I am not sure why there are so many positive reviews, if he screwed me then I am sure he screwed others. He was dishonest and was not able to repair my ski. He lied about changing spark plugs and still charged me for the parts and labor. He also said he changed the oil and filter, I do not have proof he did but based on his lying about the new spark plugs, I am sure he didn't do the oil change. He also replaced 2 parts in the ski and the total for those parts was $1450, after installing those 2 parts the ski still was not fixed. He ended up cutting the wires and using an old corroded connector from junk he had laying around his cluttered shop to get it to work on my ski and he failed, I was out of pocket $2100 that I paid up front with a ski that still did not work. He had it for 2 months and could not repair the ski. I took it to another repair shop and they diagnosed and repaired my ski in under 4 hours. Just be careful.

We have a zodiac jet boat. It s an inflatable boat with a jet ski engine that goes with a yacht so when you are out traveling and need to run ashore you can just run with the zodiac and not take the whole yacht. We thought we had blown the engine with just 20 hours on it! . We called several places around Melbourne but no one wanted to tackle it. We drove 1 1/2 hours each way to take it to Phil to fix. We were so frustrated that we would have done just about anything to get it up and running again. Phil did some trouble shooting and fixed it for us. It didn t even need a new engine! I am thrilled and very grateful to find someone so honest to do business with!!We take it out on the river 3 or 4 times a week now. It runs great!!!

A very knowledgeable individual I've known for over 11 years. When it comes to repairing jet skis and marine engines, he is no doubt an expert in his field; so much so, that when no one else, when not even so-called jet ski mechanics can fix it, they bring it to Phil to repair.

The owner on this business is very informative about jet ski and Marine, best in town and affordable hard worker. Can rely on it get it done on time!. Definitely will spread the world about his shop!

Dont even waste your time with any other shop around here. Phil is by far the best most professional individual in the business. He keeps it 100% real with you unlike these other shops where "the customer is number 1 priority" , he gets the job done no BS no waiting around. Literally my go to guy for anything PWC related.

All I can say is this guy is a man of his word. He promised me that he would do whatever it took to get my ski going and he followed through on that promise. Earned a customer for life just based on the first transaction.

This is a man that doesn't keep his word. He will screw everyone and anyone. People do.work for him and he doesn't pay up. And come to.find out he does this.to many. After doing research he has done this with people needing repairs too. All I can say is beware of someone that morals are below Satan's level. How someone like him sleeps at night is beyond me.
