Fast service and affordable. They don't mention however that there's a $16 charge to install the tire. They pull you in with the $74 sticker price. So my "$74" new tire came out to $97.

Walmart has the worst customer service I've ever encountered!! I tried to call but no one answered. Yesterday i went to the Auto shop on Beach blvd to get 1 tire at 6pm. They refused to server me because they were under staff. They referred me to th8e Atlantic Auto shop and i arrived at 6:18pm who then refused me service while their hours showed that they were opened until7pm. As they claimed they were under staff. I came back to the Beach Blvd store today at 1:20pm and again they refused to service me they said , "you have to go online to make an appointment and that they cannot do it in the store. They said the 4 appointments on the books have them tide up for the rest of the fay!!

Auto service customer service was terrible and communication is very poor. I walked around and waited for an hour just to be told my service was cancelled because of a bogus and lazy reason. Simply didn t want to work

The overall service of the Auto Care Center is horrible! Granted I have to wait to be seen but the energy/promptness of the employees are very slow. You have the workers walking around very slow not doing ANYTHING! I have counted 6 employees but it s only 2 of those 6 currently working in the bay.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Lack of customer service, lack of listening, insufficient details listed on work order which delayed service. Told I didn't have roadside service on tire, I provided paperwork showing hazard coverage after having to go to my vehicle. No apology or thank you given to me. This location pointed out what the previous location did wrong but didn't acknowledge what they did/didn't do.

I had tried this location years ago when I got some tires, and my experience then was good. But this time around it was a very disappointing experience. I found a set of tires in the Walmart's website at a very good price but it was confusing to see if I could get them installed. So i decided to visit this location and as soon as I step in, I could get the feeling that things would not go well. The staff there was rude for no reason. This location get busy, maybe that is the reason? When I finally was able to talk to the person at the counter, the guy immediately told me that they were too busy to install the tires. I was not expecting installation the same day, so I ask him if he could schedule me for another day, to what he immediately said that they cannot schedule anybody at the counter, it had to be done online. He then jumped to tell me that the series of the tires I showed him were not the ones that he got on the screen... Basically, if I took the time to go step by step selecting the right tires for my car in the Walmart website, I was hoping the person at the counter to not tell me anything different. So, it is not that easy to select the right tires in the website and it happens that it is even harder talking to the person at the store.Anyway, I don't think it's worth the time spent trying to save few bucks buying tires at this location. If the experience starts poorly at the counter, I cannot imagine the issues I would have to deal with later with the installation, so I left and I'll buy my four tires somewhere else. I do like Walmart, but definitely not for tires or installation. There are better places at competitive prices somewhere else.

Lazy guy is nothing to do but they also do nothing. I changed only one tire waiting for 2 hours. Because the guy working around and talking wasted the time. Sales service is good. Install service is so bad. Working too slow that don't care for customers

They say open until 7pm. I show up at 6pm to an empty shop and one tech. I was told you have to be here by 4 to be serviced. Then why say open until 7? Not like I showed up 2 minutes to 7. Bad deal.

They were great! Was there for 2 tires before Christmas travel. Didn't have an appointment. The waiting and service time took a total of two hours. The price was much better than what my dealership would have charged me. Waiting room is very plain. Bring you own entertainment or go shopping...

worse service ever:I Had an appointment at 11 am. I arrived at 10:50 am and checked in. the car keys remained in place until 12:15 pm, and when I asked for updates, the reply was always: i am doing the job of 3 persons, we are doing things in order. I never had an estimate when would my tires be changed. At 12:15 i asked to cancel the service and refund my tires. Even then I didn't get an appology. The only thing I got was (after about 1h30 of wait) that my tire change service may be finished after 1 to 5 hours (yes he said 5).And to top it all, the shop was empty, not a single car being serviced, workers smoking outside and playing on phone (for more than 20 minutes). Rude workers, rude environment. Never coming back to that walmart car care center at 8808 Beach boulevard.

Ventured to Walmart, counting on their advertised 7pm closing time. Arrived between 5:30pm and 6pm, and what do I find? They've shut shop early without a word on their website! Wasted my cash on an Uber for this mess.

