I bought a new car from this dealership. Everything was fine until I got in an accident. The damage seemed minor but the car was declared a total loss. That's fine. The dealership had nothing to do with any of that. But when it came time for me to get a refund on the gap insurance, service contract, and extended warranty from the dealership, all I got was the runaround. That would have been a perfect opportunity for them to say, "let's help you get into a replacement car." I could have just put all of those refunds towards the new car. But no, the dealership thought it was more important to give me a hard time.

Well I went to get my car serviced and drove out with a new vehicle. I got the new 2024 Hyundai Tucson limited. Love it!! Amanda is great at her job. So if you are in the market for either a new or used vehicle go see Amanda. She well be glad to show you around the lot and answer whatever questions you may have. Good luck shopping!

Very nice and helpful dealership.Parking lot and all the grounds truly needs revamping. Folks were good to us, they just couldn't seem to find it it their heart to give me the deal I wanted. So we went across the street to ford and bought a bronco sport. We wanted the Santa cruz soooo bad. Wish they had negotiated better and come down to what we told them our max was.They said no. Either way we're happy. We will be sure to give them another shot next time. Very good folks.

Traig was awesome, he made the buying process extremely quick and easy. He was very pleasant to work with as well, super friendly and professional. Unlike the average car salesman, he didn't try to talk me in to every little thing or pressure me into any decision, that is something I really appreciated. He also ensured that I understood every detail of my new vehicle as well as the process of getting it serviced at the dealership. 10/10 experience.

I bought a 2024 Palisade here on March 11th after trading in my vehicle. I LOVE the car, but wish I had gone somewhere else. Finance was rude and pushy and it s now almost 1 month later and my trade off loan is NOT paid off. I m coming up on my first new car payment AND still having to pay on my old loan. After calling and speaking to 3 people, only 1 of them offered to help and their advice was to simply keep paying the old loan too . The check was apparently sent to the wrong address. Instead of cancelling it and sending a new one, they would rather wait until the check is returned in the mail before sending it to the correct address. Who knows how long it will be until everything is under one loan, but until then I guess I have no other choice to pay towards both loans. Very unhelpful. Legally, FL dealerships have 10-14 days to fulfill trade off loans, it s been TWENTY FOUR DAYS.

Absolutely dreadful experience at this dealership! I brought my car in for what was promised to be a quick 2-3 day diagnostic test, but it turned into a nightmare. Every time I called to check on the progress, they kept giving me the runaround, saying it would be ready 'tomorrow' and promising to call me back, which they never did. This went on for a torturous three weeks! Each time I reached out, they assured me they'd get back to me promptly, but it was all lies. After three weeks of waiting in vain, I finally gave up and went to pick up my car, only to discover they hadn't even started on it! Their incompetence and lack of respect for customers are beyond belief. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your time and sanity.

My sales representative Matthew was amazing however. My wheel lock key was removed from the vehicle and never put back, I m assuming when they installed the wheel locks, my original window sticker was removed and haven t recieved it yet. And one of my tires is missing the tube cap. All of these things I have been waiting on for almost 2 weeks. Once these issues are resolved then I will update my review.

