Purchased a beautiful mint condition Citroen 2CV 6. Very personalized service from Igor with comprehensive video review. Price was firm but fair. I ve purchased a lot of vehicles but this purchase was by far the easiest experience. Saw it on the web, made a phone call, had a video tour of the car, made a wire transfer and in a couple days the car showed up in perfect condition at my home, titled, registered and with a license plate, delivered by a pleasant and careful car hauler. I d buy from this company any time- and I m sure I will again. I m 100% satisfied.

Car buying is very stressful Igor and Logan have been so awesome! They made Car buying a wonderful experience!I drove 2 hours away just to look. Both went above and beyond to make sure that I got into the car of my dreams! Christian and malcom in finance were also patient and went above and beyond! They stayed late and went above and beyond to entertain my kids during the process! I can t think them enough for their hard work and really putting the customer first! I will be a repeat Customer!!!

What a great experience! This was by far one of the easiest and most pleasant car purchases I've completed. I found my BMW online and used their site to ask questions and schedule my test drive. Igor was awesome to work with throughout the process. He was knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions. Everyone at the dealership was professional and friendly. I highly recommend World Imports to anyone seeking a new ride.

I worked with James Johnson "Jimmy" from beginning to end, he was extremely professional, personable and accommodating, not to mention very patient with me on the back and forth throughout the whole process.On occasion I spoke with some other folks there, all including Jimmy were professional and helpful in my opinion.Making a purchase from Oregon out of Florida I was a little apprehensive but after working with Jimmy and getting to know him after a couple days I felt much more comfortable with it.Overall I feel it was great experience for a 2,400 + mile away purchase.Next time on vacation there I'm making a point to stop by to thank them and meet face to face.I would very much recommend them if your in town or far away, many excellent vehicles along with Top Shelf service...Thanks Jimmy, Jason of Oregon

Jimmy and Malcolm are phenomenal ! While living in another states, Jimmy and Malcolm made my purchase easy and stress free. Just a little snippet; prior to my 2 hour drive I already had in mind the car I wanted to purchased and went as far as put down a deposit. Once I drove the car I didn t feel like it was Me . Jimmy and Malcolm worked endlessly, patiently, and they were highly equipped with knowledge on vehicles.I ended up giving a really NICE car and a very low price! The car that no one will pass up if given the same opportunity as I did. Great title, no bad car-fax, and just overall perfect for me and my family !I highly recommend these two guys if you re coming to this place ! I thought I had lost Hope in dealerships when buying used cars but finally got a breath of fresh air, when buying from world imports. I bought a used vehicle out of state and these people were phenomenal about helping me get the car checked out and even doing POV drives to show me how it ran. Upon delivery, I can tell that the car had been serviced and taken care of, and was fully detailed. I got the sense from the moment I started working with them that they cared about their vehicles.If you re buying new or use, I would highly recommend this dealer as they actually know how to sell cars And genuinely care about the people they work with.

I had such a great experience at World Imports! I spotted the car I wanted on their website & within an hour I was at the dealership. Spenser had me set up & ready to test drive and they set up such a great financing rate. Spenser was super helpful, knowledgable & transparent with me. Bought a Mercedes from this company. We have had them do several oil changes. Recently had an issue and had it towed to WI for service. They had the vehicle for a couple weeks, never determined the issue, but charged $536 for diagnostic and advised they did not know what was wrong but suggested the repair could be over $8k. We had the vehicle towed to the Mercedes dealer and they advised that we needed right off to replace the battery-and then they could diagnose. Battery replaced- and they determined the problem was a bad ignition coil. Seems like something WI service should have been able to figure out, as it was a relatively simple repair and our entire bill from Mercedes was $1250. Not close to the figure WI service techs guessed . They thought it was a timing belt issue - not sure what diagnostic technique they used to come up with that, but it was not close to accurate. We realized in this process that they may sell cars at World Imports -we are happy with the vehicle- but they are NOT equipped or trained to service those vehicles. We will never make that mistake again and I would tell anyone from our $536 mistake, they sell cars, and change oil. Don t trust your car to be repaired by their service department . After 2 weeks, and they never suggested a new battery, I don t know how they were able to attempt a diagnostic- so I m not sure what exactly they did at all. No repair, no diagnostic, but $536 please and thank you, take your car somewhere else where they actually know what they re doing. Lesson learned, car is fine now, but we were actually thinking we might need to buy another vehicle after WI suggested the $8k+ repair that they incorrectly assumed (based on what?) might be required. Do not trust them with your car repairs.

I have to say I am very familiar with buying vehicles online, as this was not my first rodeo. I somehow always manage to buy from far away. Igor was amazing to deal with. He got me all the details and documents that I asked for and was very thorough with the whole process. I live up in NJ and purchased the car from Jacksonville Fl. Igor did a walk around on FaceTime, pointed out anything that he noticed so that there was not an surprises and we reviewed the whole car. The paperwork was a breeze as it is all e-sign. Once purchased he shipped the car and they happened to pick it up that day. I received my car 2 days later from Florida up to NJ. Almost any one of the dealers bid out shipping companies so it can be hit or miss with quickness. That is not specifically their fault either. This shipping company was super quick and careful with the cars. I would not hesitate to buy a car from World Imports in the future and I would certainly recommend for anyone looking for a car to check them out. They usually post the cars in multiple locations as I found the initial ad on Ebay. I am thrilled with my 2020 Audi Q7. The car was super clean and just as described!

Sooooo I just took delivery on my new 2020 Honda Touring Hybrid. I miss my Benz BUT I Love my new car and thoroughly enjoyed working with Igor and Christian. They certainly helped me and tempered all of my anxieties while my need for a car quickly went from bad to worse... Igor was very helpful in the out of state purchasing process and kept me up to date on the timeline for delivery. They both made the whole process very smooth. Have had Vette sitting in my driveway for two weeks. Received threats about taking too long with payment issues after explaining that I had cancer and how sick the chemo was making me. I got up and took care of everything. Car got shipped right away minus title or any kind of paperwork. Called today and was told it would arrive on Tuesday after paperwork just got sent.Two man show, and they couldn't get the title sent out. The Vette does look nice sitting there. Those threats to a cancer patient work every time.
