I had an amazing experience purchasing my car at this dealership! Thomas helped me out and he was awesome. I wasn t exactly sure what I was looking for but he listened and found me a car that I am now absolutely in love with! From start to finish the entire was process was smooth and pleasant. The whole team here treated us like family! 10/10

Had an amazing experience with Danny and the finance team at Tom Bush Volkswagon! I ve never went through the process of trading in our old car for a new one so quickly. Seriously we were driving out in our new car in 2 1/2 hours, that is unheard of (at least at the dealers we previously went too). I felt we got an extremely fair price for our trade in and I m in love with the new Tahoe Danny hooked us up with. Thanks again guys !

We had a wonderful experience with Erik, who helped us buy our Atlas. It was the smoothest, quickest buying experience we've ever had. Erik was knowledgeable, and did a great job walking through the car. When we decided to move forward a week later, he negotiated and got everything together via text/email. When we went in to buy the car, we were in and out of the dealership within 45 minutes - including time spent setting up the app and walking through the car. Such a quick, smooth process - and we love our new car. Thank you!

I recently purchased a 2013 VW Tiguan from Tom Bush Volkswagen in Jacksonville, Florida, for $8500, and I couldn't be more disappointed with the experience. The car they sold me turned out to be a complete lemon. Not only does it leak oil in the engine bay, but the suspension is also shot. The estimated repairs for these issues amount to a staggering $7100, almost as much as the purchase price of the car itself.What's even more frustrating is that they were fully aware that I was purchasing the car to help my cousin, who has two young daughters aged 6 and 2, start her life over. Instead of providing a reliable vehicle that would ensure their safety, they sold me a nightmare that has caused nothing but stress and financial burden.To make matters worse, when the check engine light came on less than 24 hours after buying the car, I contacted Tom Bush Volkswagen, but they callously refused to do anything about it. Their lack of integrity and disregard for their customers' well-being, especially those with young children, is truly appalling.I would strongly advise against anyone considering purchasing a car from Tom Bush Volkswagen. Steer clear of this dealership unless you want to end up with a lemon, significant repair costs, and a lot of headaches.

Great customer service and follow up, friendly no pressure sales department. My son s first car buying experience was great and hassle free. We found the car on the website and went to the dealership that evening where we were assisted by sales staff.The highlight for us was not being lured in by an advertised price only to be hit up with thousands of dollars worth of mandatory dealer profit add-ons disguised as service or protection packages on top of customary dealer fees.It s our second purchase from a Tom Bush family of dealerships in a month, and it look forward to the next purchase.

I had an AMAZING experience at Tom Bush VW yesterday. I spoke to Joe on the phone before I drove up there and he checked stock to make sure I was not driving out there for nothing! I went in and knew what I wanted and the cost I wanted to keep it at and they worked with me instead of trying to steer me in a different direction. Victor listened to every word I said and made sure I left happy with the vehicle I wanted. Hands down the best experience I have EVER had at a car dealership. 10/10 recommend Tom Bush VW! Will be going back for future vehicle purchases!

Just bought a used car from this dealership. Very professional, no crazy junk fees for stuff you don t need. Beat Car Max with my trade in. Steve Garcia did a great job with communication, was not to pushy. He took good care of us and made sure all our questions were answered in a quick fashion. We drove up from Orlando and glad we did!!

10/10 Joe made this experience so smooth and easy for my husband and I. He provided a no pressure and stress free environment. Car shopping with kids isn t easy but Joe made them feel so welcome and they had a blast car shopping with us. Joe found us a perfect first car for our teenager and made sure we stayed within our budget. Joe & Jeremy both stayed well after closing to get our sale finalized and made sure the car was detailed and ready to go the next morning so that we could surprise our daughter. Yesterday my son called from the dealership, in Jacksonville. I was very disturbed by what I heard. The sales people were great when buying the fully decked out vehicle (it was new) . But a bit of bad luck with a tire, he bought the extended warranty and brought it at their scheduled appt time. After 3 hours vehicle still had not been ready when he went into ask about it he was rudely told as soon as they can make the call they would but, him standing there asking questions was taking up the time in which the call could be made. I wish I had been there. I believe it was a male named Allen. Because he is young doesn t mean you can treat him that way. He makes great money and spent it at your dealership. Actually , he has bought and paid for two cars there . I heard you and how you spoke to him. Just as we were paying off our Tesla we have decided to buy another Volkswagen SUV but not there. Volkswagen teach your service dept some manners. Remember there is always others watching and listening. You need some classes Allen on customer service skills. I am encouraging him to write a review as well but he is a little nicer and does not want to act the same way , it s called class Allen.

