Nothing impressive. Those days are gone.Barely passable repairs...even after having the new parts properly adjusted, once it was determined they were crooked.To an amateur, the work looks decent. If you have a keen eye, it'll likely drive you crazy.

If you need body and paint work you've come to the right place. If you need a good adjuster that will be fair with you, ask to speak to Joey Fowler. When we got there my wife was a bit rough on the guy for no reason other than she was upset. After speaking with Joey and the owner, we realize the problem lies with our insurance company and not the body shop. My wife apologize to Joey.When she realized the mistake she felt somewhat embarrassed. I recommend this shop to everyone and I feel a hundred percent satisfied.

No complaints here!After a terrible accident that wasn't my fault, Viverette's took my Pearl 2010 Lexus IS250 convertible in and fixed her up as good as new. I can't speak to the cost as it didn't come out of my pocket (or my insurance's) but I will say Joey took my call every time. He was patient with explaining things to me, answering my questions and keeping me updated. I felt confident in their assessment of the necessary repairs and that nothing got overlooked. Viverette's was accommodating for drop off and pick up (as I was out of town at both times), and the work was done within a few weeks. I have less kind things to say about Progressive's timeliness and communication, but that's for another review...

I highly recommend this place. The Staffan the owner are all super helpful and friendly. Very fair on price and I had zero complaints during the whole process. They stand by their work and if it's not right they will make it right. I will be using them again!

The work was amazing! I was a little concerned at first because the repair took about 5 days longer than quoted, but well worth the extra wait. Stellar fix at a very reasonable price. And they washed and cleaned the car. Really happy with it overall.

My car was hit a few weeks ago on my way to work and my boss suggested I bring the car here.. my insurance agreed, it was one of their repair facilities so the decision was made..My estimate was completed the next day, my insurance approved the repair and parts where ordered (24hrs after my accident!)They told me the car would be done in 2 weeks, which it was.. paint match was good, quality of work was good.. they did forget to install the hub centering rings with my wheels but this was remedied within minutes..Overall a good experience..Now to deal with the other guys insurance to make sure I get my diminished value claim taken care of..

I was in an accident in the middle of November and was broken hearted. My Jeep is my baby! They did an OUTSTANDING job and so quickly. These guys fixed my 300s after I was struck in a collision a few months back. I love the work they did. You could not even tell I was hit.

This is the worst experience I ve ever had. They are very unprofessional. They quoted me 4 different days for when my car would be ready and even told me on the phone that they kept it longer because they assumed I had a rental being paid for through insurance instead of out of my own pocket. Apparently only one person knows anything about the status of my car, so when he isn t in the office, nobody else knows what s going on with it. The actual work done on my car was very good but the people who work there are intolerable.

The absolute worst body shop ever!! I don t care how many good reviews were left they are not legit. My car was wrecked I took it to them to get fixed. I got my car back the hood was uneven they fixed that. I then I had to take it back because my spoiler was coming up within a week that they also fixed and they dented my trunk in the process which cause them to keep my car a whole week!! Didn t offer me a rental until I asked when it was the shopFault To begin with. The owner said his guys were sick with covid and that s why. When my car was there that week it got scratched up really bad on my doors and chrome pieces. I feel like it was done intentionally because I stayed on them about my car. I told them about that and of course they said they would fix it but at this time I didn t feel comfortable with them even touching my car again.They also took my Honda sign and sport sign off and didn t say a word until I did. They messed my car up to the point I didn t even want it anymore all the back and forth and fixing of things that should have never been touched and if so then put it back!! This is not how a business should operate. 0/10 don t recommend. They only good for painting really. They did a good job on that. Everything else, no. I ve had this talk with the owner as well I just wanted to make others aware. Don t make the same mistake I did!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car on a Monday and spoke to Christian. He was to call me the next day, I had to call him back Friday. The following Monday he called me to say my insurance company a check and to bring it in so they can start working. I advised I was out of town. He told me he didn t want any funny business. When I asked him what he meant he said he did not want anything to happen to the money. I said what do you mean, you can t release my car to me until I pay you. You want me to pay you before you even start to work. I was then hung up on. When I called back he said he was having problems with his phone (it s a land line not a cell). I spoke to Karen the manager who said Christian is young, I m sure he didn t mean it. She then starts saying hello hello , hangs up and calls me back and said, see that is what happened. I let them know I would be having my truck towed elsewhere. This was unprofessional and unlike and experienced I have ever had with a repair shop.Service: Body & Trim

