Riley G was the best salesman ever! Got me into a new car that I wanted at a great price. He deserves 5 free lunches! He also moved Eve to thing from my old car to my new car without my help while I was with finance which was super awesome of him! Take him to Disney!

They had been soliciting me to sell them my vehicle, via email. Its a highly sought after vehicle, blah blah blah. I used their calculating software to determine my car's value and it said 16k. That's great. I speak with the sales agent several times and tell her I'm firm on my price. I don't want to waste my time coming down there if they're not going to give me what I want. Of course I get there and they offer me half of what they're calculating machine value the vehicle at. And I know the value. It was a bait-and-switch scenario. The sales manager comes in and immediately start devaluing the car with issues. It needed an oil and the light was on but the convertible top is in pristine condition and she runs like a dream. The sales manager thought he could manipulate me into letting him rob me lol. I know that he's trying to make the most money possible, I have no problem with that. But I hate to have my intelligence insulted and my time wasted and that's exactly what happened. I'm a business professional myself, and I do not do business with shady people that are not honest. I do my homework before I meet with my vendors and I'm good at my job. I also have a very accurate ability to be able to read people within seconds. I know right away when someone's lying to me. The moment that happens I put them on my do-not-call list and I let my vast Network know they are not to be trusted. So to the 170,000 or so people that read my reviews, there you have it.

the same thing goes to you Volkswagen all you ever did steal and rob a lot innocent people of their money out of their wallets another i have to say about you Volkswagen be gone from the United States of North America now!!!!!!!! now get out of the United States of North America now in the name of Jesus!!!!!!! Because your cars and SUVs have terrible engines like your predecessor Audi terrible quality too

When Tom Bush couldn't take care of us for two weeks VW of OP came through with a next day appointment. Even though it's nearly an hour drive there it was definitely worth it to get fast and friendly service.

Allen was great and super friendly. He worked with me and met my needs when a little squirrel decided to make a nest in my car. Communication was on point the entire time. Highly recommend Allen as your service advisor.

Pulled up barely was out of the car before a salesman named TC "pounced on me" .when I explained I was there to look and maybe test drive a specific vehicle and told him which one he said.. "is that all your interestedin"?.." let me see where its at"...he left me standing there for quite some time, enough for me to ask if other salesman knew where he was,and then he comes out and says its in the shop and walks away...needless to say I would never give them any business of mine !!!
