Ladies if you are looking for an Auto repair shop that has amazing prices and won t try to get over on you (as some shops do when it comes to women) then this is the place for you! Melissa and her team were very professional, courteous, and they made sure I understood what needed to be done to my vehicle. As a woman I look for certain things when I go into businesses and this place had it ALL! For one Melissa was very friendly when I called to make my appointment, then once I arrived she greeted me with a welcoming smile. I felt so comfortable that I decided to stay and wait the 3 hours it took for my car to be serviced, and that s something I normally wouldn t do at other businesses. She offered refreshments , a charging station for my devices, the waiting are was clean, cozy, and the candles that were burning smelled great! Being new to the area I had no idea where to take my car and I ask a colleague and I am very pleased that he recommended Honest Auto!

This auto shop is one of the best shops I ever went to. Cheers to Melissa! She is sweet, respectful, and knows what she is doing! I would definitely recommend! I moved up from NC a month ago and she has now became my favorite ! She isn t just amazing at her job but getting to know her is amazing too!

Super auto repair shop! So glad I found Truth Auto and Melissa! She has good prices and great mechanics. I have made Truth my auto repair go to for everything from a dead battery to a blown gasket and even a flat tire. You won't go wrong by going to Truth!

Super Fantastic Auto Repair Service! Melissa who owns and runs the place is knowledgeable, fair, and honest. If you are looking for a reasonable and great repair shop, go to Truth Auto. And ladies it's woman owned! I love it!

This Women owned auto repair shop is amazing . Malissa is very caring, she even helps with her customer with financing. At Truth Auto they go above and beyond. Unlike the dealers they would charge you for diagnostic and up sales you for everything. Before you make the decision to spend some ridiculous amount of money to get your car fix , call Truth Auto for a opinion.

I recently did an oil change on base and noticed an oil spill in my driveway. The base Auto Port stated they left the engine running for 15 minutes and found no problems. I was referred to Mallisa at Truth Auto Repair and by listening without inspection they told me what issue I had. No engine oil. The base technician did not properly tighten the oil filter causing a major leak. The photos were astonishing, especially after the base technician told me there was no leak just old oil. I highly recommend them for the service and price!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have an older vehicle that I took to another shop to have the oil changed. Upon starting the change, it was noted that there was a massive oil leak and the engine needed to be inspected/repaired.The car has sentimental value as it was the car I drove in high school so wanted to see if it could be repaired.The issues were outside of my ability to fix. The owner, Melissa, of Truth Auto came to the same conclusion I had arrived at when I explained what was going on with my vehicle. That was reassuring that the problem would be resolved effectively, which it was .Another issue arose with the car 2 weeks later, unrelated to original problem, and Melissa went above and beyond to resolve the issue.My old car now is issue free. I highly recommend this shop!!

I found Malissa by accident. I had a dead battery and went to a local auto parts store. I discovered my battery was under the seat and they couldn t change it. They sent me to Malissa. She took me within 10 minutes. Super comfy waiting area. Very friendly. Soon we found the store had sent me with the wrong battery. She called and advocated on my behalf for them to deliver the right battery. They did. It was also still not the right one, but they could not come back. So Malissa herself drove to the store to get the right one for me. The whole time she s communicating to me the issues and explaining why I could (but probably shouldn t) keep the wrong size. I was so impressed how far above and beyond she went for me especially as a first time customer. Now, I m a forever customer and I ll be back for oil changes and repairs. Highly recommend this female owned business. Thank you Malissa!

I went to Truth Auto Repair last week to get my radiator repaired, and to get new brakes and it was the best automotive shop I went to in Jacksonville.
