This is a very busy location. Its best if you make an appointment. I rolled in today with a check engine light on. I freak out with those things because it is either an easy fix or an expensive fix as we all know. They got me assessed right away because it was early. We just had to wait for a part and the supply house wasn't open yet...3 hours later I was on my way. The damage to my wallet wasn't really bad. As I said before, this is a busy shop. They have always treated me fairly and I know they can get frustrated dealing with unruly customers because I've seen it. They maintain a level of professionalism when others would lose their cool. More people need to understand the word compromise and realize they really are trying to help. Well done Jensen Beach Firestone and Thank You again!

The workers are friendly, and my alignment was done well, but I do have a couple of qualms. The biggest thing is that they added a shop supplies charge that wasn t included in the original estimate (should ve asked for a printed copy). They also didn t naturally give an overview of the work performed. I had to ask about each item individually so they could explain the work done. Also, I m pretty sure they added a scratch to the side of my car.

I needed a tire patch as I had a nail in my tire. I arrived on time and the vehicle was taken back immediately. The technician was pleasant and efficient during check in. The service was completed in the estimated time that was discussed. The service rectified my problem in less than 1 hour. The technician at check-out advised me about all the Firestone services available to me, and I appreciated his time and commitment to my vehicle and my business. Kevin was listed on the invoice as my technician, but there were several very nice employees involved.

This was the best tire shopping experience I have ever had.purchased the tire through Tire rack made the appointment to the nearest installer. I got to Firestone early and was in and out in less then an hour. The staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Have been going to this location for close to 20 years. Always relished the customer service, but after today I'm done with this location.Called 2 days ago to set an appointment for 10AM today, arrived and checked in at 10AM only to have my car sit in the parking lot for 2 and a half hours. at 12:30PM I asked about the current sitaution with my car but was met with a confused stare and a more confused question. Told the tech that if my car wasnt on a lift right now then to just give me my keys back. He promptly responded with my keys, so i left.

This place used to be great but recently it has gone downhill! Always have had my tires and oil done by Firestone and was told recently that my tire warranty is no longer valid because they didn't rotate the tires even though they are supposed to like it says right on the sticker. Apparently I have to tell them to do it each time, what a rip off. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

Had a vehicle worked on forAssortment of services.And different techs working on the Mercedes 350 GLK from American ChampionTook some time due to part arriving .Tire sensors , Lug bolts ,Hub bearing ,Scott mgr And David service mgr very transparent and communication took care of the problem s. Appreciate the follow up and made the correction sTo help me with the Firestone experience and gained a new customer for the effort.Sincerely John Barczykowski

I had a 7:30 appointment. At 8:05 my car was still where I parked. I ask the worker when would they take my car in. At 8:10 they did. At 9:10 I went to check, the same worker said that they called me at about 8:45. I showed him my phone that I had no calls. Upon driving my car, after $187, the problem was not fixed. I had to go back. Good loss of time on a Saturday morning

ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!During my absence, my fianc�e went solo to a local auto shop to address issues with our 2017 Nissan Altima, involving the replacement of 4 brake pads, 4 rotors, and two rear wheel bearings. To our dismay, the quoted cost amounted to a staggering $1,865, including $620 in labor, which notably encompassed a ridiculous $110 labor charge for a wheel alignment. For those versed in automotive matters, it is clear that the described tasks typically do not exceed a two-hour timeframe, especially at a professional shop, rendering the specified labor charges absurdly overpriced.Adding to the concerning experience, my fianc�e was subjected to extreme pressure, with the mechanics suggesting that failure to promptly address the purported issues could lead to an immediate accident an assertion that understandably induced fear and pressured her to pay now OR ELSE. Furthermore, the parts alone were quoted at an astounding $1,100. However, upon my subsequent visit to O'Reilly Auto Parts, I acquired all the necessary components for a mere $491. This raises valid questions regarding the disparity in pricing between a commercial, well-known car service center and an individual customer.The cumulative discrepancy, after obtaining parts at a lower cost, amounted to $1,374. This leads to an extremely concerning conclusion that the establishment seemingly exploited the situation to charge my fianc�e an inflated amount. What compounds our dissatisfaction is that this is not an isolated incident, as we have previously encountered similar issues with this particular service center.In light of these experiences, I strongly caution against doing business with this establishment, especially if you are a lone and a vulnerable customer. It appears that the business practices at this location may not align with fair and transparent dealings, and there is a significant risk of being taken advantage of.

Very understaffed they cannot do their jobs right being that short staffed bays were full and two there to work .. they were nice but I couldn t do 2 hour oil change with an appointment corporate needs to help their employees strive !!