If I could give them six or ten stars, I would. The staff was so professional and polite the minute we walked in. They are thorough in their work, and very experienced in their trade. We worked with Joey today and he is very understanding. I recommend coming here when you need them.

I took my 07 Honda Accord for a bumper repair from an auto accident just last week. Curt, Joe and the entire Viverette's team was extremely courteous and professional. Their process was very informative and done in such a timely manner. I was extremely impressed and pleased with the results of the repair. I will highly recommend this company! It is never a good experience to have an accident and mine was no different, but Viverette's did everything they could to make the repair a positive experience for me. I got my rental car at the same location which was helpful. I received updates from the shop on my repairs, maybe more than I needed or wanted, but it did set my mind at ease. I got my car back when promised and more importantly the repairs were done right. My car looks great and I got a written life-time warranty when I picked up my car. Very good experience. Would unconditionally recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service! Cecil and his team did an amazing job fixing my 2013 Ford Escape after I got into a fender bender. They even had my car washed and detailed before I picked it up. Would recommend to anyone 10/10!

Viverette's is wonderful! I brought my car back in after 5 months following a repair, and they found the issue, fixed it and at no charge. They honor their word, and their work and take care of their customers the right way. I'll return back if ever I have an accident again!

My 2020 Challenger Hellcat Redeye Widebody was in a rear end collision, I was terrified that they would have to cut the rear quarter panel out and weld in a replacement panel but the team at Viverettes was able to straighten the original panel without any cutting. The team Mr Tim and Mr Joe have put together is amazing, service was fast and punctual with everything being explained step by step. The paintwork is better than Dodge had it right off the factory floor. I'd recommend this shop to any and everyone they've fixed multiple of my families vehicles. 10/10

Don't believe thr hype of the 4 star rating for this place. When I got a small repair on my vehicle for the the driver side mirror they did a good job and the pricing was fair so thought they would do goid work when I suggested to my husband to go there to get his front bumper fixed and painted. The paint job was one of the worse paint jobs I've seen by a so called professional body shoppe. My husband was very post given that he was preparing his vehicle for a car show. We immediately expressed how we were not satisfied and especially for the price we paid. They said they will redo the work Free of charge and to just call them back in a couple if weeks as we needed to let the paint cure. Well we called multiple times to keep being told the manager was not available and that they will leave a message to call back. But we Never got a call back. I do not recommend this shoppe as they do not keep their word.

Don't bring your car here, even if your insurance company recommends it. They are guaranteed to do the job wrong the first time and turn a 2 week repair into a 2 month repair. My car has been sitting in their shop since the end of October and it is now nearing the end of January and I they still tell me 2 weeks every time I call. These guys are a scam and I am currently reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, if you are reading this you should do the same so no one has to go through this anymore.Told of all of my co-workers at Apple Inc about this; they ask me for an update every week so I've made sure they avoid this company as well as all of their friends.

Bought a prefect used Toyota and four days later got rear ended. Insurance takes it here because they basically run them. It took more then one attempt to get it after repairs. Always have the car inspected after repairs before you pay anything. Those times I had a problem and missing parts under it. Big difference from up north where you inspect the car after the work is preformed and it looks like no one touched it. Next time I m choosing the body shop which you can by the way. Had to fix the rest on my own because this was taking way to long. This type of work is due to the insurance company and poor craftsmanship. Story is, car had damage underneath due to the rear end hit. They basically the first time around just replaced the bumper only and cut and fixed the exhaust. That was it, but it had frame damage and spare tire damage still visible underneath. Told them I m not taking it, after telling them in detail of what was found. Come back again and they fixed the frame this time but missing two bolts for the bumper cover and did not repair the spare tire carrier bolt that holds it up. Even though they replaced the spare tire carrier. Other then that they didn t even bother to respray the undercoat where the spare tire is placed (doing that myself). Rant over. Like anything else in Jacksonville poor craftsmanship which is hard to find.

