Kasey and Ethan are AMAZING!I pulled in with a flat tire that I didn't realize I had at first. Ethan was first to help me and was very polite and reassuring. Instead of pressuring me to purchase a new tire, he picked my brain about when and where the tires were purchased and if I recalled buying a warranty as there was a lot of tread left on the flat but it was irreparable. Ethan came out and assisted with getting the correct size lug nuts on not only the spare they helped to change out, but ALL of my tires.... and took time to explain some things I was genuinely ignorant about (but will be helpful knowledge in the future).Really great guys that are an asset to the BJ's name! If I could give 100 stars, I would!

I have to wait 20 minutes to get told they would not install 1 tire only with theirs brand what they do not carry .

There customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Michelin premier A/S tires 215 55r17 V94 tires from BK S Tire Center in Jensen Beach Florida. One tire had a nail in it that was close to the sidewall of the tire. I was told that it couldn t be repaired. I was told that I had to replace. BH S stated that they didn t have that tire in stock and also informed me that they couldn t order it as it was no longer available. I call Michelin Tire customer service and I was informed that the tire that I needed was still available. They gave me the names of several dealers in my area. I called St Lucie Tire and Battery and I told that they would get me the tire that I need by the next day.I will not buy Tires from BJ'S Tire Center again. This is the second time that I have been ripped off.

David in the tire center was amazing! I pulled in a few minutes before closing with a nail in my tire and he helped me and stayed an hour after closing getting me all set. He never mentioned how late it was and made sure I was safely on my way. Very respectful and helpful. I ll recommend BJ s tire to anyone I know!

We got an unexpected flat on our Ford Explorer Sport today. No one in the area had our size or brand tire except for Bjs. We called and even tho they were over booked with Black Friday going on Casey was able to squeeze us in for an appointment. When we arrived we handled all of the paperwork with him fast and he was very pleasant and professional. We were in and out in under 45 mins. Everyone we interacted with was great. This is where I will be bringing my tire business going forward.

The technicians there are properly trained (unlike many other places) they always do top-notch work. I only go here for tires for all my cars and you should do the same

I would give greater (or fewer) stars than 3, if only I could get someone in the Tire department to actually answer the phone.