Just bought a new id.4 pro s plus from Tom Bush VW. Couldn t be more satisfied with the process and the dealership. I went in Tuesday evening met with Mike Gee. Walked the lot and test drove the car.He was great and very knowledgeable. I came back the next day and was in and out in less than 3 hours with a brand new car!Couldn t have been any smoother.

10/10 recommend looking for a car here! Victor had helped me through the whole process and was so kind! This was my first time buying a car and he really explained everything to me and looked out for me to make sure I was getting a good deal and a safe ride. Financing was way easier than I intended! I wish I could remember the name of the man who helped me but he was awesome too!

The Tom Bush family is an amazing one!!!I am happy to say the I had the most amazing stress free experience at Tom Bush Volkswagen. I left with a beautiful 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan that is absolutely perfect for me and my needs. Thomas was very good at explaining the whole process of buying my first car all by myself. I left with a great deal knowing I will be safe on the road and in the future!My father and partner could not be there with me but Thomas had no problem with me taking 50+ phone calls to have everyone weigh in to help me choose the best car. I gave him my wish list and I got so so so much more than I had hoped for.These people are in the business of creating relationships and growing their family. They are people that I trust to take care of me. I recommend that if you need someone to help you find your dream car you should go here.

I received great customer service from Joe Jacobson! I told him what I wanted and ended up giving me more than I expected. The process took time but Joe made me and my family comfortable and as easy going as possible. I have had the car for almost a month and it is everything I needed for my new expansion to the family. When I entered the market a month ago, I have met with several dealerships and many salesmen. None of them were as patient and helpful as Erik Murphy at Tom Bush! When I told him what I was looking for, he immediately brought me to the car I would eventually buy but didn't know yet. I told him that I needed to drive this car and several others outside his dealership and he was completely understanding and didn't try to persuade me out of it. When I went to other dealerships, they tried their hardest to keep my business by badmouthing their competitors which a lot of it was nonsense.When myself and the car was ready, we scheduled a test drive during rush hour which I was worried about. He quickly gave me an alternate route that let me test the car out to the fullest. Instantly I knew that this was the car I want but the price was too high for me. He was able to work within my budget and I did not go ONE DOLLAR over which I greatly appreciate.Again Erik Murphy is a salesman but he makes you feel like he's not trying to sell you any car, he's trying to sell you YOUR car and he will be as patient as you need him to be to find that car for you.

Joe Jacobson is an asset to this dealership. He blessed me and my family by helping us find a very nice SUV with low mileage, captain seats and not the most basic model. He went the extra mile when we had concerns of recalls on the vehicle and found out that any prior recalls have been fixed, and provided documentation. This made us drive from Brunswick to Jacksonville to check out the vehicle. He was very informative, we paid exactly what we discussed, and the dealership was able to approve us with our bad credit for financing when we had been denied for various different financing or loans with other dealerships. This was a huge blessing for me and my family, and Joe was a genuine, informative salesman. We still can t believe the car is ours.

Steve made this car buying process the best I have ever had. Never have I bought a car in under 1.5hrs. Steve cared for me and didn t push nor take advantage of me for being a woman. I was driving the same vehicle for 11 years and I started to have issues on a holiday weekend. While across the street at Advance Auto Parts, I noticed a big beautiful Audi at Tom Bush. After a very frustrating and highly emotional day (at another dealership on Atlantic blvd), I just went ahead and pulled into Tom Bush to check out the Audi.Victor came out and greeted me and asked if I needed in any help. I was honest and told him my current situation. I didn't feel any pressure or uneasiness at all while car shopping. Victor was kind, patient and professional.I definitely was not ready or prepared to buy a new vehicle but it happens! Victor helped me relax and was very realistic with me along the way. He was able to get me in a the vehicle of my dreams and really handled me with care. I would highly recommend coming to this dealership and asking for Victor.Car buying sucks, no matter what, but the sales professional are the ones that make it "okay".

Best car dealership experience I have had in a long time. Shout out to the finance department as well, much easier than other paperwork experiences I have been through, most are too lengthy, but this one was not!Mike Sweeney

We had such a great experience with Danny Perotti at the Tom Bush Volkswagen dealership yesterday! We came in interested in two Atlas' and he gave us pros and cons to both of the cars, never made us feel pressured to make a decision and was very understanding of us having a 2 year old around. We got a great trade in deal for our car and got a great deal on our new Atlas. It was the color we wanted, had great features that we wanted, and so glad we had an amazing experience here. I can't wait to come back for servicing the car (which I don't usually love to do at dealerships). Thank you, Danny, for getting us a great family car!
