other locations. Please avoid the Jupiter location!

David and the folks at Batteries Plus are top notch! I always buy my batteries and light bulbs from them because they are quick to help and respond to any questions. Even if the question is outside their purview. Excellent service all around!

I went in for phone repair. My screen was cracked. Eric fixed my phone within an hour. Excellent service, extremely proficient, and extra nice owner and employees. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their phone repaired. They also make electronic keys. Thank you, Batteries Plus of Jupiter!!!

The customer service experience was fantastic. David was very helpful in getting 6 new Golf cart batteries and turning in my old cores. Very friendly and educated me on all my options and helped me choose the right batteries for me at the right price. I will now buy all my car batteries at Batteries Plus from now on as my experience at Advanced Auto and others has never been very pleasant. It is so nice to feel valued as a customer instead of made to feel like I am interupting an employee who is stocking shelves or on the phone. Kudos to their management and training.

I am a 6 plus year customer of this business and I felt compelled to write this review today. The owner, Dave, went above and beyond to help me with a golf cart battery warranty issue. Instead of leaving me to battle with the manufacturer of the batteries, he took it upon himself to deal with them directly. In addition, he delivered 6 new batteries to my home at his expense and time. His commitment to the customer and his obvious need to provide outstanding customer service, has made me a customer for life. I will recommend his store, ( Jupiter and Stuart) to anyone who will listen.

Its a shame that that this site only stops at 5 stars. Batteries and bulbs in Jupiter would rate a 10+. I had to get a 12 V car ref. repaired, and these people went above and beyond normal customer service. Good service is a rarity these days. Batteries and bulbs in Jupiter truly exel.

Batteries Plus in Jupiter is awesome. I called ahead to see if they had the right battery for my car. They did have it and it was the best price of all the places in town. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was helpful and assured me they could install it. I purchased my battery and it was installed in less than 20 minutes. I wish I had the names of the 2 young men working that Sunday afternoon but they both provided excellent customer service.

They stand behind the battery they sell. My battery was failing and when I went to the Stuart, FL store, they did not have the battery in stock even though I was told on the phone they had one. Shawn in the Stuart store called the Jupiter store to verify they had the battery in stock. They said they have 2 so I drove there and they gave me a new battery, no charge. I installed it today, reset the warning lights on my cars dashboard and everything is working fine. This is a 48 month battery and it was still under warranty.

Great customer service!!! I went in for a watch battery replacement for 2 watches and was greeted by Brad. He said no problem we can do it. Before I was done walking around the store he said your done but I could only do one because the other need the band to be removed and I don t have a band removal tool. I said no problem thank you, do you have the name of a jeweler? Before I could finish the question he had the information printed out for me. What great customer service!!

Purchased a car battery online which gave me 10% off the battery! I went in to pick it up and the kid working there helped me out very quickly! Also came out to my car with an extension for my ratchet driver! Excellent customer service, quick and friendly. Will recommend!

Website Scheduling needs work!Scheduled an appointment on website which promised 10% off for doing so. Arrived for appointment on time and as scheduled. I received a confirmation, so I assumed I was all set. Nope! I was told by the polite sales associate that not only was the Tech gone, but he usually leaves at 4pm. My schedule was at 5pm. Guess what, the schedule service allows for schedules all the way until 7pm! I don't blame the sales associate, he was nice enough. Another gentleman entered the store that appeared to be a manager or owner judging from the task he was doing in the back ground, he heard our entire conversation, but did not say one word. I won't be returning, as there are plenty of Tech repair shops to choose from in PB County. Beware if you use the online scheduling service, things are not as they appear!

Alec, Aaron & Dave were truly outstanding. They came to my boat and installed the batteries according to spec. Alec really takes his time to thoroughly check and make sure prior to turning anything on that all voltage is measured and equalized to the capacity of the charger and the type of battery being used. He is organized and well kept in order to do the job right. Can t say enough as well for Aaron and Dave. Felt very comfortable with them all. Will use you guys again. Truly outstanding!. Thank you.

Ordered a battery online for pick up. Once I arrived the gentlemen offered me a comparable product, that was much cheaper instead! Apparently what was in the store was not offered online. Thanks for giving a Sh-- . He could have just let me walk out and pay $40 more. Something to be said for buy local!

The gentleman that helped me was very rude and not helpful at all, he gave me a battery that cost 9 dollars for 21 dollars they are clearly ripping people off. He gives me a highly explosive battery with no case ,nothing to protect it. When I asked him for something to protect it he just says I don t have anything to give you I Basically had to argue my way with him to give me a case for the battery. I do not recommend this place at all. I hope one day Alec will learn how to treat his customers.

These guys are amazing. I went to Apple and they told me I needed to replace my iPhone. I took it to Batteries Plus in Jupiter and they tested out whether a new battery would work at no charge. It worked and I only had to pay $69 for a new battery instead of buying a new iPhone as Apple had recommended. Thanks Alec, Eric, and Aaron.

Great place to shop for batteries, bulbs plus many other services and products. Knowledgeable staff always there for me. I buy all my batteries here. They never let me down. Warranties are unbeatable. Nobody else can compare. They go above and beyond all other services I have tried! I won't go anywhere else!

The service was awesome and super quick, dropped off at 2:30 and picked up at 3:10, perfect job too! I am always bringing any iphones or ipads to the shop on Indiantown in Jupiter. 5 stars

They helped me with some golf cart batteries and they have fixed my wife s phone a few times. They are always nice and knowledgeable. Also, it was a great place to stock up on my hurricane supplies!
