Visited the 103rd Street location Jacksonville Florida 4/5/24 to purchase a battery for my Lawn Mower. When I arrived the crowd was minimal the cashier went above & beyond to assist me with my purchase Having a Disability this type of action counts 1000%. The folks in line were very patient which made the process much more Pleasurable Thanks to this young lady for her Courteous Attitude & actions.

Still waiting on a call back from the manager after 4 calls/escalations. Left phone number and email. *update, finally got a call basically telling me know one would help me. Everyone is passing the buck trying to prove why they can't help me instead of actually trying to help me. I will never get service done or spend any money at any auto center and sadly I'll be cutting ties with Walmart as much as possible.

I have been going to this Walmart since it opened for tire service. Today was very different from past times!! The tire manager really leads by example, she was extremely courteous not only to me but every customer she engaged with while I was there. The center was very efficient and organized, it was a stellar experience with her!!

Had to wait to long for appt and ended up getting towed. Tried calling to cancel but couldn't get any answer ever. I called different times to let them know I couldn't come but no one ever ever answered the phone

My personal experience is you are your own best advocate. PAY ATTN TO YOUR CAR AND WHOSE WORKING ON IT. DO NOT TAKE A HUGE INVESTMENT AS A CAR FOR GRANTED! With that being said, I ONLY TRUST "LEON" WORKING AT THIS LOCATION. I'D TRUST OTHERS BUT THEY HAVE TO EARN IT AS LEON HAS EARNED MINE. HE PAYS ATTN TO DETAIL, LISTENS TO REQUEST AND CONCERNS!!! LEON IS POLITE, PATIENT, AND MY FAVORITE PERSON TO SEE AT THIS LOCATION. I'M CAMPAIGNING FOR LEON TO GET A RAISE AND RECOGNITION FOR ALWAYS GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! Do not go here for service, specially if you have an extended car warranty. I requested the included inspections with the synthetic oil change and the documents stated they were declined. A manager said the system does not write down checked or inspected. Lies. I want a written document specifying which services wete performed.

Very rude staff and not only do they take over 3 minutes to pick up the phone they automatically put you on hold to wait another 3 minutes. Staff told me hold on vs just a moment and put me on hold yet again. unprofessional experienceService: Auto tire replacementService: Auto tire replacement

I went in with my girlfriend to have the battery checked (we suspected it was bad because the car wasn t turning over smoothly) and the oil changed. Both services went well and no pressure was applied to get more expensive services. All of the options were offered but they let us decide what was right for us. Staff was friendly and never applied any sales pressure or belittle my girlfriend s knowledge of her car, even when I wasn t around. I d happily use them again for preventative maintenance. After purchasing tires online and delivered to a service location near me, I went to have the tires installed on the car. Nothing online indicated that they would not be able to install due to #1 Car size (mini cooper) and #2 Runflat tires. They got the car in, began the service, then noticed they couldn't do the job because they didn't have the equipment and a lift (size) for the car. The tech was able to modify a lift (safely) to for the car in, but once he found out about the run flats, he was stumped. This process took about an hour and a half!!! just to find out they couldn't do it. Ok, fine.... but then the service manager wouldn't even look me in the eye when I asked about being compensated for my time and having to find another shop that could do the job, which would cost more money than Walmart quoted for install. He told me that it was an online purchase and they are not responsible for the lack of information regarding the ability to change tires from Runflat, as well as the size of the lifts to fit a mini cooper....HELLO..I entered all that information in to THEIR system, including the fact that the car had run flats! NO RED FLAG during purchase or sitting the service feature set up. I will not go back because Walmart (the company, not all individuals) are inept, and their systems between online and brick and mortar are simply not accurate. Not a great experience this time. As the "low cost" alternative, I suppose you get what you pay for.

Went in to have 2 tires mounted. it should have been $22 ($11 each). The lady then tells me it will be $60, I ask her to explain. They added $16 per tire for TPM, which I do not need, and she could not take off.. I took my keys and went to Tire Outlet in San Juan, which cost me $43 to mount and balance the tires.Needless to say, I will not be using their auto center.

They claim to have a first come first serve policy. Arrived at 7am, there were two people in line was told it would be a 2 hour wait for my mom and I s car. Keep in mind we came in for a tire repair. It is now 10am and I m still waiting and only one car has been worked on. Employees were rude and had no sense of urgency even after having explained we had a trip to go on. Don t let Devin or anyone at Walmart for that matter work on your car. He was extremely rude and at this point was literally taunting us while we waited.

