Tony and the entire crew at Jensen go way above & beyond to get it right! I've brought multiple vehicles to them over many years with plenty of change within the company and they are still fair priced, trustworthy, reliable, and very thorough. Jensen Beach location is the best! They had my back when my car was contaminated with diesel fuel. It was a nightmare with the insurance company but everything was resolved thanks to the manager, Dan. He went out of his way to get things done.This location is super busy but I was able to get 4 new tires the next day!Staff is great here. I highly recommend this location!

My family has been using St Lucie battery and tire for 20 plus years. After yesterday's situation we will no longer be using them. I made an appointment a week ago to get two new tires. I used the Jensen Beach location because that's where I got my last two tires and I knew they had the information as they are not stock tires. I was told my information was no longer in the system as they got a new system since the last time I was there and the gentleman said he needed to call the main store to get my information so he could order the tires. He called me back a few minutes later with the pricing information on the tires and we scheduled an appointment for yesterday Wednesday February 28th 2024. I made the appointment for first thing in the morning and dropped my car off the night before as discussed with the gentleman. Yesterday morning I called to confirm they had everything they needed and was initially told by the gentleman he did not have my appointment. Then he expressed he did find it highlighted in green and that my tires were in everything was fine. I told him at that point I also needed an alignment and an oil change I requested a full synthetic oil change. I was called a few minutes later by Steve and told there was no information in the system for me and my tires had not been ordered. I asked what the gentleman I spoke with prior was talking about and Steve said he had no idea and he maybe could get my tires by 12:00 p.m. I did not hear anything back so I called close to noon and was told the tires were on their way. I spoke to Steve a couple more times and when I asked what in the world happened I was told I don't know I don't know what to say I don't know what you want me to say. Multiple times I suggested perhaps just an apology for the confusion would be a good start and all three times I spoke with him he just kept saying I don't know what you want me to say in response to me suggesting an apology. I am so disappointed after years of service to have experienced my first negative situation that made me feel so uncomfortable and untrusting that I will not go back. Also I ended up with a synthetic blend oil change instead of the full synthetic I requested.ETA** I heard from Regional Manager Marco and he has put forth efforts to make the situation right. Most important to me being an apology for the confusion! He will be contacting me next week to correct my oil change at no charge. Thank you so much Marco.

I came in today to get air in my tires, and the gentleman named Sam went above and beyond to help me out. He told me I needed 4 tires and next thing I knew I was leaving with brand new tires. Keep up the good work Sam.

I had new tires installed along with a wheel alignment. When i picked up my car the gentleman at the dest told me they couldn t do the alignment correctly due to corrosion of the control arms. Without checking thecost of parts he said he would guess the cost would be excessive.I brought my car to Volvo and had them check what St Lucie and Battery Tire, Jensen Beach had toldme. To my amazement they were able to due an alignment and I had no corrosion of the control arms or any other parts.Be careful with this location!

Had battery issues this morning.Gave St Lucie B&T a call and was told to come right over, no appointment like most other tire stores.Took my car right in, even came back with a lower price then originally quoted.Great customer service.Will certainly return.

Watch your wallet and prepare to be upsold. Won't touch your brake pads unless they sell you new rotors even if they dont need replacement. In other words they take advantage of uneducated customers!! Adios.

The work performed on my 10 year old 190K vehicle was amazing. They were 100% committed and the extensive work my vehicle was amazing. They deserve to be recognized and highly recommended. My car is like new!Thank you!

They fit me in on Saturday after thanksgiving for an urgent brake job. . Did a great job, fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and didn t try to mansplain anything to me. Showed me exactly the trouble while the car was on the lift I highly recommend them. Manager Dan is top notch.

I recently had my car service at the Jensen Beach garage. Where I had conversation with the store manager, Bailey Hoffer, after listening to my vehicle concerns, she responded with an action plan, immediately. I found Ms Hoffer to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. In addition, she was very pleasant and respectful. She's definitely a credit to your company. Most courteous and comprehensive mechanics and facility that I have been to. I. have used them several times, even after they've given me a quote. If they can find the part at a better price they always phone me. Let me know and install the new price part. There are always willing to help. Sometimes they say just bring it over and we'll check it out. Love that it's so close to me and that everyone there knows me by name is totally awesome

The people were very pleasant and informative of what they had to do. I haven t really driven it anywhere since I got it back and it was radiator work and tires So I ll get back with you on the results but they ve always done good work for me in the past

Following up. This is an edit of a previous review which was not very positive. I promised a subsequent review if my issue was resolved satisfactorily. My truck was misdiagnosed in the initial analysis for a check-engine-light and resulted in some work replacing all 16 spark plugs and 8 ignition coils which did not correct the problem. That led to my disappointment. However, SLBT did not give up and upon further diagnosis efforts the trouble was found and corrected by replacing a defective MDS solenoid. This involved a tedious partial breakdown of part of the engine. Going above and beyond they replaced all four solenoids to prevent a future issue. In addition the serpentine belt was replaced. My truck runs beautifully at this time. I have not hesitated in the past, nor will I hesitate in the future, to employ the services of SLBT. They were upstanding in admitting an error and correcting it. Not many in the automotive repair industry can make that claim. I am very thankful to Marco, Dan and Tony For making this turn into a positive outcome. I am completely satisfied with the final result, both in the running of my truck and the more-than-fair final bill total. Thank you SLBT!

When the AC in my 2005 Beetle stopped working I made an appointment to have it checked out. I stopped to pay for the service with the intent of picking it up later. When I dropped the car, the driver s side interior door panel was cracked and taped but fully functional. When I picked the car up I was told a little tape had been added which was presented as a positive thing. When I opened the car door to put the receipt inside the entire interior panel fell out in pieces connected only by a few wires. I couldn t close the door even by attempting to tape it. I was forced to lay the pieces and parts on the driver s seat so that I could close the door which is not closed tight. I m not sure how I m going to drive the car with the parts in this state. When I went to return the tape, of course, no one was in sight. I was so angry and upset that I wasn t comfortable even attempting to talk about it. Surely whoever pulled the door apart was aware of it yet not one word of explanation or apology was offered. I don t expect special treatment when having repairs done but I do expect my vehicle to be in the same drivable state it was in when I left it. This is totally unacceptable treatment.

Purchased (5) Yokohama tires and (5) KMC wheels for my Jeep. Working with Michelle was by far the best experience I've ever had! Her knowledge, friendliness, and excellent customer service was second to none. I would highly recommend the St. Lucie Batter & Tire team in Jensen Beach.

i stopped by the jensen beach location this morning for what i thought was just a patch for a slow leak in my tire. turned out, i had a nail in the side wall and my tire needed to be replaced. bailey and the rest of the staff were very friendly (and funny :) ) and able to help me last minute without an appointment. it was also a very short wait time! this was my first time visiting SLBT and i will definitely be bringing my car back here in the future when needed. thank you again for taking care of my car so quickly and professionally, and saving me trips to the kia dealership in fort pierce from now on!
