I have brought a few cars of mine that I've had to Wilson's repair and I always leave a happy customer. Just recently I took my 2014 Hyundai Sonata in for them to look at for an unusual noise coming from under the hood of my car and as it turns out my warranty covers it and they helped me out so much with it. I can not thank these guys enough for everything they do. These guys care about people and it shows in the work they do. Thank You Wilson's Repair!!!

These people are exceptional! Took an original estimate of over a thousand dollars and quoted me for right at $250. Fixed the problem the day before Thanksgiving and had me back on the road by 3 PM!I hope my long search for a good, trustworthy mechanic is over!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I found about these guys only about a month ago. I was looking for a Mobil mechanic because my truck had oil all over it. The engine looked like someone sprayed it with clean oil. Fearing the worse.. I filled with oil and drove to Wilson. I was approached immediately by Joey.Not only did he stop what he was working on to diagnose my trucks leak immediately. but there was no charge for the diagnostic check. Within 4 minutes joey was then able to tell me that it was only my oil filter . It had a whole In it making it spray when running. They could have told me it was my front main seal . I wouldn't have known any different. It's hard to find good honest folks these days. But I will tell you I have found it here. Also since then I have been back two more times and always. Joey saves the day. Thanks Wilson's .... Update back again... And as always Simmon and joey are on top of it. Honestly you couldn't ask for better mechanics Thanks again Wilson's

Honestly I won't go anywhere else for my car needs. I've been to them twice now and they have a customer for as long as I'm in Florida. They are so friendly, nice, funny, well priced and they do a great job. I would 100% recommend this auto shop for any service your car needs. The AC went out on my Nissan and I went to the dealership for maintenance. Big mistake. According to the dealership, I also needed to replace my control arms which was going to cost hundreds of dollars, along with other random "issues" they found. I didn't know one way or the other if this was true so I wanted to get a second opinion. I heard about Wilson's and went there. They looked over my car and said nothing was wrong with my control arms at all. The dealership completely lied and charged me $150 just to diagnose it. Wilson's diagnosed my car at no charge and went above and beyond by explaining to me the tactics these dealerships use to scare people into paying for a service that the car doesn't need. You go in for one issue and end up with a high repair bill. That's their strategy. Save yourself the drama and take your car to Wilson's. At least you will know what's wrong with your vehicle without the high costs and games the other shops play.

Been to this shop for years, they have an experienced, knowledgeable and very skilled staff. They are a small business but know what they are doing when it come to cars. Called over 10 places in dir� need of assistance - because I ve got to have a way to go. Every told me they were too busy, swamped, etc. Well I called Wilson s and Cheyenne answered and said we are busy but come on and we will see if we can help. As soon as I pulled in they opened the roll up door and I popped my hood. Immediately Joey was under my hood trying his best to help me out. Even though they weren t able to solve my problem immediately, they were willing to try and were very helpful. I am new to the area, but if I ever need a shop, this is the place I will be taking my business.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I like how they're upfront regardless of the size of the job. When I first called about the issue the guy seemed to understand exactly what was wrong. They kept us updated, finished ahead of schedule, then went above and beyond to help us out. It happened to be the wheel bearings on one of the passenger side. We scheduled for the next morning and I was home by noon. Seemed to be fair pricing to me and I would be glad to use them again.

I had the best experience with Wilson s repair. They not only saved me about $6,000 but they helped me in a very stressful time. My car malfunctioned and Honda said it would cost me $6000. I called Wilson s crying. They happily helped me trouble shoot my car. Honda said I needed a new transmission. Not only did Wilson s do a free inspection for me but they also towed my car from Honda to the shop. Turns out all I needed was a new battery. Honda unfortunately placed metal pieces in my transmission tray to act like my transmission was shedding metal. Wilson s was very honest and so kind. I m so greatful they helped me out and stayed on the phone with me while I frantically cried. I would highly recommend this place. I will forever be a customer.Service: Transmission

Excellent professional service. My car died on me while I was out of town. Had it towed to them after hours. They replaced the alternator, O2 sensor, Oil change and even a headlight bulb. They billed me over $300 to fix my starter but my car cut off again the day I left. And it has only gotten worse since then. Before I went there, I could run my a/c like normal but after they worked on my car, it would shake and die after running it for a few minutes. My starter was never replaced, they basically just were playing around under the hood of my car and essentially made my driving experience worse. I never know when my car is gonna cut off. It will cut off at lights, after I get gas, when I get off work. It is scariest when it cuts off in the middle of traffic. It didn't cut off often like it is doing now before I went to them. It just wouldn't turn on one day and AAA took it to them for me. That's when they told me I needed a new starter and battery terminals. The battery terminals were fixed. My car will crank, but there's no guarantee that it will start. They told me I had a warranty and to come back if it cuts off again but the fact that it cut off again the very same day and from then on has made me so scared to go near them and let them touch my car anymore. I'm not giving them any more of my money. I'm poor enough and the way they did my car makes it seem like they want me to be poorer.Service: Electrical

The best experience I've ever had at a repair shop! Cheyenne the Receptionist and Joey and Smitty, the mechanics provided a fast repair at a good cost. My car was in this shop for a week on a job that I was told would be done in a day. I could not get any clear information or communication without calling them myself. They did eventually get the work done right, but it was way more hassle than it was worth. They broke my brake light switch and didn't even try to wipe off the greasy handprints that were all over the car. I feel bad for the shop manager. He really tried to make things right by me, but overall the experience was very disorganized and unprofessional.

Reasonably priced. Not cheap. But reasonable. Good work. Might take a long time for repairs to be completed though. Esp and engine or transmission work. And do remember to ask them to use new oem pays and not any refurbished ones. The refurbs are not worth it.

I work at Memorial hospital, nearby. Wilson s employees picked my car up from my job, replaced brakes, rotors, performed an oil change, and delivered vehicle back washed, all before I got off within a 3 hour window. What else could you want? They also passed on a $150 special parts rebate, with easy redeem instructions, done on my phone. Vehicle performs perfect, hats off to these guys!

Wilson Auto is my go to place when things go wrong with my Altima. In December they replaced my CV joint and motor mounts. Then this week they replaced my ac unit. They're fast and professional - I highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you Wilson's for great service and great prices.

Set me up with a good plan for the repairs for my car and at half the price 3 other places quoted me. Didn't try to BS me or try any slick stuff. I'm honestly very impressed at the service. I would recommend this place over any other place I know for repairs

Highly recommend Willsons auto repair. These guys a did an awsome job rebuilding the engine In my truck and for an amazing price.Not to mention going above and beyond to make sure I had it back in a timely manner despite all the problems caused from the prior mechanic who unfortunately preformed very poor work. Thank you willsons for your honesty and professionalism. Definitely will be a returning customer.

I had car trouble on my way down to central Florida while I was cutting through Jacksonville and took it into the shop. Great service, fair pricing, friendly workers and a fast turn around. I would highly recommend giving them your business if you re having car problems.
