Ordered 4 tires through the Walmart app and had them delivered to the store and scheduled installation. Installation was canceled due to an air compressor issue at the shop and I was instructed I could take the tires to another shop but I would need to come pick them up and put them in my car which isn t big enough to fit 4 tires into. Then spent 3 hours on the phone with customer service to get a refund. Do not waste your time or money!!

Horrible! Never ever recommend! Don t be lazy like me and take your car here they will screw it up for sure if not now they will eventually and will cost ya. I caught them lying to me and when I pointed out I had proof they stoped talking and handed me my key and ran off! Nothing but scum bags there. Spend an extra $25 and take your care to a better establishment!

Walmart Auto centers are terrible. I've tried 3 different ones and had bad experiences with all 3. The most recent was today with the Atlantic and Kernan Jacksonville location. I ordered a set of 4 tires and set an appointment for install. I received a text the day of install telling me that they only had 2 of the tires in stock. I needed the tires so I went to the appointment scheduled for 6 to 7 pm to have them installed. When I arrived I was told they couldn't find an appointment for me. I showed them 3 confirmation text and emails for the appointment. They said they couldn't do it because I didn't have an appointment and they didn't take cars after 5 yet they don't close till 7. I was the only customer there and they had the 2 tires. I was told I would have to come back as a walk in on Monday. I was billed for all 4 tires online but they only had 2 in stock and they set the appointment time. Horrible customer service. Horrible inventory management. Yet another bad experience .

Avoid going here. Got my battery replaced and it was not put in correctly. I ended up having to take it to the mechanics, who showed how badly it was placed in. Cost more to fix than having the battery installed.

Went here with my girlfriend to get an oil change in her car and she was harassed by the service manager a fairly tall white man with a beard (I never caught his name), she was asked for her number so that we can go on a date word for word, he asked about her make up and when she singed the waiver he said this is just our wedding vows I remember saying something along the lines that he was making her feel uncomfortable and he said good comeback . What a mentality. That wasn t a come back you have a wife and kids why you harassing a 19 year old girl as a fully grown man.

Purchased 4 new tires and made an appt at 6pm for the install. An hour later the car hadn t been touched. Then heard the guy tell another guy that it s 4 new tires and they started complaining that it was time to leave. Shortly after they said they can t change the tires because they can t get the nuts off to do so and we could try again tomorrow. I think they decided they didn t want to do the work and made up an excuse. Won t be back. Purchase your tires elsewhere. Waste of 2 hours for nothing.

Purchased 2 tires online and had them delivered to the store. My husband took our vehicle to the appointment and showed them the order number and told them the name on the order. They ignored what he told them. Our vehicle was purchased used and the previous owners had used Walmart as well. The people at the auto center used their information and ignored everything my husband told them. Because they put the car in their name and the tires were in my name, they claimed they couldn't find the tires, even though my husband could see them sitting next to our car. He sat there for several hours and no one informed him of this issue that they created. Once he asked what was taking so long, they told him they couldn't find the tires and that's when he reminded them of our last name, again. They finally installed the tires and my husband paid and left. After he got home, I looked over the paperwork they gave him. They didn't fix their problem. Our car is STILL in the previous owners name and they even had the audacity to register the tire warranty in their name too. I tried calling several times to get it fixed but each time I get put on hold to talk to a service tech or manager but they never come to the phone. Hopefully we don't need to use our warranty or else we're probably screwed.Service: Auto tire replacement

Went shopping at Walmart and my vehicle wouldn t start afterwards. Called inside to the auto care center and a busy technician came out and provided me a jump with his portable jump starter! Forever grateful and appreciative for his response and help.

Waited for 15 min for someone to talk to me and nobody even tried. I was first in line at an empty lane. Noticed 5-6 guys standing around and only one working on tires. Everyone else just stood around talking. Typical Walmart.

I chose an off peak time. There were 6 people working and only 1 car getting an oil change. I car with new tires being installed. I went in to wait. I waited an hour and went back to check and my car was sitting where I left it. This was my second experience with the same result at this location. Lots of employees milling around and talking, none working. I will never go back. I am a weekly Walmart shopper.Service: Oil change

Went to get my oil xhanged and not one person came to see if I needed any help. They all just walked by me. Then another customer walked in after me and they automatically started helping him. So I asked what was going on because he came in after me and yall are helping him. Said he had an appointment. I was like thats fine but someone could have at least said something to me instead of ignoring me while I sit here waiting. Very rude and inconsiderate.Service: Auto maintenance

We called about getting four new tires. We were told to come in at 7:00 a.m. we came in at 7:00 a.m. and they said they only had one technician and we'd have to wait until 9:00. Then we found out they shouldn't have given us a time because they don't make appointments you just have to come and wait. We gave up and got a great deal from Sam's club.

Needed a new car battery so they told me to park and wait on the opposite side of the garage so someone could help me. Waited in my car for 30 minutes and no one came to help, three cars that came AFTER me were all helped first. Terrible service. Ended up leaving and getting a new battery + installation at o reillys down the road.

