My unpainted hood was rusted with a couple dents, and I was worried that if painted, the paint wouldn t match too well. I know VAB does great work since my dealership uses them a lot. I had them do mine on my indigo pearl blue Lexus IS300 and they did a flawless job. I thought it would make the rest of the car look bad, but it looks amazing. Couldn t have picked a better place to paint my hood.

I feel very lucky to have found VAB when I was looking to get my repainted from an old damage.They took care of my truck like it was one of their own personal vehicles. And didn t charge me an outrageous price either.Give these guys your business, you will be happy that you did.

I can't even express what a fantastic job they did on my daughter's vehicle! The hood looks brand new and they even finished a day early. Absolutely wonderful business who has mastered their craft. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing. From the beginning setting my appointment and helping thru the process. They worked my car fast, and they helped me set up the car rental, and made all the process so easy. They even help me change my carseats while I had my baby with me. So valuable for me to be able to go to a business that gives grace to a mama alone with her girls. So grateful for the excellent service and the extra hand. My car looks like new and was even cleaned inside! I recently visited VAB Collision to get my Volvo XC-90 repaired after being rear-ended in an accident. I can't speak highly enough about their exceptional service. These people are absolutely amazing. I had a family emergency and they allowed me to move my appointment with no problems whatsoever. They had my car done in a timely fashion in fact they did it so fast that I was surprised to hear from them. My car looks flawless like me and that deer never met lol.

Our SUV was backed into while parked in a parking lot leaving minor damage to the right front corner and making the fog lamp loose. We took it to VAB Collison for a quote and they were very responsive and professional of the two places we had to choose from. Dropped it off on Monday at 07:30 am as requested by them. Received a call on Wednesday morning around 11:00 am stating the SUV was ready for pickup. Upon arrival and inspecting the vehicle we could not even tell it had any damage, they even washed the vehicle and vacuumed out the inside. I will recommend and hopefully not need their service in the future, however, if we need them, we will be back for sure.

VAB was recommended to me by the Volvo dealership to paint the rims on my Volvo. I contacted VAB and the representative was most helpful in understanding the process. I made an appointment and a timely reminder was sent to me.I arrived at 7:30am and they were there to accept the car and help me decide on the type of finish. The car was promised the following morning. The representative called me the following morning at about 7:30am to say that the car was ready.I arrived to pick up the car and the rims looked amazing. They were courteous, attentive and very professional.I am eager to recommend VAB for a professional, reliable and efficient operation.Cheers!!!BasilService: Painting

Awesome experience..very professional...brought car to get headlights cleaned as the right front was so bad that barely any light could go through making it really dangerous for night time driving ...they took my car right in and was done within an hour and now they look practically new...was told up front that couldn't guarantee 100% improvement but I would say it is at least 90-95% ...price was extremely reasonable... definitely recommend them

Amazing customer service. I came in to get a quote on damage to my door panel explained I was looking to get it fixed before trade in.I met Steve at the door he explained their timeframe upfront which helped immensely in my decision. He gave me the information I needed price wise and gave me a really good deal on touch up paint that matched my car color to help with some of the minor scratches.He then unprompted took that extra time to come out and show me proper technique for applying the touch up paint to make it the look the best it can.If I ever need any other car damage repair I will definitely be returning. They are super friendly and incredibly honest.

This was the best experience I ve had with any collision company. I had a paint issue and they went absolutely out of their way to make it right. I wouldn t take my vehicle anywhere else. Highly recommended!!!

Needed to leave a review for the awesome people that helped me today. Came here to see about a rubber lining/piece that came off after I went through a car wash. They took the time to look at my car and the rubber piece as well as to call around to verify that it was more of an aesthetic piece. Very satisfied with their friendliness, attentiveness and great customer service they provided.Will definitely recommend.

Great company and best service possible! It is a pleasure to have them on the phone and it was even better when arriving at VAB. They checked the problem, gave clear expectations and fixed the issue in no time. Even apologized for charging a minimum fee, but I was very pleased that they fixed it and made time for an appointment in just a couple of days. Second time I have been serviced by VAB and only positive experiences.

