FANTASTIC!!I was greeted with a sincere smile from Kristie in the Service department upon arrival from Valdosta Georgia, worth the Trip! These people are Wonderful, not an unpleasant person in the dealership! If your Mini needs service or if you re looking to buy a New Mini I urge you to visit Tom Bush on Atlantic Blvd Jacksonville Florida,5 Stars!!

I brought my car to Tom Bush Mini for some maintenance, an alignment, and to fix a few trip pieces. This was my first time there and Eric was incredibly nice, he gave me his undivided attention, and explained everything to me in the detail I needed.Unfortunately, when I picked up my car the alignment was incorrect; the car didn't drive right and the steering wheel was off-center. So I took it back, was treated with respect, and the problem taken care of ASAP. My car now drives like a dream and I'm extremely happy with the whole experience. Yes, I had an issue, but it was taken care of in a way that almost negates it. 5 stars would recommend Eric and the service department to any Mini owner.Also, it was incredibly nice to have loaner cars to minimize the impact of service to my busy schedule.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Wiper blade installation, Brake service & repair, Auto maintenance

I came back to update this after dealing with a Tom Bush VW Service Advisor across the street.I want to compliment Kristie Roderick for her outstanding service on the two Mini's that I have owned. She kept me informed throughout the entire process. She handled any issues that arose, even explaining unexpected cost. In short, I did not have to constantly track her down, she was proactive either through phone calls or texts. I have never met the Service Manager at Tom Bush Mini, because she took care of her customer, unlike Chris at VW across the street. BJ Scott, you have a good one in Kristie.Service: Engine repair

Eric Rossmann with Tom Bush MINI Service is excellent. He has an amazing knowledge of engines, transmissions, and other components of the MINI Cooper/BMW brand. Plus, he makes customers feel welcome and comfortable by answering all questions and concerns in depth.

Kristie is amazing!! Ever since I ve purchased my mini, she has been there for us. So glad she s a part of the Mini family and a part of ours when we need her!!! Wonderful personality. wonderful person. When you speak to Kristie, she is always personable and she is always there to help.

From initial contact with Tom Bush MINI for service through completion of the service, I was extremely pleased with my Service Advisor Kristie. She greeted me quickly, got my MINI checked in and kept me well informed throughout the servicing. Upon completion, she also passed along some helpful information from the MINI technician. Kristie was great, highly recommend her!

Absolutely amazing customer service! Kristie in particular is incredibly helpful and personable each and every visit. She has been very considerate of my situation and gone above and beyond to help in any way she can. She checked up me regularly during long wait times to keep me updated and did a very thorough job at each step. The videos reviewing the service or repair have always been very professional and informative. I say all this as a return costumer and I have never been disappointed. I will definitely keep taking my Mini there many times over!

Kristie was absolutely amazing! She made sure that I was kept in the loop during my unfortunate flat tire issue. She was very professional and caring. She even insisted on having an Uber take me to my hotel 2 miles away so I wouldn't have to walk.

The best experience I ve ever had with a service department in all my years of owning a vehicle. Had to drive 350 miles to service my Mini Cooper but well worth every mile. As long as I own a Mini cooper I will continue to return to this dealership for my service.

I love waiting at Tom Bush MINI while my car is at service. What i love is that, there is a massage chair that you can use while waiting. Kristie is also very welcoming and she will update you the status of your vehicle.

My service advisor was Dylan. He was knowledgeable, patient and answered every question I had. The service I (& my beloved Mini Cooper S) receive at Tom Bush Mini is the very best. The technicians real time video inspection is incredibly helpful to mini motorists. The service department lead by Kristie is in great hands!

My car was towed into Tom Bush Mini on Sunday after a breakdown on I 95 in Georgia. Monday morning I arrived at the service center and spoke to Eric who was.very nice and professional but personable. The mechanics were just as good and kept me well informed about the repairs to my car. I was able to get back on the road Monday late afternoon and make it home. Thank GOD!! I would DEFINITELY recommend this service department to all. It was easy and satisfying to know they had my back. I would visit them again. Thank you to Tom Bush for helping me in my time of need. Everyone was so friendly and helpfuf from check in to check out. I loved the video progress they sent. I received two videos, one of each thing they were working on. It s great to be kept up on what s going on. They sent texts and that s how we communicated. I want to repeat , very friendly staff and Lady Jane is running great! Thank you

Kristie has always been super helpful with me since the day I ve joined the mini Cooper family. She s super sweet, gentle and very much caring. Kristie cares for her clients like as if they were her own blood. Personally if I come in to get any work done on my car and Kristie is not present I leave and come back when ever she s there. She makes you feel comfortable and works around your budget !

We purchased our new MINI Countryman in 2018. We have had Tom Bush MINI do all of our service maintenance . Dylan was our service advisor this time. Dylan was very professional, and was able to answer all our questions about the service we needed for our MINI Countryman. The service mechanic actually sent us videos of what he found during the multi check process of our vehicle. Thanks Dylan for an incredible experience. We trust Tom Bush completely with our vehicle.

I've been bringing my Mini to Tom Bush for a few years now and have been extremely satisfied with the service I've received. The staff there is extremely helpful and the communication has been top-notch; I never have to wonder what is going on with my car! Kristie is amazing to work with, always friendly and helpful and with a positive attitude! I am also a huge fan of the videos that they send that show you what's happening with your car...it's great to be able to see the issues and have them explained to you, even when you are not there in person. I will continue to bring my car to them when service or repairs are needed...171K miles and still going strong thanks to them!!
