Great locally owned landscaping supplier and landscaping services. Super knowledgeable and extremely friendly .great value on supplies, deliveries and even hardscape installations. (I bought pavers and walked out with pavers and an install! -they did amazing!) Small enough to quickly run over and grab landscaping supplies/stones/pavers etc. I ve been here twice now to get more (and more) stones and they already remember my name and what stone I get. Won t go anywhere else. Shop local- friendly local

I just happened to see this place as I was driving home. I recently moved to the Westside and have been getting to know the area better. The lady on the phone was super nice and understanding of my ignorance in ordering gravel. ( There are many kinds) and lack of visualization of exactly how much Yard would be. I ended up getting recycled crushed cement. It was delivered promptly and professionally. It was exactly what I needed and the perfect amount. The price was fair. I will be calling them again for mulch very soon.

Ordered yellow sand from here. Charged my credit that day and implied it would arrive that day. Still doesn't show up the following four days, calling every day and being told we're the next delivery on the list every time. Finally shows up at 6 in the evening, unannounced and dumped in front of my garage. As soon as I talk to them about compensation for wasting my time, lying about delivery date/time/procedure, and the fact that they never even applied the military discount we were told about, the secretary started giving me another run around about how they couldn't have charged my card without delivery that day(my statement says otherwise) and then said I'd have to wait for a call from the owner. Currently waiting on that supposed call.

Their site states they are your concrete experts. Actually, they are the don't return calls to quote concrete work experts. They are awesome at not returning multiple calls.

21 days ago I had an appointment for them to come and see the work we wanted to do, I was waiting for more than 2 hours and they canceled me in the end. She promised to come another day, I went to the office and talked to the secretary as she was on her way home until this moment they don't answer my calls or msj. They are informal and liars.

Purchased 20 yards of bulk red mulch delivered. Mulch was good, had a little more undyed leaves than I wanted but final product came out looking good. The 1 star review is because I was charged more than quoted by $20.13. Original charge was 575 even, then went to $595.13. I was never advised of higher price. Spoke with merchant today who is unwilling to charge amount discussed and said we have merchant service costs of 3.5%. I understand that as a business owner myself but I do not charge my customer x then it becomes y without advising them of additional cost. Bad business practice. I asked her to review call if its recorded she stated business is closed and I am at breakfast with my family. Why did you answer then?

DO NOT go here for anything at all very very poor customer service. I went there pick out the rock I Needed. She told me they can do the work the next day NOT. I called the next day we can t get to you ok. Called two days later I will call you back in 15 minutes Miss. Rachel said......NOT I never heard a thing back from them. The ones on here that say good job or good work and and got it done your lucky. Because the service is Garbage. Service deserves no stars.

2nd time delivery. 1st one great. This one the lady tore up my yard. Leaving rutts very unacceptable. Now I have to fix it at my expense which is also not acceptable. They didn't even call I heard a horn and happened to look at my cameras. Seriously when I called I got excuse and the girl.said all I can say is they will call. WELL THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN

I had them install a paver stone patio. Great price, the patio looks great, the quality of work it good also. The install crew was very nice. Only negative was the office seems disorganized and when I first called they told me they could have it installed in 3 weeks and it took almost 3 months for them to come out and do it. I had to call constantly to get them to give me a date.

I ordered white gravel and they delivered grey gravel. According to the person that delivered the materials, we just have to spray it down with water and it will turn white but it didn't work. I called the next day to return the materials and get a refund, the representative stated I would have to return all 3 yards of gravel myself to get the refund. This is a problem for me. I paid $50 for the gravel to be delivered for a reason, because I don't own a truck to transport the gravel. With that said, be careful when dealing with this company.

Failed to show up or even call twice for concrete quote. Don t know the quality of their work but they have shown me they aren t reliable. Apparently the market is flooded with work for these guys so they don t care if they lose your business. This seems to be an issue with many others in the field. Hopefully when the construction market dives again these guys will have a different look on customers.

I guess you get what you pay for. Called to order gravel. Lady said ill call you back. No call. I called again. Im sorry im very busy can you call back. I should have known then and went someplace else. Finally on the 3rd day i got to order by 6 yards of gravel and payed for it to be delivered. Ok we can deliver it friday at 10 am. (Today) its now 1.32 pm. Still waiting. I call. Well i only have 1 driver it will be there. So i wasted all day at a job wasting time and money. Please do not use this company.

Not happy with customer service in this company. We ordered white gravel but they delivered gray looking one. And they told us just to spray it down and it will turn white!!! So we did it and gravel is still dark!!! They won't take it back!!!! Very unprofessional service!! Don't recommend them at all!!!!!!

Pricing for basic rock and sand for your yard projects are better than their competitors. Not as large of a selection as other places, but they do have the more common items. They deliver, too.

They did a great job installing my driveway and paver sidewalks. They finished all the work ahead of schedule and I have gotten some great compliments already! Very happy Yard Depot customer!

Good quality. Fair prices. Huge inventory. Convenient location on Blanding (near Lake Asbury, Orange Park and Middleburg) as well as less than 2 miles from new Brannon Field toll road. I can get to anywhere in Jacksonville in less than 30 minutes.

Billy Bell the most knowledgeable person regarding ANY yard work,no job is to difficult for him, humble individual with a crew and equipments that will make the work fast and affordable. Always will recommend Yard Depot for your house or commercial needs.

If u need stuff for your yard or patio renovation, like rocks and concrete, or topsoil, this is the place.. Family owned and operated.. Very knowledgeable and skilled in all aspects of the business.. If I needed anything they sell, I'd never buy it anywhere else.. They deliver any size order! Cheap!

They gave me the run around on a load of stone for four days. Stone was supposed to be delivered Several times. No show!!! I Lost money on a job because of it.
