If you're looking for a professional, fair-priced, and reputable body shop, look no further. Victor's staff is kind, knowledgeable, and courteous. They were recommended to me by a long-time customer who swears by their skills. I wanted to install a custom after-market grille and LED emblem on my Mercedes-Benz. Victor's sent me an email quote and was able to provide the service within two days. The work is top-notch. My car looks AMAZING. I highly recommend them. Check them out.Service: Body & Trim

After having my 2021 Jeep Cherokee for only 2 weeks, someone ran in the back of me (Which was a nightmare). I didn't want to ride around with my vehicle looking that way, so I didn't wait on the other party...I used my insurance.My insurance company tried sending me to their shop but I'm really big on reviews so after reading it, I immediately told them I'm not taking my baby there. I went online and start reading reviews and was impressed with Victor's Body Shop. I stopped by thereminutes before the shop opened. I was greeted by a young man and talked about the damages. He also helped me take the pictures to send to my insurance company. He talked to me without making me feel rushed and even pointed out that my back tire had been pushed forward. Which I really appreciate! The staff there is very professional and nice!! Had my vehicle back a day before I was scheduled to return the rental with everything that was wrong, Fixed! Victor's Body Shop also washed my car and had it looking Amazing!! I would definitely recommend this shop. Then Men here is Awesome! THANK YOU ALL!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent experience with Victors Body Shop. My estimate was delivered right when I needed it and I was able to get my car in to be fixed quicker than I expected. I appreciated the owners thoroughness in helping me understand the breakdown, timelines, and expenses. I will be coming back if I need to although I hope I never do! Highly recommended, 5 stars excellent service!

This shop is a gem. My experience is very limited. I stopped in today with a minor scratch and a loose taillight from a gentle encounter I had with my husbands truck and a fence. ;). Robert was so professional and honest. He tightened the light and offered advice on a DIY solution to the scratch. All at no charge. I will definitely return to this shop whenever I need a auto body work from an business with high integrity. Thank you!

I called Victor's the morning after I hit a concrete post, denting and dislocating the rear quarter panel of my CRV and destroying the lens cover. Robert advised me I could send in pictures or stop by for an estimate. I went by at lunch (same day), and he not only ordered the replacement lens, but also asked if I had a few extra minutes, proceeded to pop the quarter panel back in place and spent a solid 20 minutes heating the plastic and pulling the dent out. He told me they would need about an additional hour and a half to install the lens once it arrived...with a total cost barely over $100. I was FLABBERGASTED; I expected to spend that amount on just the lens. Highly recommend, obviously honest and kind, communicative (called and left message to report lens arrival and schedule installation), timely, flexible, and fiscally prudent!!! My lens was installed today, and you'd NEVER know I hit a post...THANK YOU, VICTOR'S BODY SHOP!!

This is a really good place to deal with. My wife's car needed a new bumper skin including paint, and a side mirror painted. As a consumer I can say it was a really good experience. Bumper fit was good, and the paint work matched perfect and looked great. They took the car when they said they would take it, and the job was done when they said it would be done.. and as of this writing, they have some Saturday hours to boot. Price? It didn't feel overpriced, so I am guessing it was not. Based on my experience, I recommend them.

I stopped in a few weeks ago, without an appointment, because my van was scraping the ground with every turn. They were professional, kind and I was back on the road in 30 minutes with everything fixed! I will definitely be back in the future.

Good guys. Professionals. Did the job on time. Very kind. I live close to the shop and because I don't have anyone else to help me, they kindly pick me up when the car was ready. They also have a very reasonable and fair price. I will post before and after pics as well. Note: they didn't Paint it, just repair it. Now, they painted the front. As always, an excellent job!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you guys. Here are the pictures. 11/24/2017.

The best in Jax. I was quoted an outrageous price just to put a door handle on my driver's side. I just went there after they were recommended from a friend. Put the part on right away.. didn't take 5 minutes. Didn't charge me a thing. They have my business and anybody I can send to them. After the fiasco with Covid everybody started charging ridiculous prices. Its nice to know some people are still being considerate. God Bless Victors Body Shop!!!

These guys are amazing. They know how to handle your body work and paint repair needs. The attention to detail and their communication to customers is excellent.They repaired the under body damage on my 2018 Dodge Durango R/T. Perfect!

Took my 93corvette there to have my rear guarter panel repaired they did a excellent job, can't even tell its been in a accident also they painted the entire rear of the car great job in matching the paint color. TOP NOTCH SHOP!!!! I recently needed to get the fenders to my '08 Hummer H3 redone-- they were very faded. After reading up on the reviews to Victor's, I decided to try business here and I am so glad that I did! The service was very friendly and approachable. During the initial consultation, got a great quote right off the bat (great prices!) and it was painlessly done. I felt very comfortable with the estimated work specs and the time frame for completion. Then, to cap it off, when I saw the completed paint work, I was simply blown away. The paint work is amazing and matches precisely. Immaculate, high-quality, work, from start to finish. Thank you so much Victor's Body Shop!!!

Recently I pulled into Victor s Body ShopI was stressing but the gentleman in the office came out looked at it and said we ll take care of you car for you. It was taken care of in less than 30 minutes. The gentleman s name was Robert. He was the kindest man you ll ever meet. They are excellent mechanics and you couldn t find better - they care about you and your vehicle.

