Worst experience I ever had. That's Florida for you, this never happens in Maine where I'm from. 3 hrs to put on a new tire is absolutely ridiculous.

Waited 40 minutes for an oil change to find out we can t take your car because of your damaged key fob. No one told me when I gave them my key.. no one mentioned it was an issue.. 40 minutes later no oil change..

Came in for simple oil change was told it would take 45 min. It's been 2 and a half hours. I get places get busy but my car has been on the racks out there for over an hour. And All of this would evenbe tolerable if they weren't so rude on top of it all. Judging from all the other reviews in here I should have known better. Management could obviously care less because it's the same complaints on here for years

Tom at the service tent is rude. They make you go back outside and stand in the heat(heat advisory 99� today) to sign in. I asked the service rep why do we have to come outside in the heat holding my 1 yr old and 7yr old following...now he say well he have to be outside what makes me better than him

The tire department was super helpful and quite pleasant! I had needed my tire fixed and I came from out of town. The ladies working the desk to the techs were all friendly and inviting. Great experience. By far the best experience I ve received from Walmart automotives departments. (FYI-skip yulee if you can & go straight to Lem Turner for the best service)

A horrible experience!! I went in for an oil change. I was told that it would be about an hour to an hour and a half. After one hour and 51 minutes my car had not been touched! There were three cars ahead of me shortly after 8am and there were three cars ahead of me 111 minutes later. I asked for my keys back and will not recommend them to anyone unless you have all day to spend.

The people that works for the auto center with the sometimes lack of help do an amazing job. With facing often upset customers because of long wait times.These people are very professional and polite,so be prepared to wait if u go and get service on your vehicle.And keep in mind these people are really doing there best to get you in and out. If Wal-Mart would only invest a little in their service department they would be second to none. Because they already have great prices on tires and oil changes, a little more help will go a long way

Slow service dropped car off at 8 ish and they said 3 hours to get to it and would be done in 3.5 to 4 hours. NOPE took over 5 hours. Also ordered tires on line came in and although they are the same tire tread very different. They are telling everyone that comes up 5 hour wait now. Only have 5 techs so my guess is it s more of a management issue than a team member issue. But team members are not rushing by any means... so if you are wanting a Walmart auto service according to the team here go to river city they will be faster

I bought my first pair of replacement tires here and the service to my tires has been great. Have had to replace 1 due to a nail and rotate them and the experice was great each time. The techs are nice and so are the ladies at the register.

Everytime I expect a different result from the same people it's not the best place to go hurt it will hey the job done. First off it was a 4 hr wait. Then the cashier got stuck in the cash register and the manager turned and said I'm on break... I let him know kindly that is your title and your ability to fix. You may want to block back in.

I came into this tire center Friday Aug, 5th 2018 for a tire rotation and balance. I had purchased the tires and and the River City Walmart. Let me just say I will never go back to River City for anything. My car rides smoother than it has since I got my car 2 1/2 yrs ago. To the gentleman that was working first thing that morning. THANK YOU! I will be back for everything. Awesome job!

I need a new tire. The waiting time took. 25 minutes. The clerk's was very friendly. Thanks. But. The front check out clerk's you need more of them. Only 3 or 4 lines open to wait on about 20+ people in line. Thanks

We had an eleven o'clock appointment, that was made yesterday (Monday) which was put on the wrong page......the the car was pulled in the bay at 12:23 now we will have to sit another 30/45 minutes..... to sum it up we have spent unnecessary time here when I had other business to take care. I give one star because I can't put a half star !

Bought 2tires online from Walmart. Went at7:am to have them installed. The worker was putting on four, I told him I only paid for two tires he took the other two off. Got home and they called and they said I have to go back, they put on the wrong tires. Waited 3hours the first time now have to wait again for there mistake. Do no go here.

They are great with low pricing, but the auto care sucks when it comes too what you want in your car or on your wheels, strictly by the book, so if you want specific tires on your car or a certain oil inside don't go to them.

Went to auto center to ask which tool for oil filter cap and worker name is Derek isn t helping and he said he not know which tools and I asked where is other worker who can answer my question and he said whole mechanics are gone but there plenty people work in there. I will not suggest anyone take their car to shop if they not know which tools, which oil and etc that right for your car....Food store area always smell like perm every time I come.... this place need close down and go to Walmart in RoverCity area it s more clean and updates

Had two cars in front of me when I got here. Two hours later they pulled my vehicle in for an oil change. It's a little frustrating watching the service crew do everything but work.

Went in to get a oil change when the department opened for the day.Was told it would be an hour and a half at least because they were not allowed to start working on vehicles until two mechanics were there, someone had called out and the next employee wasn't due in till then.Why open at all if you can't do anything till then.

The slowest people ever work here. Took them hour and 30 minutes just to change one tire. If the price was not so good I would never go back. Just plan on waiting.

Wonderful. Cute young man fixed two of my tires in one week. Loved the friendly service.
