Ray ( store 4991 ) was a breath of fresh air! Oil light came on! He was kind, courteous, and so knowledgeable! He showed me how to check oil level and top it off! He so decreased my stress level- and made me feel @ ease! Couldn't have had a better experience! You have a wonderful employer/ manager! I will be a return customer as needed in the future for sure ( he gets the purple heart ) !

BE ADVISED: when you order from the Autozone website, even though you accessed the order process via the local store's (supposed) website with their address displayed as "your store"......YOU ARE NOT DEALING WITH THAT LOCAL STORE. Online orders go through a "3rd party". Once you create an order....you apparently can't stop it or modify it....all you can do is return it! Ordered a battery. An hour later (since I had less trouble than expected removing the old one (to get the $22+ core charge back)...I called the local store who's "website" I entered the black hole from. They had not been sent any confirmation, and I was unknown to them. This too long a story, made shorter: 5 calls, including Regional Autozone manager, and no real assistance. Should have just called the local store from the get go, and asked if they had my model battery. The website "convenience" is anything but. A problem? Customer Service just repeats the script. No help at all. Regional Manager; no real help at all. With any assistance, from Autozone I'd have my wife's new battery all ready installed. Did not save a trip to the store....I have to go there anyway to drop off the core and get the refund. Fool me once..........

Ray and Vanessa saved the day! In our world today there is almost zero customer service BUT luckily this autozone gives old fashioned above and beyond customer service. I'm cannot say enough for how hard they worked to fix my car battery problem. I am so grateful for their time and efforts. It was my very first time there but I will be a customer for life!

back on feb. 1st had battery issues.i went to your store in jupiter.david help me with testing battery. he was so nice & professional .told me which battery i should purchase.he also noticed my cables where getting worned out.he replaced them.alex the manager was there also over seeing david,s work.they both got me back on the road so i wasnt late for work.your company has 2 outstanding employees here in jupiter.i would recommend anyone with car issues to visit your store! again thankyou so much for your sevice! greg blanchard

The folks there are very helpful and do their best to accommodate customers. If they don't have what you need, they can order it and usually have it in a couple of days. Easy access to the store with plenty of parking.

Service was Superior! A worker helped me pick the correct parts on a 20 year old Honda S2000 and then came out of the store and installed it! WOW...made my Holiday...Many Thanks

I shop Auto Zone a lot and I'm a very satisfied customer 99% of the time. But this visit I was greeted by a pleasant young lady at the counter who did not know what a socket set was or a ratchet wrench. Come on EID hiring has gone to far and it will hurt your business. It did. I went to Harbor freight tools and bought them there. Go woke go Broke.

A few weeks back I went into AutoZone with a few questions I needed answered but didn t have much hope as they were really specific.. Well Jeremey was able to answer all my questions and was super nice and friendly.. What a great employee!!

Inept employees. Called three separate times to ensure that a part was in stock, and that a taxi service could pick it up for me as I was stranded 50 miles away. Was assured the part was in stock and that anybody could pick it up. Taxi service got to the store and they told him that the part is actually not in stock and even if it was, they wouldnt let him pick up. This is after they marked my online order as being ready for pick up. Literally contradicting themselves in a 40 minute time span, what a waste of time and money.

Really impressed with the service here. John went above and beyond to replace my battery right before closing time, although it was quite a job (battery was located under the front seat). No complaining, just hard work and professional service. All the staff was professional. Next time I need something car-related, this will be my first stop.

Very helpful and carried the battery to my car for me. Informed me of the refund when I bring back the old battery. That trip also went very smoothly. Boom, money back on your card and he again carried the battery for me. I recommend based on my experience there.

Just came in today, my boyfriend s coworker told me my reverse light wasn t working. I went straight here because their staff has always been prompt and eager to help me. I needed my reverse light fixed and the manager David helped me out immensely. He figured out what bulb I needed fixed, came outside and helped me replace the bulb and apply silicone to the outside to prevent further damage. Absolutely amazing service from him. I couldn t have done any work without him. Highly recommend coming here for basic car needs. The staff as far as I ve seen really seems to care.

David A. the Part Sales Manager is amazing. He was so patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He is truly an asset to this store. If answered all my questions and helped me find the appropriate fastener to replace the broken one on my engine filter.

DJ was super helpful finding the right headlights for me after the computer results were not the right ones. He even showed me how to replace them. Great customer service, and now I can change my own headlights!! Winning! Thanks DJ!

This Indiantown Rd store has quickly degraded into a poor service auto parts store. Website said a certain part was in stock at this location however once I drove the 20 minutes to get there the employee could not locate the correct part. He brought out a very incorrect part telling me it was the right part but it was clearly incorrect as evidenced by the image on his store computer screen showing what the correct part should look like. The autozone employee didn't care to see if it was correct, I had to point it out. I'm not sure if he knew how to source the part from the store inventory. No apologies offered for not having what the website said was in stock. Gas is expensive and there are so many other choices for autoparts. I won't be to the autozone on indiantown rd again wasting my time and want others to know just because you may know exactly what you need and the store website says it is in stock doesn't mean it can be produced on arrival.

Just had an emergency battery change.The manager assisted me in the purchase of a new battery. He was extremely professional and helpful in both the purchase and installation. I will not hesitate to patronize this business and recommend to others about my experience at this parts store..

Clean store. Safe location. Friendly helpful staff. Was able to find the items I was looking for and quickly get a battery tested, purchased and installed.Excellent job by Mike and Corey. Both were friendly, accurate and got me back on the road fast. Thank you gentlemen for the exceptional 5 star customer service.