They really do not show any consideration of their customers. I am a single mother and I went to the dealership because my car just stopped working. Come to find out our engine has cease due to the recall. I was told that the recall was denied and that s it. They also gave me back. My car took apart meaning the motor was disassembled, and I was told by Kyle, which was the manager of the service department that they don t have to reassemble my vehicle once it s denied and they do the diagnostics it s on me basically so as a one time courtesy when I got a little irate and spoke about a consumer law attorney now all of a sudden they can do it for me as a one time courtesy. Also, they left my vehicle in shambles on the inside, as if someone went through some of the stuff in my car , it looks like they started to clean it but it was denied. They stopped everything. The motor cover was left on the inside of my vehicle, which I m not understanding why my fuse box left open still not understanding why they were in the fuse box and now to this day, my car is not working and I can t get under the hood because they did not put that part back on correctly. I do not advise anyone to get any type of car from Hyundai because they do not care about their customers. They do not care about all these recalls that they have your car will stop working and it will be on you. Trust me if you go and look up all of the reviews Hyundai is one of the worst cars to get because of all of these recalls and everyone is going through the exact same thing that I am, Hyundai also told me that they couldn t do anything about the motor because I didn t have a battery mind you we had just brought a brand new battery, but just to appease them we went and bought another battery from somewhere else and put it in ourselves and then all of a sudden now we re denied and they can t do anything about it. It seems like a scam to me. You have all these people buying your cars that you re not even willing to help us fix and it s not our fault that you built these cars faulty, so we will have to take the next steps because Westside Hyundai dealership really does not care. THEFT OF ITEMS FROM VEHICLE!!! Wish I could give negative stars. We bought a $40,000 vehicle from this dealer. Buying process was easy. Fast forward a few months. Took a road trip to Texas, upon my return, I took the vehicle in for its first oil change and a full detail. Oil change was done - detail was ignored completely. Finally had to involve the dealership manager. Finally got the full detail done, returned home to notice that my $150 battery-powered, heated Ember coffee mug (Christmas gift) was missing from the cup holder. I returned to speak with the service folks. I was told that it would have to claimed thru their "3rd party contract detail service" that "only speaks Spanish". After weeks of back and forth, they refused to issue a check for the cost of the item and made me send them a link so they could order it. It took a month to get my (rather expensive) item back. Funny how the person that detailed the car put every other item found into the trunk, EXCEPT my Ember mug. That was the only item missing. Seems to me like this dealer needs to vet it's personnel and contractors better. Thus far, the theft of my item has been met with no accountability of the person that stole it and the people at the dealership acting as though I am an inconvenience. Dealership is complete TRASH. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Had a service appointment at 1:30pm for an oil change and tire rotation. Car didn t go back for service until almost 3pm, and wasn t finished until 4:30pm. I asked them to do an overall inspection of my car as well since it hit a big milestone. Had to ask the guy at the end how it went, he could barely remember my car. Then said oh yeah, they recommended changing your air filters but that s expensive here so save your money and do it at home yourself . What?!. Never coming back.

On a Wednesday I took my wife in to test drive a 2021 Sonata N-line. I had read about the trim and was intrigued. My wife loved it and bought it. Four days later I was back looking to buy myself a 2021 Veloster N. We were always treated with respect and never felt pressured. Our time restraints were respected and we feel like we got a great deal. To anyone who hasn t driven a Hyundai in years (like myself) go drive an N or N-line version of their vehicles, you ll be impressed!!! Special thanks to Rich, Keavaughn, Devon and Greg. I apologize there was one other manager whose name I cannot remember, gentleman with a beard.Update: bought a 2023 sonata n line. Love the car. Kyle and Kevaughn were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this dealer.

car buying was seamless and easy, no stress there. it took them 7 days AFTER my temp tag expired to apply for my title/registration. multiple phone calls a week over the course of 6 weeks ended with i ll get back to you tomorrow with no follow up. i got 2 tickets for having no registration/tag. when i asked for an excuse whoever was on the phone said they just now got around to it . when asked to speak to the manager, was put on hold for 2hrs. wouldn t even give me another temp. i just had to pay 2 tickets because they couldn t do their job. the manager Josh was no help, i ended up having to send him a few emails where all i got in return was i ll check up on that for ya . again, car buying was easy and stress free, but it ended there.

I am starting this off with a 1 star because I am disgusted by the lack of communication about my vehicle. I made an appointment on Friday 12/8 for 10am to have a diagnostic done on my car. My dad brought my car in. My dad being an elderly fellow who is pretty much in no rush for much told them to take their time. However he meant he should know something by Monday. I was on speaker phone and indicated that it was my vehicle. I called today Monday several times to no return phone calls and no updates. Instead they called my father, although my number is on file, to ask him to allow a week for a diagnostic. A week!! Why weren t we told this before? Why wasn t my call returned as the vehicle owner? I have called to speak with the service manager and still have not received a response. I feel disrespected and disregarded. I am pissed to say the least!Update: My dad went back on Friday the 15th to find out that the car was never touched! No communication, no nothing. He had to go to the dealership to find this out. Because of its location, and primary market, this dealer is PREYING on Black and Brown people. They are non responsive and rude. Down right RACISM and CLASSISM! Do NOT patronize this location.

We had the pleasure of working with Traige. He was helpful and answered all our questions and him and his team did the best they could to keep us in our price range, which they did! We ended up with a 2018 Kia Optima, fully loaded. We went in looking for a SUV but with the price range we wanted to stay within that was just not reasonable. We are really happy with the car and it has low mileage and was priced fair. Thank you to everyone that helped us while we were there. Everyone was very friendly and ready to help anyone who walked through the door!

