Please be cautious with this company; they seem more focused on making money than meeting customer needs. I visited them two Saturdays ago due to a screw in my tire, needing a simple fix. Despite having removed the tire, they failed to confirm they had the correct size available and attempted to install a differently sized tire, fully aware it could cause further issues. When I insisted on fixing it, the employee assisting me complained to a colleague about the time wasted on my situation, even though the oversight was theirs.Ultimately, I was forced to settle for a tire that wasn t as wide as my original tires just to leave the place. This experience highlighted their desperation for profits at the expense of building trust and fostering relationships with their customers. Please be wary; this company seems willing to compromise on service quality for quick financial gain, neglecting the importance of customer satisfaction and the long-term growth of their business.

Please do not buy any tires from them ! You see the picture! This is the tire they sold us and we told them we needed a good tire to drive out of town with our kids ! No refund either and trust me they do not care ! DONT SHOP THERE

Tried to knock my head off for a used tire but ended up selling it to me for 50. Advised me that there was a 10 day warranty and by day 7 it was already leaking air. Went back to get air and one of the workers advised it was $2 for air. They are the only tire shop on the West side that I know of that charges for air. The man who sold me the tire wasn't around. Wouldn't go back.

Terrible place to do business. Charging a fee to reseat a tire because the bead didn t seat properly like that s my fault. Asked about it and it resulted in him getting territorial and calling himself the Dominic Toretto of the Westside. Don t go here. They will take advantage of you. Btw I never review anything However this shop was worth reviewing

NEVER EVER USE THIS PLACE THE SAY THEY HAVE A TEN DAY WARRANTY BUT NO VISABLE SIGN. I STOPED LAST WEEK BECAUSE I KNEW SOMETHING EAS WRONG. HE SAID WASENT ENOUGH AIR. THEN THE NEXT DAY THIS. HORRIBLE SERVICE. SO BUYERS BEWARE. THEY R SELLING BAD TIRES.

These employees worked with me on two tires issue. They was able to find why my tire keep going low, when other tire shop wasn't able to. Great service

These guys are great. I've been going there pretty much since they opened several years ago. I don't buy new tires there though I think their prices are fair. I'm usually there to replace a damaged the with a used one until the rest of the set has to be replaced.They always have good tires and are very helpful.

Do not come here I would give them 0 stars but there is not option to do so. These guys are total rip offs. I like to give everyone a fair chance when doing business so I purchased 2 tires on 2 different occasion as they gave me the wrong sizes and told me to come back and when he had the correct size so they could correct it. Every time I went back the boss was not there and no one could approve it or he had no recollection even with receipt. Also while getting those tire changes my studs were stripped and one of studs broke completely off. He promised that if I bought them they would put them on with no problem. Still no help and being told to come back tomorrow after I've drove from orange park

A total rip off! The owner is never there and when he is the wife and kids are following him foot to foot. He tells you once price and charge another. The mechanic there can only do certain jobs. They had my truck for almost 2 weeks, I had to constantly call them and go by to get a status on repairs. Everyday there was another issue which meant buying more parts and paying more money. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE, you will regret it!Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Brakes, Brake service & repair

We were losing air in one of our tires while out of town in Jacksonville for a few days. We called USA Tire on a Sunday. The gentleman who answered the phone said he'd wait for us. We got there and he found the leak in the tire and fixed it promptly. He gave us peace of mind knowing we could drive home with the problem behind us.

Went on a tues to get a tire fixed payed 55 for the tire came back on Thursday cause tire was no good an tried to charge me 35 for another tire an not even look at the bad tire wouldn t recommend to anybody very bad customer service an tire are in bad shape please stay away

Went there because my warning light was on and the manager overinflated my tires to 50 psi. He was very rude and couldn t tell me which one was low. I asked how much they charged for a patch and was told $30. That s ridiculous! I won t be going there any more! If I could give a 0 star rating I would.

So i went to have a boot replaced on my Axle, after a week of my car being at his shop he calls me say come pick it up i pay him and drive off and instantly notice my car is shaking very badly and the ABS brake light comes on then the Traction Control light comes on. I take it back and he says he had nothing to do with the lights being on. I tell him he did and that they were not on when I brought it to him and it wasn't wobbling/shaking like this either. He tells that he feels the wobble and to leave it with him another day to see if he can fix it. He calls me on a Saturday and tells me to come get my car and he can't fix it because its my rim!!! (My rim don't have nothing to do with ABS or Traction for that matter) I tell him that thats not the issue and he goes into cursing, screaming and hollering at me like I'm some type of kid. I stop him and told him I will come pick up my car and that he don't talk to me like that. My family was appalled by this seeing he was on the speaker phone of my other vehicle. [Until he got to cursing]..smh. so i asked for a refund and he told me that he has to be paid for his labor!!!! Wow labor man you broke my car and NEVER FIXED ANYTHING! What a Crook and no I didn't get my money back "YET".......Service: Steering & suspension repair

If I could give it negative stars I would got the tires for my front end not even a full 12 hrs later my driver side tire is flat as hell also haven't even had them for over a month and the passenger side tire is so bald the wire is starting to show come to find out the passenger side tire was given to me with absolutely no tread will not be going back nor recommending anyone to them they should be ashamed of the quality of product given out regardless if it's new or used

Worse place ever. The mechanic can't stay off his phone, the alignment guy doesn't show up and they always act like they can't speak English when there is a problem, but be quick to take your money. This place is a joke. Find a better mechanic, you really do get what you pay for here.

Worst tire place in the USA. Took the nail out. Stripped 2 lugs by moving fast and trying to get home. I asked could they use the manual jack that cames with the car. They had already took the nail out so the air was leaking fast. They didnt put the spare on or anything. Sent me away with the tire leaking fast. I had to keep pulling over to get air on the way hm.

Took my car here a month ago to have my front brake pads, calipers and rotors replaced , had my own brand new parts. A month later i need my brakes done again because they did not use my brand new parts , they only replaced the pads. I knoe because the left front caliper originally had a bad pistton, the one i just replaced was the eaxact same caliper. This place ripped me off and could have caused me to have a bad wreck, maybe kill someone. They need to make it right but I know they wont. Worst place ever.