They re super fast .Staff professional and courteous.Usually I would have the tires installed at the Dealership but after this experience, I M SOLD !!!Great job guys

The guy was super nice, but I ended up cancelling my appointment after I found a cheaper place. He let me take the car so I didn't have to wait at Wal Mart for 3 hours. Good prices and the people were very friendly.

They don't want to work. There was just 1 car to be serviced before me and lady was telling wait time is 4 hrs. When I told there is just one car and then she spoke to mechanics and they were saying 1 hr. Even when I said I will wait, they started making execuse we don't have parts what we need. Why don't you go to other location.Most lazy staff.. Waste of time

I was there for 3 hours to have my purchased battery installed. DeShawn was awesome. He was so very busy, but always had a smile on his face. His Customer service skills were 110%. My understanding is that they don't have appointment option. They should definitely revisit this. All the people waiting hours like myself agreed about having appointment options.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the wait time.

We went to this Walmart and this man said we let everybody off for the super bowl. He said they were short staffed and didn't have someone to check the air pressure of my tires. This was extremely unprofessional and was a sign not to come back.

Think twice, if you come here for just change oil. I don't know what they did but my engine dead. After few miles driving. Hate this place. I am not joking. I immediately sensed that something was wrong. But I didn't think it was that serious.

Received excellent customer service today by front desk Tech - Sarah who responded by assisting me with replacing a tire. Wait time was reasonable and shop Techs seemed to be accommodating everyone.Service: TiresService: Tires

Some issues if you're buying tires online to have installed at the store... There's no way to pay for installation of the tires during online checkout, even though you can schedule the appointment at time of purchase. You must use another form for payment for installation upon arrival, as they cannot amend the online order if it was financed. You'll get quotes anywhere from $56-100 depending on what day of the week it is. I was told installation was not possible without the balancing service. Took about 90minutes with an appointment. Tires seem to ride okay, at least better than what was on the car.

The service was pretty quick, I had an oil change and a new tire put on. The guy I spoke with was knowledgeable and courteous. A friendly tech helped me bring my buggy it whole I was wrangling my 4 year old demon that ran into the work area...*insert face palm* all in all, I recommend going here for good and friendly service.

I went there to find out about tires for my truck and the blonde girl with glasses had the worst attitude ever...she should be working with cattle instead of costumers. I would not recommend going there, it'll ruin your day!

I ve come here twice on separate occasions and both times could not be serviced during regular business hours. One time they were completely closed two hours before posted hours the other time they simply said they didn t have time for a simple oil change due to no staff. Extremely unreliable service. Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else.

Tires are cheap but the service here is terrible. No appointments you have to wait hours for a simple rotate and balance. Making the tire warranty useless. There is also no employee accountability. The 10 dollars you save is better used towards getting tires at a tire shop that cares about your business and time.Service: TiresService: Tires

Never been to more of an unprofessionally managed place. Place was supposed to open at 7 a.m. at 20 after 7 an assistant manager walked in with some Dopey guy I had my tire on my rim in a shopping cart and explained I need a replacement tire quickly. The assistant manager told me the employees didn't show up. Then he took an employee from another department who wanted to key made ahead of me. Even though I was the customer. He had the dummy with him help me. The guy asked me what size tire I needed and I told him twice. Finally he said are you sure you have the right size. I explained I knew exactly what size tire I need having the tire with me. He wanted me to check it again. After I told him four times what size I needed he told me he had nothing. This store needs New Management the general manager is just as bad as these clowns and nobody cares. At the

Probably THE BEST place to get oil changes and batteries. I went to my main dealership and was about to pay $448 without installment. I decided to go to walmart and they sold the same batter for 127+ installment AND 3 year warranty . I will definitely going to walmart for car maintenance.

I arrived at 6 pm to purchase two tires and have them put on. The associate turned me away and said that his crew was all leaving and that he had too many cars to do by himself. If the hours are until 7, I expect to be able to have service done until 7. Anticipate the after-work rush of customers and have more than one associate available until 7.

Wouldn't rotate my tires, putting the safer tires on the front and the worn tires on the back of a front-wheel drive car. Did not check my air pressure or fill my windshield washer fluid. Did not have my oil so charged me more off the shelf. I'm fine with paying more but other places would have changed the tires and cared to do the minor other few things.