Buying my vehicle was a easy process trading in my vehicle as well. Bought a 2024 Hyundai Kona after purchasing the vehicle noticed that the passenger door is messed up you literally have to slam it like you re mad to close it. Sent multiple emails to the manager nothing . This place has the worse service department in all of Jacksonville and if you come across Isaac specifically from the service department, the whole service department is bad but Isaac is very unprofessional. Truly the worse experience I ve ever had walked in nobody attended me went from counter to counter they just joked around talked with one another nobody was outside to greet me and help me I don t know if it s because I m a Hispanic young man with tattoos but I m in the military and being treated like this is disgusting. Finally Issac decided to take care of me he said it would take about 2-3 hours my appointment was at 9:30am got there way earlier. I decided to wait on my vehicle every car went in for hours but mine. I texted the number to let him know hey did you guys forget about me? No answer till hours later after I texted that I wanted to speak to someone higher. This was his response after my car finally went in at 12 your car is in the shop the cars go in order. the way they came in. You can talk with Kyle he is the head of service department. So the cars that get here first come in and. Not by appointment right? So why if my car was there before all the other cars why was mine left out there for hours until I said something? Than he walks out and ignores me instead of facing the issue like a man verbally why hide? This is just unbelievable definitely will be my last time coming here everyone outside with me just complaining about how terrible their service is here. Everyone gets ignored and treated like nothing we are paying costumers who bought a vehicle from this brand we should be treated fairly and with respect. Then ignoring customers coming in over at the service department blows my mind. WORSE HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP IN ALL OF JAX because of a non responsive manager who didn t acknowledge my vehicle was sold to me with a defect and the worse SERVICE DEPARTMENT in the 904. STAY AWAY FROM ISAAC & the whole service department!

Do not take your car here for service - I had an appointment 10am Monday, but they never called me or sent an estimate, despite repeated promises - "too busy", "my day off". Parts not ordered until Thursday. Picked up my car on Friday for a $200+ diagnostic charge, when I had told them exactly what work I wanted to be done.

BEWARE OF THESE CROOK!!!!! I wish I could give 0 stars but I can t. I came in December 2023 and was first approved for a 2017 Tuscan over the phone. When I came back to finish paper work they showed up me a whole different car, told me the other was unavailable. Gave me a run around while I m signing paper work telling me I had to put more down AFTER I had already paid my deposit. Noticed 2 weeks after i sign that the car is burning oil, have my oil changed multiple times and nobody can verify an oil leak. Come to find out it is burning through exhaust. I was told by a mechanic it was an engine problem and to have Hyundai look at it. I take it to Hyundai and was told the engine was fine and that it only needed a tune up and fuel injectors. I fix those but oil still flooding into my spark plugs and causing misfirings, engine failure. Told by multiple mechanics (because I need different opinions) to bring it back to dealership and they need to be liable for it because they sold me a lemon. I haven t even had time to enjoy this car with my kids because it is so faulty. Thanks to these crooks now I m stuck with a monthly payment for a car I can t even drive and stuck having to pay for Ubers again. Trying to figure out how to fix this lemon, pay for Ubers and daily life of being a mother! Smh I see why every time I come back to this place it s always new faces.

fair negations on price, were ready to work with us when we arrived a few hours before they closed, and were very accommodating when we decided to buy a new car instead of a used car (which is why we originally went in). Our sales rep Darryl was great; explained everything to us and definitely NOT high pressure. The sales manager Kyle was very helpful. We felt they definitely understood our needs and worked with us to get us the perfect car for our circumstances. we are very pleased with this dealership and the vehicle purchase process.

Worst service department! I was told an hour and a half for an oil change WITHOUT A CAR WASH by Derek and it took 2 and a half hours for just an oil change.AND I HAD MADE AN APPOINTMENT!! WHAT IS THE POINT OF AN APPOINTMENT IF YOUR CUSTOMERS STILL HAVE TO WAIT!? Derek was pretty rude and nonchalant about urgency. I won't be returning my cars or referring my clients to this place.MANAGEMENT: please don't get on here apologizing for the service asking me to reach out to management. Management was in the office ignoring the customer's like the rest of the workers. Never again.
