Every single time I visit this Valvoline the associates are rude, forceful, and unprofessional. They take longer than any other Valvoline I've ever been to and provide the worst customer service I've ever experienced at any car place, hands down. Today I went to get an oil change there and got in one of their two lines. 30 minutes later the person in front of me pulled out, but the associate told me that since a car in a different line had been there longer than me I needed to let them go in front of me. I said there are two lines, they chose that one and I chose this one. I should not have to move to a different line or give up my place in line because of a) another customers line choice and b) your crew taking longer on the car in front of them due to an associate made error. The employee insisted that we let the other customer cut us in line and was quite rude about it. We ended up leaving and will go get our car serviced somewhere else

Corey, True and Tom are going to be completely professional with the service they provide. They do a thorough job explaining everything they are doing, what they see on their end. They are the reason why I refuse to go anywhere else for my oil change. Thank you Gentlemen

We needed our oil changed and wiper blades. When he checked the battery it was RED meaning it was almost dead. Got that and filters changed also. And getting our AARP discount of 15% was a nice little bonus. Very nice and professional. I'd come here again.

My first-time visit and the best oil change I've ever experienced. My vehicle now noticeably runs smoother and has increased my fuel mileage by several miles per gallon. Staff was clearly knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. When oil was placed into measure container it looked, and poured like pure honey. I will go nowhere else and have already recommended this establishment. My new oil change home.

absolutely destroyed my skid plate. they did not screw it back in. it came off while i was driving. had to stop in the middle of traffick and duct tape it back on, its shreded now from the road. do not go here you will regret it. they refuse to give me refund or compensate me. what a terrible business. no 1 should ever use valveoline.

I went this morning to get a full service oil change they put on the receipt they added windshield washer fluid and they did not. What a scammy thing to have someone pay for something but they didn't do it! I'd suggest going somewhere else or at least checking before you pull out I didn't think I'd have too.

Outstanding service! Most transparent auto shop I've ever been to. They give you options but do not pressure you to buy any other services. Also will be less than 30 minutes (as opposed to 3 hours at a dealership). Highly recommend!

This review is an update of my experience with Valvoline's other store at 885 Blanding that serviced my vehicle. First with an oil change, which went off without a hitch , and secondly, a return a couple days later for a transmission fluid change - this was a bit of a nightmare. You can read that review. At the outset of this current review, let me say that the owner responded to my review by basically saying that not all the stores are capable of doing all the services. Ok. Then why is it listed as a service you do? Why did you put it on my receipt to be done, which I acknowledged with your team that I will return to do it in a couple of days? Why would you advertise on your door that services such as what Icame for is 30% to 50% cheaper than the dealership? Public, you judge. Now concerning this review, I decided to seek out Charles whom I sought help from while going through my night mare.(you can read the post for 885 Blanding). To make a long story short, Charles turned out to be an exceptional diplomat who performed the job, offered a tenable excuse for his 885 colleague Ray, got the area manager Walter involved, not to mention called a Toyota dealership to assure the integrity of his work, provided me a15% discount, replaced a worn part and have another on order for me to return and install. I left satisfied.

The guys that work here, are very professional, know exactly what to do, they get you in and out quick and take all the steps to show you, that everything is done by the book and you are getting everything you ask for. Definitely will keep letting them do my maintenance on the car.

I had a positive experience. Luis was great at keeping me informed. I needed my battery replaced and the manager, Jenna did an excellent job as well. The whole staff worked well together and efficiently to ensure that the oil change, battery, etc were completed. Thank you for such great service.

Excellent service! So happy with my experience here this evening. The 3 gentlemen who worked on my vehicle were professional, thorough, speedy, and personable. I am the type who gets anxious to seek any car service from fear of being bamboozled LOL But I felt like I was in great hands. The technician running the computer explained everything very clear and calm so I could understand. I was in and out in about 15 or 20 min. So fast! I never write reviews but this place deserved the praise. I'll definitely be back. Also they offer Military discount!

Came in yesterday for an oil change, was fast service and they were all friendly and helpful.Not pushy on extra services but they made sure to offer everything they could.Waited about 10 minutes before it was my turn, and took maybe 15 minutes for my oil change.Definitely won't hesitate to come back in the future.

Garrett, Chris, and Preston worked on my car today and they were all absolutely phenomenal. Quick, efficient, and professional. They never pressured me into any services and were honest about whether or not I needed a service. Came here while on vacation and they were AMAZING. They got us in and out very quick and also checked and replaced things I needed while telling me the price for everything. They also made sure I had the best deals on everything! They also gave me a list of services I needed that they don't offer and let me know I had a small oil leak. Wish they had an oil place this good back home.

The techs there are ALWAYS on point! They give quick and great service! Very informative on the status of needed service and not pushy about it. My oil change service spot before I would go to the dealership!

Great service, In and Out in under 25 minutes two days in a row with two different vehicles. I will say if you want anything other than full synthetic you will need to let them know before they start their work otherwise you are going to pay about $100 for an oil change

Just wish they put it back on Groupon but other than that. Super quick and easy oil change. The staff were professional and nice to me. 100� better than the nissan dealership on Blanding. The total time I spent here was less than 30 minutes waiting and for the oil itself it was about 14 minutes which is so nice compared to 3 hours waiting at nissan on Blanding.would 10/10 recommend and I am coming here again.Service: Oil change

I just wanted to drop a note to tell you about the service I received at 8647 Blanding Blvd in Jacksonville, Florida. I tried this out for the first time last week and was so impressed I brought my second vehicle to get serviced. Excellent customer service. You just don't find that anymore these days. Not pushy, just factual. I would send my wife here without hesitation. Hope this remains the norm. We need more of this! (by the way, different tech each time)Service: Oil change

This was my first time and this my first ever review. They were so quick and extremely thorough about what was going on with my car. I used a groupon and it saved me about 20 dollars but man did I kind of feel bad cuz I feel like I definitely got WAY more than I payed for. Great service. They go through my ac filter and engine filter. And showed me what color it s supposed to look like and it s purpose. They give a print out of what they reviewed so you know when to get certain things changed along with a price sheet. it was really a great and quick experience.

I usually go here when they have a good deal on groupon. I have a 2018 Tereain. But for some reason the 2 times i have had my oil changed here literally withing days my brakes have went out and has to have the same brake booster and lines replaced. First was in june of 2020 and then literally was there this past thursday. After the first time i didnt think nothing of it but now its 2 for 2 and its making me a little worried. Especially because usually when i get an oil change im going out of town and the 2 times i have used yall, my car has literally left me with no brakes and needing towed. The dealership that has fixed it insist that my oil gets changed again even tho it was done less than 500 miles ago each time. Im not a master mechanic so im not sure how they would correlate with each other but im now leary about another oil change here as it has never happened anywhere else.

Was a good experience, of course the costs are always extravagant.. Usually do changes myself but was in a rush to get it done. Waited in the car as the change was performed, staff was courteous. It's a business so expected the try to up sell other products. But all in all was about 20 minutes in and out.. Thanks.

Great experience with my oil change today. My Service Technician was Chris and he was very polite and very professional. I never had to leave the car. It was a good service at a reasonable rate. Thank you Valvoline. Hugs America
