We have been using Atlantic for years (many cars) and highly recommend their services! Becky is wonderful and goes above and beyond to help us! Chris the mechanic really knows his stuff and is honest, reliable and does a great job! Mark the owner is also a good guy, he always steps in and calls directly to explain what needs to be done. Any time I call, Becky will order parts in advance, make sure Chris is aware and more times than not, gets my car back to us the same day. Overall, they are affordable, knowledgeable and fast! Good and trustworthy mechanics are hard to find but this group is the real deal!

Had transmission problems in 2023 after $4500.00 drove the truck about 80 miles and had more problems with the transmission took it back and $3000.00 and 2 weeks we got it back so $7500.00 and after hearing about it needed a transmission cooler so I had that installed for $300.00 .The Owner of the business i feel took advantage of us and we felt it was a good business, well today I need the rear end adjusted was told the price up front and when I get there was told it was more talked with the Owner on the phone he was not on site and did lower the bill to $150.00 double the amount I was told. So costumers beware of this business and Owner.

We had a great experience with Atlantic Transmission. My son's car was fixed within a day and the service was excellent. The lady that works in the office is beyond friendly and the mechanic explained what was wrong with the car and fixed the problem.

Fixed my Nissan Altima s transmission. They really worked with me to find a solution within my budget, car shifts great, and quick turn around time, Make sure you talk to Becky to coordinate things. I want to start by saying Atlantic transmission was amazing. My transmission was jacked up, they sent a tow truck to pick up my vehicle inspected the transmission promptly, and called with a reasonable price to fix it. My truck was towed diagnosed and repaired in 3 days. Outstanding service. My transmission has never felt better. Highly recommend this business to any and all.Service: Transmission

professional scammers, charged me $2500 to fix my car and barely touched the transmission, told me that I would have to run the car for two weeks to break in the new parts, complete scam, the car was worse than before. they told me that it would be a reprogramming problem, and that they wouldn't know how to do it. I took the car to other real mechanic and he told me they didn't even touch the transmission. besides, they were very unpleasant when I went to complain about the service

I took my 2007 Pontiac G5 here twice. First time they were so quick with their work, and even texted me a complete list of everything my car could get done with descriptions and prices. So convenient! The second time I brought it in I was completely distraught because there was something seriously wrong with my car. The staff was so incredibly kind and patient with me. They checked every inch of my car trying to figure out what was wrong for over an hour finally telling me my transmission was completely shot. Hearing this news I almost started crying, this car was very special to me and they understood that, and they were so nice about everything they didn t even charge me for the inspection even though I insisted. They gave me a number for someone who sells cheap cars (super nice guy too) and offered a couple for sale on their lot just trying to help. Genuinely good people who wanna help work here. Best mechanic experience I ve ever had was here. If I ever move out of this state ya ll have to come with me because I don t wanna get my car fixed anywhere else.

This is the best affordable shop I have been too in a long time. I brought in my 05 Ford Ranger for leaking oil. They had the seal replaced the same day, no more leaks, no more problems. Also, beautiful woman that took care of me had a great smile and personality and they didn't even charge for the smiles. Brought my 2005 Ford F250 to these guys for a transmission rebuild. Mark and Debbie we're very friendly and easy to deal with. They did a great job on the truck had it finished in about 3 days and Mark was even nice enough 2 hold my truck for a week or so at no charge while I was coming up with the money. Just brought truck back after 2 months for a check-up that they requested and everything is A okay. I would definitely recommend them 4 your auto repair needs especially their professional transmission rebuilds. BTW, this is a real review from a Jupiter resident about my experience having my transmission rebuilt by Atlantic Transmissions.

Looking for a trustworthy mechanic is always stressful. I was looking for a good mechanic to go to and found Atlantic Transmission as a reference from my dad. From the minute I walk in I m greeted with a smile. I ve had nothing but the best experience coming in. For a more than fair price! They get my car back to me quickly and they don t always require an appointment. Now my whole family comes here! I will definitely go here if i ever have any car troubles

So our transmission died on the turnpike and we got towed to a place in Jupiter but that place told us it would be over 2k to fix it. So we found Atlantic on the internet and they said they would have it towed over. The guy told me it would be towed that afternoon or the first thing the next morning, it didn't get there until around 11:00. When i originally spoke to him. he said it would run around 800 to 850. After he dropped the transmission to look at it the price went up to 1350. That's a huge jump from his original estimate. When we came back to get the car the price had gone up to over 1600 dollars. Then we found out that the warranty is only good for 3 months or 3000 miles where as the standard is 6 months. Hope he wasn't trying to tell us something about the work with his unusually short warranty. I would not recommend him. although the lady that works at the desk is very nice.