This amazing family owned and operated shop blew my mind. I had a quote to have a bottom trim replaced because the one that brine off was not be possible to reattach - $1200!!! Vice and his brother Robert did it in 20 minutes and did not charge me a dime!!! Talk about customer service!!! Even Lee and very living 4-legged secretary Gigi were loving and accommodating !!! I went to Victors today to get an estimate on the seal around my sunroof, and the guy inside that does the estimates looked at my sunroof and fixed it right there on the spot. I ask how much I owe him, and he just said write me a review and that s all. I will forever do business there for now on, and will tell everyone to do the same. Great place and thanks again.

Highly Recommended!!!I am at a loss of words when in comes to how grateful I am for EVERYONE at Victor's. After an accident, I was left arguing back and forth with the insurance company on whether it truly was a total loss. After a few days of searching and only finding high cost and well-known repair shops, a neighbor mentioned the great work Victor's did for his boss and we planned to stop by to get an estimate.Upon arriving we were immediately greeted and taken care of by Robert. He was able to provide me with options and gave me estimates. Of all of the estimates I was provided by all of these other body shops, these estimates were at a lower cost, yet were exactly what I needed and seemed to be worth the cost. I emailed the estimate to the insurance company, and as promised they sent me a check. I knew without a doubt, based on the customer service and help I received on the first day at Victor's, that THAT is where I was taking my car to be repaired. I set up a date to take it into the shop and it was taken care of within 7 days as promised.The work done was PHENOMENAL all the way to the small details like the screws even! The car came back looking way better than it did before! The Victor's team most definitely went above and beyond to take care of my car. Even taking care of an additional panel. Even before I left the lot, an employee saw that I was leaving and noticed my car was dinged up on the doors and sides (not a part of the repair, just ugly looking) While I was finishing up and paying in the office, he went ahead and took it upon himself to touch up small spots on the car where the paint had come off. Tell me where you can find any customer service like that!I am grateful! The car is back to normal and there are no other folks I would trust to take care of me other than those at Victor's. Their work is cost effective, they're good at what they do, and they know how to run a business. They truly care about their customers and everyone at the shop is down to earth! That's hard to find!Thank you to everyone at Victor's!!

This is what service and work quality is supposed to be like!! Best experience on both and I am picky when it comes to both my vehicle care and what I do with my money. I had a broken mirror, called and got estimate over phone, part was in next morning, Robert called me when it arrived, I took the car in and less than 30 min work was done (looks better than before), had a power window problem, he looked at it, ran out for a motor and had it fixed in a flash. On top of all that with a super friendly attitude and without overcharging me. Best shop in town, wish we had more businesses like this in town. Thanks Robert and Viktor for taking such great care of me and my car!!!

Absolutely phenomenal, first rate service! I had extensive body work done on my mustang and they did a great job! And when they say that you become a part of the family, they really mean it. On the day that I came to pick my car up, they had just washed and waxed it and they did a complete cleaning and detailing of the inside of my car! These are all services that they had no obligation to do, but they simply did it because they are just that awesome. I was truly blown away by the extremely high level of customer service they provided and I will definitely be coming back in the future for any needs I may have. I give this shop my very highest recommendation. Keep up the exceptional work guys!

Lou, Lee and Robert were all absolutely AMAZING to deal with. They have excellent customer service and the work is beautiful. I would highly recommend them. They were well priced and the quality of work is very high. Best of all, they make you feel like family and keep you informed. If you need auto body work...go here. I know I will certainly be back!

My new SUV was gifted a long deep scratch, a ding, and some chips in a parking lot and I didn't have any luck with a couple of other body shops. Outrageous quotes and no openings for months (they probably didn't want to be bothered). I stumbled upon Victor's while driving by it one day and based on Google reviews, I submitted some photos via email and got back an extremely reasonable quote very quickly. They did the work, completed it when promised, and did an absolutely fantastic job. No signs of the damage whatsoever! Exactly what I was hoping for!Service: Body & Trim

They were amazing! I m new to the area and my car door got backed into so after reading all the good reviews for Victor s, I decided to take my car here. I was definitely not disappointed! My car came back looking brand spanking new and they were nice enough to clean my car inside and out too! Would definitely recommend coming here. Lee and Robert are your guys!

The guys were great! They were the 17th shop I called because no one would work on my Jaguar. They repaired the dents and rims, and finished with an amazing paint job! My baby looks great!

I found Victor s Body Shop on the web, and decided to stop by there to get an estimate on putting two pinstripes on my new car. Victor Jr. gave me the estimate. So I asked him, do I need an appointment for next week, do I drop the car off, how does it work? He said he could do it RIGHT THEN AND THERE! There are some crazy curves on a Honda. But Victor, Jr. tackled it like a pro! He was professional, extremely courteous and very highly skilled he even did his own kind of artistic flair and gave me a "wing" at the back and a cutaway at the front! And in less than 15 minutes! I was truly amazed! The pinstripes are not only much better than I could have ever imagined, but they are way more than I could have ever hoped for! I love my new pinstripes! Thank you Victor Jr., thank you Robert and thank you Victor s Body Shop for taking such wonderful care of me! It is great to have you guys here in Murray Hill. Everyone who needs car body work, painting or pinstripes I highly recommend them!
