I brought my 2009 Acura TL for the fuel pump. Nick was great explained issues and recommended motor mounts. Service was great. Look forward to to replacement of motor mounts in the future. Great shopThank you Nick

It was a quick process. I took my suv one evening, the next day he told me what was wrong and how much it would cost. I saved about $600. The previous mechanic gave me a different diagnosis from his diagnostic test.

We were driving from Virginia to Daytona Beach, we stopped for gas in Jacksonville. Before turning off the truck, I heard weird tapping noises from the serpentine belt area. Not finding a fault, we start driving to find 95 south. Just before the entrance, we lost power steering and then we over heated and antifreeze was on the ground.I asked a construction work near where we broke down if he could recommend a repair shop? He looked on his phone and said ,Vu's auto repair is 5 star rated and has good reviews!At about 3:30 pm, I called Vu's and explained are dilemma, the owner said no problem, he would have a tow truck sent out to us. We arrived at Vu's just after closing, the owner opened the secure area and then check what needed fixed. He said, it appears the the tensioner had failed for the serpentine belt...I should have you on your way just after breakfast.He arranged Uber transportation to and from our hotel and put everything on one bill.The best part was he had our truck ready at 10 am, (twenty hours after breaking down) and the repair cost was a lot less then expected.If you need repairs, call a shop, head and shoulders above the competition "Vu's auto repair". It's about the quality of the work, but in the end it's the $$$. Vu's has both covered!

I brought in my 2006 Chevrolet Avalanche for Evap issue. Vu auto repaired it along with a broken window and heater hoses. My truck was ready the next day but I wasn't able to pick it up until a day later and he had no problem with it. My truck now runs great! Vu did a great job with diagnosis and repair and I would definitely bring it back for any other issues.

Super knowledgeable and very courteous of a stressful situation. We are from out of state and he was able to get us up and going again. I recommend this shop and will use Vu's if ever a problem occurs while we are in town again. Thanks again !!!!

New in town and my truck starts acting up. All the reviews were great for Vu's. I called and he said, sure have it towed in and I'll take care of it. I'm very happy with his service and knowledge. The timely response was appreciated. I will definitely return for all my vehicle needs

Vu's Auto is the place to go, they allow you to bring parts that you purchased to cut down on repair cost.Vu will fix only what you asked them to fix, but will acknowledge you if they come any other issues.Vu and his brother Nick and staff does excellent repair work.

Very reliable, honest, and reasonably priced. Took my truck to find out what was wrong with the AC and they told me the issue and gave me a price. I fixed it on my own knowing I should have gone the route they told me I just don't have the money for that right now, took it to get it charged today and I no longer have to drive while almost having a heat stroke

Although Vue did not fix my car he was honest to let me know his computer could not connet to the car & made me aware of some more important issues that was going on with my car . its running to rich. He did not charg� me anything for his service. His observation & diagnostic was done at no cost to me. It was done free of charg� . Thanks again Vue for your honesty.

My Father introduced me to Vu, and he is where I purchased my first car from. Any issues I had upon receiving the car, he took care of. I was extremely satisfied with my service, and I highly recommend. I ve even asked my friends, should they be interested in purchasing a car, to go straight to Vu s. 5 star service!

My car broke down in Jacksonville during a trip from NY to South Florida. After a quick search I found Vu s and had roadside tow me over there. It took the tow longer than expected, but the folks at Vu s stayed past closing to take delivery of my car. The next day they called with the bad news: I needed to have the motor replaced. Since I had a warranty from the manufacturer, I had to have a dealership do the work.The staff at Vu s were nothing but accommodating. After all that work figuring out the issue and waiting for two separate tows, and coordinating with the dealership since I was now 400 miles away, they only charged me a minimal diagnostic fee. And their diagnosis was spot on and confirmed by the dealership.If I lived in the area, they would be getting all my automotive business.

They tried to scam me out of 2 bands. Dropped my car off at 7 AM and the Asia man said he ll look at it at 3 ( first red flag), I hade to call him at 4:30 to check if he looked at it and he stated he was doing it right now and he gave me a estimate of 2,000 for an engine problem, I believed he never looked at the car. Today I got my car fix with someone else they said it s my muffler and it was only $100.

Charged me after having my truck towed because of hurricane flood damage. He OBVIOUSLY didn't even look over the vehicle. Said no apparent flood damage but there was still water in the headlights and water went over the whole exhaust system. Basically he just took my money. I hear he's a great mechanicBut I'd never take another vehicle there (I have 3, his loss)

Heard they were very smart, capable, and experienced.Well they said it was the camshaft sensor couldn't get it started sound like it wanted to start, pay 90 for the diagnostic that went towards repairing the situation, a total of 122, still doing the same thing now I have to have another toe and spend money for Uber's again they said it was a different problem it's the same problem so I have to pay another 94 another diagnostic!

Vu's Auto is absolutely the best!! Trustworthy, excellent work, friendly and much more affordable than dealerships, and off brand mechanics. I lived about 5 miles from Vu and took my jeep there for any and everything. 8 years ago, I moved 30 mins away and bought a new vehicle. Besides, I didn't have a repair place I could trust in my new area. Now that my car is older, I will drive 30 mins and pass my dealership, and tons of repair places for the quality and affordability only Vu can offer. You can't go wrong with Vu. Keep up the good work Vu - that's why your shop will outlive them all!

I was blatantly lied to about my car being looked at and fix. I had a business outa town and was told my car would be ready by a certain date. I call back on the date just to find my car was never even touched and just sat there for four days. Then the man tells me they won t be able to work on it until another 3 days from now. Would give no stars if I could

They fixed my overheating vehicle without over charging me or making up extra repairs. Very professional and highly recommended. This auto repair shop is my personal favorite. I ll take my car to them anytime there s a problem and they fix it as soon as they can.

These guys are crooks, please do your business elsewhere. I have wasted nearly $5,000 with them believing that they were the best.