My whole experience was easy and painless. Mark and Becky took care of everything I asked, kept me informed if anything else had to be done or was recommended to be done. They took the truck in on a Tuesday and had it done the next day. So service was fast and great on the rebuild of my transmission. Thanks to everyone there.

NIghtmare experience. They had my car for over 2 months and never fixed it. I finally had to sell it to them for parts. They would not return phone calls or keep me up to date as they continually promised. They lied to me repeatedly. They seem nice, but lying to a customer isn't very nice, is it? I was headed home to Orlando from Miami on Thursday and at 10 am my car broke down near the Jupiter Exit. I called Atlantic and they had my car towed to their shop all within in a hour. They told me the transmission had gone and needed to be rebuilt. The owner talked to me and explained exactly what was wrong and told me that he understood I was out of town and to help me out would expedite the job and said he could have it done the next day so I could make it back home. I called around to get some different quotes and in the end Atlantic saved me $700.00 and had the transmission working like new.

So my cars transmission finally gave out. I took it to two places that gave me an outragous estimate! I found Atlantic on google and gave them a call. I had my car towed in and they offered a fair price on rebuilding it, after the other shops said i had to buy a new one. I had it back in two days and shes running great. I would recomend them and use them again myself.

Frankly I was concerned when saw some of the reviews however I went to get an estimate and see for myself. Becky did an outstanding job assuring me that things would go as discussed. Everything went great and the car works perfectly. Thank you for standing behind your estimate and being very fair. It was a good experience.

I went to Atlantic Transmission in Jupiter a few days ago. My car had broken down on the side of 95 and I was stuck. I am new to the area so I did what anyone would do... search the internet. After calling a bunch of mechanics nearby, and describing what happened, I thought I was going to have to buy a new car. This transmission repair was going to cost a few thousand dollars. The car wasn't even worth that much! Finally I called Atlantic Transmission. They had it towed in (for free) and I got a call that evening. They would be able to get my car back on the road for way less than $1000. And I could pick it up in the morning! Sometimes you just get lucky!

Just look at the reviews, more 1 stars then anything else. The good reviews are most likely there friends. If I could give zero stars I would. Scam artists and poor at it but for some reason I trusted my dad on his word. Literally the most messed up place I ve ever been to. Up charged me 1000 dollars without telling me until it was done. I never ever write reviews about anything, but these people need to be know that these people are nothing more then scum, go anywhere else but here. Talked to the owner to , he knows he s a scam artists and doesn t care once he gets your money. Again, DO NOT GO HERE, literally anywhere else

I wouldnt bring my car anywhere else. They are honest and get my car fixed in a timely manner. They are really good at diagnosing transmission problems. Great prices and i would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Atlantic Transmission.

The truck posted on their web site was on Craigslist. Stated new transmission and transfer case. Being sold by George. Called and took it for a ride. I purchased it from the owner of this business which was on the title.52 miles later the transmission goes. I call the number I had for George and no response. I called the business twice and they told me no George there.The woman called me back and asked if I was responding about a Craigslist ad. I told her I purchased the truck from George. She said oh that's not his name, his name is Mark.Well Mark, George told her I bought it as is, but he would give me a break if I tow it to his shop.Yeah right, you sell it as a new transmission, and you'll give me a break?Just what I need, get maybe 100 miles on it and another break?By the way George/Mark, whatever your name is, there was no oil in it also. Great mechanic. I hope you sleep well at night.

Nice people! Professional, respectful and pleasant. Becky is great. She searches things out, keeps you abreast and keeps smiling. You can really trust that she has your best interest as her number one job. Tim was helpful as he explained things in depth. He is easy going, personable and intelligent. There was a bit of an issue.. That's when you see true personalities. I got the help I needed without a problem. Things were resolved in a flash and the smiles and good rapport were sustained. That's when you know that you will return. It comes down to trust!

I wrote a review about 2 months ago....after speaking with my husband we decided to go ahead with the work on our Tranny. After I wasn't pleased with the first visit. But I can say that am so glad I put my pride aside and paid the money for the work. I got a warranty they have honored. And they have been working with me to fix the problems I had on the first visit. Thanks Altantic Tranny for working with me and my Buick. A big thanks to Art.

If I could give them Zero stars I would. They tell you one price and end up doubling it, they charge you for parts they never replace, they will not give you an itemized receipt, even though it's the law, they are thrives and liars. Do not trust them.