Bought tires from here. Just brought my vehicle in for the tire rotation which is free when you pay the additional service fee, which I did. I dropped my truck off 3hrs ago. I took them 2 1/2 hrs just to get to it and now it will be over 3 hrs before they get done. The ridiculous part is there were only a few cars here to start when I dropped my vehicle off

Woww just wanna say thank you to the honest people who work at Walmart and they didn t sell me something I didn t need!I was so tight on my budget and I couldn t afford new battery for my car. I check my car battery at different place and they told me I need new battery but when I check my battery at Walmart The great mechanic guy give me a recipe and he says my battery is very good I don t need one. And I m so happy I let them check that out.Thank you so much, God bless you in many ways

Their battery failed twice in as many years. My car is like new. Mechanic confirms there is no drain. They are selling defective batteries. They only honor the 5 year warranty once. Thats not really a 5 year warranty. Take care of your auto needs elsewhere, especially batteries.I also note that the reviews previous to mine, on two different sites, by two different people, complain about walmart techs stealing items from cars. Seems consistent.

Went to get an oil change and tire rotation on a Sunday. I was about to go in and drop off my keys when the guy told me to pull my car up from the parking lot to the garage. When I was done, I just stood there waiting to be told what to do next while he was helping another customer. He walked back in with the other customer without acknowledging me so I assume to follow them. When I told him I needed an oil change and tire rotation, he goes out to check my car and then comes right back in. I dropped my keys off and went to breakfast. An hour later, I get a phone call from the same guy claiming that there was a nail in my tire and they needed to fix it. When I looked at my tires before I drove there, it was fine. It was only $10 more to fix it. HOWEVER, my boyfriend went to this same location to get a tire rotation 6 months ago...and they called him after he dropped off his car claiming that he also had a nail in his tire and they couldn't fix it. He had to buy a whole new tire and had to have them replace it. Suspicious much? If you are planning to get a tire rotation at this location, I suggest you inspect/take pics of all your tires for any damage. If they claim they found a nail in your tire and they need to "fix" it, I would question them more about and ask to inspect it yourself. Something is not right here.

Bought tires through Walmart app but when tried to schedule install when they were ready I was advised compressor is broken with no timeframe to fix. Should have been advised no install available at time of purchase. Unprofessional and unreasonable since they literally sell air compressors. Bought all of my tires there last year and had a bolt go through the tire a couple days ago. The technician was able to plug the tire and he also rotated and balanced my tires, as requested. This was all done in a very timely manner. Jobs done right take time. I have no complaints here. But, for a lot of impatient people, I'm sure they have plenty of complaints. Some people just don't understand the process that goes into doing these kinds of jobs and if you want things done right, well, it's going to require a bit of patience.

Can't trust their quote. They quoted me $54 for oil change after checking everything in my vehicle. I signed the paper and gave a go ahead. Final Bill showed up $64Even after they doing due diligence, you still can't trust their quote for as simple as oil change, then what's the point? And sure they are super courteous (Pun intended!)There are plenty of good mechanics around. Find one and stick to it. Walmart Auto service is not worth the money.

2 hours and 40 min. For 1 tire and an oil change. The quote I received and my final bill was substantially different that I had to get the manager to adjust my final total. It was not a great experience, if your on a time schedule and don't want to get aggravated, I would suggest going somewhere else

They falsify the battery readings. They told me I needed a new battery, so I took my car to Autozone and had them check it too. They said my battery was perfectly fine. I gave these guys a second chance because they're close to home and convenient (my bad). They did the same thing to me the second time, and I also noticed quite a few other people who were coming out of the store with new batteries.. they apparently got scammed as well. That's just low and slimy. Also, a few of the employees were just incredibly rude and unfriendly, no matter how polite I was. One gentleman was nice, but it was far outweighed by the others. Will not be returning and I would never recommend.

They told us to be there at 7 am. They didn't open the gates until 710 and didn't check us in until 745. The work wasn't competed until 1:30. We got an oil change and 2 tires. We were also charged $20 for lifetime balance that we didn't ask for and it wasn't explained.

I was quoted an hour to an hour and a 1/2 for my oil change. 3 hours later after I had to start cursing at the poor guy did I get my car. It is Not worth the SLIGHTLY cheaper price if it takes 2 hours longer than it should to do something as simple as an oil change.

If I could give them a 0 rating I would. I came in on Sunday morning was the 2nd car in garage for a standard oil change. They said it would take 30-40 mins tops and my car sat there for 2 hours. Terrible service there prices are great. But they over promise and under deliver.

Was told about 1 hour for a 4 tire mount and balance. Took 3 hours and 10 minutes. On the drive home once I hit 65mph, my steering wheel was shaking from an obviously unbalanced wheel.Edit- add on.After a total of 5 hours the balance issue was resolved. It toom a while to get a manager as well but when he finally arrived they gave me a significant discount. Gets them 3 stars instead of orignal 1.