I never went back to Firestone and had a flat tire their mechanic lie to me, and he can't fix it, leaks at the tire the sidewall, and forced me to change a new tire, i had bought many tires from them. then I took the flat tire to another shop, put in water test was leak from tire Vaval stem $ 3 fix problem. Tire plus no good either, spent almost $1000 for nothing didn't take care what I look for gas leaks problem. Tire plus merge with tire stones become a bigger company. The costs are more expensive and greedy. the past 2 months from YouTube, I learned to do myself and save thousands of dollars to replace new spark plugs and ignition coils, knock sensors, and transmission 1st up switch. Got a new battery from BJ'S. very easy to do you self. Today I going to fix and replace the Vapor Canister Vent Solenoid and tomorrow paint the car some parts rust and damage from the sun and rain. Learning and doing will make you feeling young even if you're a senior

I accidentally booked the Stuart store and didn't realize it until the day of. But, I only needed one tire replaced due to road hazard damage. I had an appointment for 1200, and I arrived at 1145. I was then told that I should be able to pick the car up by the end of the day, but definitely by the next morning. For one tire?! The manager couldn't articulate the failure in the reservation process and how an appointment was really worthless.This is the second time I've had a problem at this store. The first time, the tech tightened instead instead of losened a lug bolt and broke it. They lied to me, not knowing that I personally torque all of the lugs when I get wheel work done.

Made an appointment online for 4 PM. There were appointments available even later and it said the store would be open until seven and it showed they had a tire I would need if they could not patch. Had a screw in my tire. Arrived and was told that They close at five and there s no one that could help me they are booked until closing and the appt was a mistake. They were not interested in helping to tell me if they even had the tire in stock and if I just needed one,or both front tires or maybe all four. They are run-flat tires, and. I have no spare. Come back tomorrow during a workday wasn t going to be possible. Drove down the road to tires plus and they took care of me.Update: I reviewed the appt confirmation and it clearly says "If your requested appointment becomes unavailable, we will contact you directly to discuss rescheduling to a time that s convenient for you." Arrived and they pretty much said come back on another day and yes you have an appointment but no we close at 5 and we can't help you. Tires Plus was GREAT and they have a customer for life. But thanks for caring AFTER THE FACT :) Jensen Beach FL location

Went in early in am (8:30) due to 'bolt' in tire...they were short on help I was told it would be a 3.5hour wait.They had me out in lil over an hour.Great job guys ..thank you.

First time with the company.. and very helpful. Booked my appointment online. Walked in and gave them my keys. Called me 20 minutes later informing that they will do a full inspection of my car since it was my first time. 30 more minutes, called to inform me that my car was ready and broke down what was needed. Love how they do not pressure you like most places I ve been. Perfect location to walk the mall while you are waiting.Service: Oil change

If I could give zero stars I would. I've had two terrible experiences at this location and both include lying technicians and blatant disrespect.First they ripped off my door handle and instead of being honest about it they half a**ed glued it back on and sent me in my way. It wasn t until I tried to open my car door and the handle was in my hand glue dripping down my arm and car door that I noticed it was broken. They did replace the handle but the paint job is still ruined and not the same.Second they mis-mounted my tire and cracked my rim. Then again sent me on my way without saying anything which resulted in the tire coming off the rim while driving which is INSANELY DANGEROUS. I then had to replace the tire and rim out of pocket.Corporate "can't do anything" either so I suggest just taking your business elsewhere.

This place is awesome! Scott was very friendly and helpful. I called him early and told him I had a nail in my tire and I had to be to work by eight. As soon as I got there, he took all my information and pulled my truck into the bay immediately. I made it to work on time because they were so efficient. I was only there about 15 minutes. Great job guys!

Shady business practices. My truck died on their property and was told my vehicle overheated. They claimed my coolant system was disintegrating and needed multiple replacements including the entire coolant system. 2 pages of repairs. Originally I received a quote of around $2k, soon after it updated to $3800, and with coupons it lowered to $3500, before the 6.5% tax. That seemed ridiculous so I towed it to a local shop who said nothing was melting & I didn t need any replacements other than a timing belt, water pump, and coolant flush. $850 total. Firestone is dishonest and will take advantage even if you gave them business on multiple occasions. This location is conveniently next to the mall & US1 but do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere

Knowledgeable, inexpensive and HONEST!They tell you what needs doing, diagnose problems and don't pressure you to do unnecessary maintenance.Dealer charged me $1300 for brakes Firestone did it for less than $600.