Very well run business, the staff is knowledgeable and don t overcharge. This was an extremely smooth process, and my car was ready earlier than expected. I highly recommend VAB collision. Definitely five star quality of work and customer service! Thank you for doing such an awesome job on my car :)

These guys did a great job getting my car fixed at a fair price after a fender-bender in 2019, and always kept me up-to-date on the progress of the repair. There was a minor delay due to a part not arriving on time, no fault on VAB's end, but even with that they kept me in the loop about why the delay was happening, and it never felt like you had to hound them for an update like with some other places.The repair itself was perfect and made it look like the accident never happened.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I've used VAB exclusively for over 20 years. I've had them work on a few custom cars I've owned and also a couple repairs. They've been professional every time without fail. Their work, to my eyes, is always outstanding. They even go above and beyond. Recently I was rear-ended. There were some complications with the payee and insurance. VAB stayed courtesy and flexible during that whole ordeal. They also fixed an unrelated issue free of charge. 10/10 customer service!Service: Body & Trim

These guys are awesome! I will never take my cars anywhere else for body work. They have worked on two of my cars, and I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and quality of work. Steve is honest and will tell you like it is, good or bad. Very happy to have found a reputable repair shop in the area.

AH-MAZ-ING! I needed a minor repair and I had the best experience here. I called around and VAB stood out to me from the get go due to their efficiency, simplicity, and kindness. Their price was very straightforward and lower than other quotes I got. They exceeded my expectations for customer service and I would definitely use them again.

VAB did a great job of repairing the rear end of my vehicle.The estimate was quick and efficient, and the repair was done in 2.5 days. The owner, Steve, even repaired a minor problem that I had with my hood at no charge. My wife and I came to pick up the car, and Stevepulled it up personally. He noted that the tire warning light was on and even insisted on checking the air pressure in the tires. Great service!

The people that work here are just the friendliest people. I had to have part of my bumper replaced, and they were so timely and efficient, they were able to fix everything within a week! Plus, the cost wasn't too bad either. I would certainly recommend them for anyone in need of the services they provide.

I was recommended this shop from some close friends of mine here in Mandarin. I've had my truck for just over a year, and when I say it looked better the day I picked up from VAB than the day I bought it... is truly an understatement! Would highly recommend the customer service and professionalism and true attention to detail that this shop provides to anyone out there that's looking to have repairs done to their vehicle!

Only reason I came to this location was because it was recommended by my dealership. I took in my mom's Volvo that I had damaged and needed work on. To begin, I had to bring in the car twice because the paint job was not done well, you could still see the scratches so we had to come back a second time. The second time they worked on it, it was free of charge but they left the car dirty inside. The lady that works the desk started giving my mom attitude when my mom complaint about the customer service and the quality of work. She tried to argue that she did us a favor by giving us the free work but they didn't do it correctly the first time. Had they done so, there would not be a second time. They also did not do us any favors because we had to spend money (gas to drop off the car and pick up in our other car) and time just to get the job done right. In addition, the lady rudely tried to investigate my mom's profession. Was that really necessary? That is very unprofessional. Volvo and them claim that they have no prior complaints and if its true, it is the first time. Hopefully I never have to get work done in any of my vehicles but if I do, I will not come back to this facility.

I had to bring my car there for a little vender bender and they worked with me and the other person involved to take care of it. Due to work and holidays I had to bring the car a little early and leave it there for an extra couple of days and they were very accommodating. My car is an older car but it came out good and they did their best to make the color look uniform.

Did a fantastic job repainting my back bumper where someone backed into my SUV with a tow-hitch (we assume) and then left the scene. Pricing was very fair, work was completed promptly and on-time. Would not hesitate to use them again if future work is needed.

These guys are great. They gave me the best quote to replace a busted driver side mirror and fixed it promptly. I then took our other car there to fix a minor issue and they took care of that and it was done on the spot at a reasonable price as well. My new go to body shop.

I used VAB for body work for my insurance. They are awesome! Professional, on time and stellar work. Not only will I always use them they even do the repairs for where I work. Can't go wrong with these folks.