The manager is fantastic he has his crew in check! I went for an oil change that would typically take 2 hours now takes 20 minutes now! Incredible!! I recently purchased two tiers and windshield wipers and it took them 30 minutes to do with two other cars in the bay! Absolute amazing turn around! Great job guys!

Omg!!! Their auto center ....nvr again longest battery installation ever n there was only 1 battery cable connected from previous battery n I was the only 1 there at 7am n it still took over an hour...I'll go to advance auto, or even O'Reilly's next time on God.

I have been needing tires and they have tires on clearance. After going to several Walmart auto centers the only one that had the size I need is Collins rd. Clearance tires are locked and only a manager can unlock them. I have been several times and every time I m told a manager isn t there so they do not have keys. Why have clearance tires available with no way to access them.

I called almost every department in this store at least 5 times for no answer. Then when I finally got through to someone, they just hung up right away.. Then, called again, only to find out that the auto care center doesn't even have a phone? Who was I calling for a good 20 minutes then? Why even have a phone number to call? THEN, whoever answered the phone did NOT want to even walk over to these auto care people to get them to talk on the phone for me.. Is it that hard to spend money here?

So I left with some bad news today, but it was in no way, Walmarts fault. The Tech s and Mechanics that helped me out today were wonderful , Alan was a trooper and he was honest in everyway, and explained everything to me as many times as I needed/ asked him to.The people in this department are wonderful and personable and they re here to help :).My issue is being solved by maker s company and while Im a bit outta luck rn it s cool.Thanks to the team for informing me of my issue!(Get your cars checked people and take care of your nice things.)

I'm glad that I was the first person there. The staff were fairly quick for only having two people working. The price was about as good as it could be. The work was done correctly. The only thing that brought this down from 5 stars was that I wasn't offered the choice to decline their "lifetime tire rotation". 16 bucks per tire is friggin crazy.The price was about a hundred bucks cheaper than their competition so, it wasn't all bad.

I had to call several times over several days to finally talk to someone in the Auto Care Center. Then I was told they only offer one type of oil, not the correct type for my wife's car, and it would take several hours for an oil change.

It was not a good experience. Noone wanted to do their job and they kept sending me to another store and back and forth. I was originally told it would take 2 hours but the whole process took longer than the 2 hours. I arrived at the store about 2 and didn't leave until about 6. I utilize Walmart too much to be treated in such a manner and I can't get my time back. I had to cancel an appt because I spent so much time at your store trying to get a simple job done. This is VERY UNACCEPTABLE and I hope you investigate this and those peoplbe are held accountable.

The guys come to meet you at your car and always advance a nonsense reason to not do the job. When they accept it takes over 2 hours. Lazy technicians trying to work less for the hourly pay.. they need a better care manager to supervise them for a better faster service and Walmart could make more profit and beat the competitors. It is frustrating to wait that long for an oil change and also feel that the guys to want you to be there.

I went online to look at tires, it said they were in stick. When I got there they said that the cheapest ones they had were 25 dollars more for each tire. The guy who helped me didn't listen to my instruction didn't put the best tire for the spare. I ended up paying 100 more than I wanted to.

I got there at 6:30 in the morning so I could be first in line. When they opened at 7:00, it took until 7:30 until some man came and told me that they could not take any customers yet because they had 2 techs call in sick. They made me wait for all that time knowing dang well they couldn't take me. By the time they told me, it was over a 2 hour wait at the next location I went to. If you know you can't take any customers, then come out and tell the customers and not make them wait! SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Very good service ... Low price... Wiper blades and batteries are install free. Online items can be installed, some for free. Price for tires are better than Tire Rack online price. Great price for regular car maintenance... I saved over 40% to 50%.

Lift points described as mangled , but not at a tire specialist. Had to drive to a specialist to get a tire installed but purchased at Walmart.

They told me if I came early in the morning they could repair my punctured tire quickly... get me in and out. Got there at 8am and was told it'd be a 3 he wait cause they had 4 cars ahead of me and only 2 men working. And, no I can't make an appt for a tire repair. I just have to show up and hope for the best. There's only 3 Wal-Mart tire centers in Jacksonville and the closest is 30 minutes from me. I tried another 1 but after 40 min of being ignored while they assisted the customers around me I left.

Walmart Automtive on Collins has really given mehorrible customer service. I try to go Sunday for an oil change & they apparently don't keep enough staff to perform service during business hours so I couldn't get one because only 1 tech was on the clock and service requires 2 people but everyone else went home. I leave work early to go try again 2 days later, and almost 2 hours BEFORE closing & they aren't taking anymore cars, but no where does it say they have a cutoff time for service. Obviously, they don't want my business anymore. #corporatecomplaint #terriblebusinesspractice #horriblecustomerservice #walmart
