Thank God for Brian's detailed knowledge who was on shift that night. He saved the day. His literary ability on car parts and how stores all of that is amazing. And yet he's still this down-to-earth helpful person. Not too many of those anymore.

I just had a car battery put in my Nissan. This Auto Store is one of the best I have ever seen. Friendly associates and knowledge in what they are doing. I dealt with Cooper and he was just fantastic. Great training for this Store, I definitely would recommend it to anyone needing service for their vehicles. Thank you again.

I purchased a set of wiper blades and an air filter. Dawn installed ALL of them for me, without grumble or complaint -- she was happy to do it! She is very pleasant and seems to be a naturally helpful person who actually enjoys her job. Truly an asset to her company!

Needed a new battery for a 96 4 Runner. William and Dawn did an excellent job installing the new battery, especially due to the age of the car, parts and bolts are rusty and original to car. Highly recommend for quick, friendly, and professional service!

A high school young man helped me do a return of wiper blades that I was directed to the previous evening, purchase of correct blades and install. This was his second day on the job. Other employees treated him as though he should know the entire process and were not helpful. If I was given attitude the way this young man was treated I would be looking for another job. The senior employee actually said they had never installed the type of blade required but did put one on and left without making sure the young man could do the other. I have empathy to new hires and feel the added 15 minutes required could have been entirely avoided if he was being trained properly rather expecting him to know everything on day 2.

I placed an order at this location because online it said in stock, pick up within 30 minutes. I live an hour away. You'd think that the store employees or the Manager would have the due diligence to pull the parts before the customer arrives there... at least that way if the part isn't available the customer doesn't show up upset. Especially considering I live an hour away! Then the manager acted very rude when he was telling me that their inventory was not correct online. Sad part all of this could have been averted if they did what they are supposed to do and pull online orders as they pop up in the system. Shame on this store. Do better, be better... try to take some pride in your job.

Brought a less than 2 year old Diehard gold battery in and it s bad. 3 year warranty on a $240 battery. Battery is stamped 9/21 so it s clearly less than 2 years old. No warranty honored because I don t have a receipt. Why would anyone buy this junk?Friendly service though.

Highly recommend, I had gone in on a rainy day for new wiper blades. Service was so friendly, Gary graciously helped me out and put the new wiper blades on for me as I was hesitant to do it myself. Very thankful and will be returning as a happy customer.

I had an absolutely unacceptable experience at Advanced Auto Parts. I went to the store to purchase a lug nut for my truck, but realized I had bought the wrong size. When I tried to exchange it for the right size, the store didn't have it, so I attempted to do a return. This is where things took a turn for the worse.I was asked for my driver's license, which I provided without much thought. However, I was then accused of fraud and denied my return. The store informed me that my return was flagged without giving me any explanation or transparency about why or when this happened.I never gave Advanced Auto Parts permission to share my information with a third-party company called "The Retail Equation", let alone accuse me of fraud. This situation was insulting and unacceptable. I reached out to corporate, but they didn't do anything to help.It's outrageous that the return policy in the store doesn't mention anything about this, and that a third-party company was involved without clear communication or disclosure. It's unacceptable that customers can be accused of fraud without any clear explanation or transparency.I want to make it clear that I will not stand for this treatment. I will be seeking legal representation to resolve this matter. I hope that Advanced Auto Parts takes steps to improve their policies and communication with customers in the future.

Will not go back to the store! Went in looking for help with a battery. Timothy F wanted to do everything but help me (Store was empty). Once he found out that I had a commercial account with advance, he started to "fake" help me. Didn't solve my problem. Went to a store down the road and they were great. I DO NOT recommend going to this location.

Advanced is usually the go to for parts. Helpful staff, good selection of products, etc...Phoned and talked to a staff member. Asked if they had a specific type of ATF. He said yes. Drove out of the way to get there, to find out, they didn't have the ATF he said they had. Incompetent employee.

