I've been here twice, I bought a car 2 weeks ago had a coolant issue Tony himself refused to check my car, I ended up having to replace a thermostat and radiator on my own. Tried to get my trans fluid topped off because my car doesn't have a dip stick he quoted me $75 to add my own fluid.Expert automotive however only charged me $25.00If you're desperate he will try to rip you off, be aware.

THIS GUY IS A BIG BIG RIP OFF PAID HIM $4.000.00 A COUPLE MONTHS AGO TO PUT A USED TRANSMISSION IN MY LEXUS TRUCK LESS THAN 8 MONTHS TRANSMISSION SLIPING TOOK TRUCK BACK REFUSED TO GO BACK OVER HIS WORK WHICH I'M SO THANKFUL BECAUSE HE DOES SHATTEY WORK $4.000.00 C U N COURT TONY YOU WILL NOT BE RIPPING ANY MORE WOMAN OFF

The staff was really nice. They fixed my jeep quickly. Most importantly they were honest with what was wrong with my jeep, and didn't try to get over on me. Nor did they price hike the part... thank you Tony repair shop. I will be back for future repairs.

This is Salestine Austin,My experiences getting my car repaired at Tony's Auto Repair has always been good,They try to be fair with the Labour charges, they will even work something out with you as far as payments goes, in a case that you can't afford to have the car worked on at that time, that's if you are a valued, trustworthy customer that's been dealing with them for a while in my opinion; and more than once I needed a payment plan and/or option...unfortunately the used car I bought cash from Sams Whole Sale Automotive on Cassatt Avenue on the westside turned out to be a complete LEMON, Sam the liar!...said that it was a good car, and I shouldn't have any problems or very little problems if I did end up with a problem concerning the car, turns out the car was constantly giving me major problems every few days or couple of weeks another problem would happen with the car, my sister told me about Tony's Automotive and I've been going there ever since,Tony's is my go to place for my auto repairs, sometimes I have to wait a few days before they can start working on my car, but other then that...Tony's is awesome, fair, and understanding from my personal experiences.

Do not patronize this business, Tony is very incompetent also he's a thief. He will have way your fix your car to keep you coming back, very dishonest, disrespectful and rude. Too put it simply he doesn't care about you or the problem with your car, all he wants is your money if you value your hard-earned money, as well as your car please,please do not patronize this establishment.

con artist, had my car in there a month and he took 2 weeks off without even telling when what was going on even tho I already knew what was wrong with the just wanted a 2md opinion. the gonna charge me a inspection fee.. Do NOT GO HERE

Slick con artist mechanic and owner. Poor workmanship using the cheapest parts he can find and charging $$$. I have has to take my car in for both repairs again to another shop within the month. Took it back to him and he gave me a load of.... and would only charge more $$$Ladies please be fully prepared if you make the mistake of taking your vehicle here.If you are alone or if your husband/partner steps out this sleazy predator will come on to you. Yep!It's enough of a hassle to be female and deal with mechanics but you will be tried by this married man!Even tried to lure me aside to the corner of his shop for a kiss. BLAH!!!No thank you TonyI have heard this issue with him from another lady as well.All this to say Everyone should Stay Away from this Tony Auto Repair on Lenox Ave Jacksonville.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Tony and his staff are great. Tony is always available for questions and treats everyone like family, safety is his number one commitment. He has repaired my car twice and I drive away feeling like he didn't overcharge me or take advantage of me. He even drove to my house once and laid in my driveway to get my car started so I could get it to his shop without having to pay for it to be towed. Top notch Tony and his staff are!

I have nothing but the best to say about this well established business. Tony, the owner is a great person, and treats his customers like a human being. To him it's about getting the job done correctly not about the money. Please... if your looking for a great mechanic, and excellent customer service look no further. You will be more than happy when you get your vehicle back!!!

Amazing prices and lots of knowledge for new vehicles. Tony will give you his shirt if you need it. He will pick your car up on trailer if he has to for small fee. He s always busy so call first.

Tony, the owner, is the best. Honest, friendly, fair enough to tell you exactly what is the problem with your vehicle and how to solve it. He can pick your car with a minimum fee. If you want your car to be repair by professionals and pay a fair price take it to Tony. You won't regret it.

In all fairness, used this place before. Never had a problem before except for the fact that he tried hitting on a couple of my female friends that used his services. This time took my car there for what appeared to be a fuel filter issue. They kept my car for five days. I actually got yelled at for checking on the status of my car after three days. Anyway on the fifth day, I was informed that he couldn't determine the problem but he recommended I sign off for him to change my spark plugs for a cost of $450. When I refused, I was told they couldn't fix it. Turns out, when I took it elsewhere, it was the fuel filter all along. I will never use this place again.

Nice stuff. I go there twice first time for my break the owner saves me some money and the second time my radio didn t work the fuse was bad the guy fixed it for me. He was so kind and nice he didn t even charge me.

tony is very rude guy. Im a costumer when I ask questions he answer me back with no respect. I just dont want any trouble with him. I done 1 business with him and I will never try again. he did a bad job on my axle it is still have noise when i turn. even he replace my axle maybe he diagnose it wrong. when Im trying to find out what happen he give me an attitude. better to go other mechanic with good communication skills and good attitude.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Tony and his crew will not rip you off and they do great work and they will not make up stuff to fix on your car if it ain't broke he ain't fixing it great guys over here good prices very very reasonable

This man is an idiot, rude, and a liar! He stole new coil packs off my car and replace with bad ones, when i got my car back it had more issues than just the one i took it in for, which was a cranking problem. It was back firing so bad my Cadillac converted caught fire. He tried to tell me it was a muffler problem. Numerous mechanics have looked at my car and have said it is in fact this shops fault! He is a theif, prays on women thinking we are all dumb, has horrible customer service! He tried to fight my brother when he was called out on his mistake. He is not certified by Better Business Buero. I have called they have never heard of this company nor are they registered. Please beware of this man and his shop!

I HAD TOOK MY CAR TO A MECHANIC,ON 1-6-20 ...IN WHICH HE TOLD ME I NEEDED A TUNE UP AND NOTHANG ELSE TOO FIX MY CAR TROUBLES...AFTER THE MECHANIC ..A NEIGHBOR RECOMMEND MR.TONYS SHOP SO I TRUSTED HIM VISITED MR.TONY HE QUICKLY TOLD ME WHAT THE TRUE PROBLEM WAS ...GAVE ME A PRICE I AGREED 2HRS LATER MY CAR WAS FIXED PROPERLY.GOOD GUY THANKS TONY

Horrible customer service, the owner told me told me I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about my car had more problems when I got it back from him then it had when I send it to him. I would definitely stay away from this place Tony is a crooked conniving owner who doesn't speak well enough English to communicate with his customers and did work that I did not authorize on my car and made it worse and then threaten to call the cops because I questioned him about what he did to my car