Was going here to have a few simple items painted, mirror caps and door handles, and before I could even talk to anyone was told they could only give an estimate and it would be late January or February before they could get to it. To paint four items gloss black. Not impressed.

I had my first experience recently with Viverette s, and this place is great. The staff is very friendly, and even helped shuttle me to and from a nearby car rental facility (thanks, Mike!). They were extremely patient with me, and very informative, especially Joe. If I ever need body work again, I will definitely be heading back to Viverette s.

I read the other reviews and took note of it. My experience was quite different than two of them. My side view mirror was hit while car unattended. It was still hanging there. I reported to GEICO and had 2 options. One, another body shop/dealer or Viverette's. I have rental car insurance as they said it might take 2 days so was finally worth the money I pay for it. GEICO agent on phone to report and all I met were very nice and considerate. The lady at GEICO call center was fantastic. Enterprise car rental is right there so very handy. I decided not to leave it there after originally accepting them as the repair place. I was stunned that this happened to my car and not thinking straight at first. I called my dealer and got prices for every thing which totaled $322.00 as I had the mirror case and it was only scratched up. Otherwise a 3-5 day back order for that because of paint color. Viverette's price $181.00. So a huge difference. I have $500 deductible. I took it back to them. They fixed it and had it ready the same day! I waited until the next day to pick it up. I just got the car home and hope that will be the end of it and not be a return of car like other reviewers. They were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable those I had contact with. My car was also cleaned inside. That was a surprise. It looks better than it has in months. I had fast check out with Estimator making sure all was right with my car. Return and pick up of car rental was excellent. I would go back to them if unfortunately something else happens to my car first for an estimate.

The worst experience of my life. Warning for all reviewers. I took my car there for damage then picked it up with damage from them. I so called got my damaged car fixed. Then had to take it 3 times for their damage after fixing mine. Even after I got my car back I found more damage and refused to complain or take it back because I believed things were done intentionally. Do not take your car there. You will regret it. The crazy part is 2 separate people said the same thing, that they are horrible. Run run run... its not worth the risk.

They messed up first time. Said 6 business days for the job and took exactly two and half week. Aftrer that time when I picked the car up they messed up some stuff but were nice about it and asked me to bring the car back took a day fixing all the things and returned next day. That is why only 4 star.

My daughter car went here for repairs on 3-9-18 and we didn t receive it back until 4-6-18. This was the worst experience so to avoid the headaches and the promises that won t be kept Do Not take your car to Viverettes. I was told the car would be ready so many times and something always came up. I was never called by anyone at this shop to give updates on what was going on with the car, I had to call them every time and I mean every time. They have no regard of people time, no one seem to know what good customer service is all about or even care. I only received apologies and the day after we got the car back there was a loud noise so unfortunately because of the insurance company Geico which was no better I had to take the car back to this shop. Then I was told the motor mount is bad and they didn t cause that issue OMG. The car had been with them for almost a month for body repairs only now other issues are arising, so we took the car to Honda and had to pay out of pocket for a diagnostic test. We explained to Honda what was told to us about the motor mount and then Honda tells us there is nothing wrong with the car and the noise you can no longer hear. If your looking or expect good or great customer service and good work Do not take your car to this body shop, I repeat Do Not.

Joey provided me with absolutely STELLAR service!!!! Jasmine was also Amazingggg!!!! She was the front desk lady. The techs were very fast and very efficient. Very great body shop. They really focus on customer satisfaction. Viverettes Rocks!!!!!