I have being coming to this store for over a decade, very convenient and with good inventory. Just came today at 8:30pm and the store is close, now it is not the first time this happened. So i have had vehicles disable to be able to fix after I pick the parts vefore they close and finding the store closed. It becomes a problem and google still said it is open. Once people were still inside I just need to pick up the online purchase and the employee told me that the mamager told him to close early. Well just not good. Change the schedul, and close, I understand no having enought people but as per the schedule you suppose to be open

I have currently been employed with advance for no more than a month and I already experiencing unfair and unjust treatment on the job including getting a vehicle that does not work not knowing how to inspect a vehicle and many more other things that I experienced on the job that was unfair which I am not equipped to say at this moment but I'm currently not happy if something needs to be done and I would have loved to have a transfer but management was very inconsiderate and not understanding he just let me clock out and did not care if I stayed or go. I still want my job I just didn't want to work at that location I would love to work at another location.

Been going there for 20 years !! new manager Tim couldn't find that I purchased my windshield wipers from them so he refused to help me put them on. That goof has no business being a manager!!

Very helpful! Jose was there when I walked in and made my day be being very nice and promptly helping me find my cabin air filter and engine air filter. I would recommend if you need auto parts.

I've been here three times in the past month for various reasons, but mainly battery issues with two separate vehicles. All of my experiences were good, but the first and last were exceptional.My first experience was with a young employee (mid 30's probably) who drives a black mustang. He was extremely informative, charismatic, and answered every question I had. He ultimately helped me decide on what type of battery I needed for a car I don't drive regularly, which (the battery he suggested and I purchased) allows the vehicle to sit for two weeks, for instance, and still start up with no issues.My most recent experience was with a darker skinned gentleman who assisted my father and I by checking to see 1) if the battery I had on this second vehicle of mine was dead, as well as 2) attempted to start the vehicle with the store's battery jump starter pack. Despite having no luck starting the bad battery, he was very kind and helpful when the battery wasn't even purchased from an Advanced Auto Parts. In other words, he had no reason to help us, but he did.I highly suggest coming here for any of your basic automotive needs; the two men I mentioned went above and beyond in comparison to some other employees I have had the misfortune of dealing with in the past, at other locations.

surprised by the other review but my experience was not so great. waited 30 min to end up leaving because i had made little progress in line. there were 5 workers and roughly 15 customers. three employees were upfront while two hid in the back. two of the workers upfront were with the same customers for the 30 minutes i was there and the one employee left moved like molasses showing no care for his job or the customer, a little more sense of urgency please!

They are all so friendly and helpful! Always going above and beyond for the customer! If you want to know how to treat people go here, the staff can teach you a thing or two about respect and how to treat one another

this is one excellent advance Auto franchise. they're really well stocked, willing to help you and they're all business. so far I've never had to have anything ordered, even though I'm working on a 20-year-old BMW and a 12 year old prius. if you need tp go to an auto parts store, I recommend you go to that one.

The staff try to be as helpful as they can. Under new management they are currently going through some changes, hopefully for the better. Occasionally the computer system used to look up parts can give wrong part numbers, but that's understandable.Just be sure to have your VIN or even your license plate number ready so they can provide the most accurate information for your vehicle.

We went into the store to purchase a battery advertised on sale and when e walked in the girl who worked behind the counter immediately was rude and not helpful to start. She gave us attitude from the start and basically refuse to help us. When we asked for a manager she refused to help us until I had to ask someone else. Her name was Christine and was just and ugly person with the way she treated us. On the other hand the manager Matt was nothing but helpful. He went out of his way to help us and fixed the issue that Christine caused. If you walk in and see Christine don't walk but run away. She needs to learn how to be respectful on how to treat people. Go to pep boys they will treat you better.

Great place to get support for your vehicle. I got my front brakes and we even compared prices. Now I wish I could get my AC running and would be just as great. I will go back and see if they could support me with a solution.

The associate that I dealt with that morning was very helpful and very friendly and even one of the customers that was waiting in line with me was very friendly that was a good atmosphere
