Delt with Wyatt car sales. He made it very easy, smooth process, and the fiance Dept. was excellent. I would recommend this dealership highly. Absolutely love the G70 3.3 TURBO. Words cannot describe how awesome this car is to drive and look at. Just recently purchased this car, have had people I don't know come up to me, they say that may be the Best looking car they have ever seen. I say, it drives like a rocket. It has every feature one could want. Then they ask, where did you buy it?? I reply, WESTSIDE GENESIS.

My latest experience was not the best. The genesis service should be near exceptional but this location is no different than Orange park. My vehicle was done in a timely fashion but my checkout was more than 1 hour. I also never received a printout of my multipoint inspection. The service advisor didn t talk to me to assure me everything was completed. I m used to a conversation from the advisor to go over what was completed and give me any recommendations from what if anything was found from the multipoint inspection.

On 06/15/23 I had an 8:45 appt to bring my car in for a part recall. This was to take app. 1 hour. I had to wait on my car for lack of transportation. I was out of range for the courtesy ride. After 5 hours I was told the mechanic still had not gotten to my car. I was then given a loaner car because they said it would not be ready until the next day. They said the mechanic was repeatedly reminded that I was waiting with no results. My having an appointment didn't seem to matter. Eventhough the front desk personnel was courteous and professional I was completely dissatisfied with mechanic service.

Proceed with EXTREME CAUTION! VERY unethical management. I wasted 3 weeks negotiating back and forth attempting to purchase a GV80. My wife and I were told the car had a sold sticker on it and was ours to purchase... they raised the price $3500 over sticker, adding a gimmick 'upgrade' service package (ask for the written guarantee on the package... they won't provide one). Then, when they tried to charge ridiculous fees for financing with a 781 credit score (lied and told me they do not get any kickback on financing deal), I told them I was getting my own financing or paying cash. They sold the car the next day to someone else without even contacting us prior to give us the option to purchase the vehicle. Very sad... but did us a favor in the long run. I am sure the issues would have continued based on the total lack of integrity they displayed... we have since found an identicle vehicle $4000 less expensive, not to mention the money we saved on much better financing terms. Do yourself a favor and RUN FAST TO ANOTHER DEALER! Good luck car shopping, but be careful of snakes like the management here!!! I fully expect to see their cookie cutter GM response that if I call 'he will be happy to discuss the situation and see how he can help'. Shouldn't they just pick up a phone and call the customer??? They have my number, but just try to deflect negative reviews with fake response from a 3rd party marketing agency. Poor management... very thankful I did not purchase from them. If it smells like a rat...

TLDR: Dont buy a genesis and expect the valet/concierge service. It is IMPOSSIBLE TO SCHEDULE. LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE.My wife and I purchased a fully loaded GV80...almost $80k vehicle, the buying experience (at westside hyundai) was great. Here we are 3 months later trying to schedule the first "valet service" that was promised to us during the purchase process and it is IMPOSSIBLE to schedule. Online tools (if valet service is an option) have no available times or only times slots for drop off and wait.Oh, well lets just call and schedule an appointment then. NOPE...their terrible automated phone system doesn't have the option either, and when you tell Brook their automated phone service agent that you want to speak to a human it transfers you back to the beginning of the automated phone system.Ok, well lets call the front desk, have them transfer me to a real person NOPE...they just transfer you to the same automated system.Called Genesis corporate. waited on hold with them while their corporate agents went through the same hassle.No wonder the genesis brand is struggling...I dont care how beautiful and great their cars are (and I love the car) if i am 1.5 hours into trying to schedule a service and I am still without an appointment...something is wrong. I refuse to wait in the service department when I was sold and paid for valet service. If I do go to the service/sales department it will be to cause a scene and let everyone there shopping for genesis know what they will be dealing with post purchase.I might just go trade the damn thing in at this point. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Was looking to get a lease. They were to appraise my car and took my keys to "take a few photos". When I returned to my car after the lease didn't work out (they charge you fees for things you don't need), I found out that 1. They drove my car recklessly without my permission 2. The driver was not wearing a seatbelt for the duration of the ride. What kind of service is this? I will report this to corporate along with the video footage of the incident. I'll be talking my colleagues to never step foot in here ever.

Westside Genesis SERVICE Department is biohazard GARBAGE! THEY scheduled ME an appointment for paint repair for my GV70, just for me to get there and get the run around (wE dOn'T kNoW aNyThInG aBoUt iT) 80 minutes of my time & 70 total miles of my gas wasted! Nitwittery & nincompoopery at its finest! I will NEVER return for any kind of service for the service department!
