Great service. From the moment I walked in. I was greeted by Chris who was so friendly and kind. He took care of all my issues in a great timely manner. Great guy. Everyone there is so kind and knowledgeable. They all make you feel welcome and that they are there to take care of you and your vehicle.

The staff at Tom Bush Volkswagen are excellent. They even had a shuttle service to take me home while my car was being servicedMy service advisor, Sean, was friendly and knowledgeable and stayed in contact with me throughout the day. He notified me as soon as the car was ready for pick up.The service department took great care of my car, and finished all the work in a very timely fashion. I ve never enjoyed working with a service advisor before my experience here. Allen was incredibly easy to work with, very helpful and responsive. I appreciate how he handled my car repairs and his transparent communication. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Chris is my service advisor and the best I ve had in all my years of owning a vehicle. He s kind and courteous; always a gentleman. Being a female, most advisors make you feel stupid and make you think you don t know what you re talking about. He has never treated me that way. My car is always repaired in manner they say it will and it s always returned to me clean. They re a great service dept!

I enjoy bringing my car here because of the service and atmosphere. I can easily work remote from their lounge area and enjoy coffee and refreshments. Although services are typically expensive, this team does a great job of fixing my car up every time! Trenton was really great to work with. Kind and accommodating. Great service!

I purchased a car through a third party vendor and the experience was absolutely amazing. In lest than 24 hours the car was delivered to my house. The gentleman that delivered the car was super nice and knowledgeable regarding the paperwork.Thanks you all for the experience!

I made an appointment for a factory recall and when I arrived, we were told that the service department was 'out' of the item needed to repair our vehicle. I was informed that when the part arrived in a week or so, I would be called to reschedule the appointment. We have yet to receive a call.

I arrived for my appointment and was told that it would take about 2- 3 hours. Allen was very communicative and kept me informed about my vehicle. He made sure to tell me that I had a bad tire and it needs to be taken care of immediately. I had an appointment for later in the week but the tire stop was able to help me. I always have a wonderful feeling when I leave. Thank you for everything

The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. The technician explained a few things to me, this being our first electric vehicle and the service writer made sure I understood. Thanks Allen and Philip. Great job.

It was absolutely a family like experience. I live alone so I don't have anyone who could bring my car in for service, however Trenton took care of this by providing me a ride to and from work while they serviced my car. And the best part..I thought I'd have to pay and lucky he saw that I was still covered by my warranty! How AWESOME is that !! Thank you Tom Bush Family !

I called twice on two different days to try to make an appointment to get my keys rekeyed. Left messages but I never received a call back from either person. I finally went directly to the Parts department who ordered me a new key and told me that once my key came in, I could simply walk into the Service Department without an appointment and my rekeying would take 30 minutes. When I went to Service, they told me "I don't know who told you it would only take 30 minutes to do your service but they were wrong, it will take an hour." Well it actually took 2.5 hours. I've come to expect more from VW so was disappointed.

Allen and the VW team were excellent to work with. I just wish they'd go back to reviewing the report with the customer like they used to - just to make sure the customer understands everything they serviced, any recommendations and other information.

I brought my 2022 VW ID.4 in for a software update. Both the service advisor and I thought it would be a one day fix. It turned out to be a 2week fix. However, Tom Bush said as soon extremely accommodating and apologetic. They provided me a loaner and really were customer centric. Much appreciated.

My 9:00 apt lasted 90 minutes for an oil change and multipoint inspection. It was done to my satisfaction and relief knowing all is ok. Regular service saves money and grief in the Longwood.

Chris Hume was able to squeeze my car in for sway bar replacement on a Friday and had it ready by end of the day. I wasn't expecting to have it back till at least Saturday. I had another great experience working with this world-class dealership starting with my old friend & General Manager Jim Reynold! Jim introduced us back in the day. Kenny Loh was and is always extremely kind, helpful, and transparent, and throughout the entire process it was truly like buying a car from a family member. Kenny is just a great guy who will go out of his way to always make sure that I was informed throughout the entire process even sending me pictures of my new 2024 Jetta on the showroom floor. Smooth process from start to finish - I m extremely happy with my new 2024 Jetta S Sport. Here's to another 15 years of buying cars from you Kenny. Again, I can't thank you enough.
