My mini looks like new again! From first contact, to drop-off and every other step of the way, the process was easy and not a bit stressful.Whitney was wonderful and Jody was too. I hope that my Phoebe does not need any other repairs but if she does, I know where to go.Worth the drive every time!

An outstanding collision center all around. Pablo was a very helpful and cordial service manager, the repairs were done very quickly and turned out great. Communication was outstanding throughout the process! There's really no where else you should dare take your BMW to get fixed in Jax besides here

Great experience all around. No one wants to have their car in a collision center but if your car needs repair the tom bush collision center is the place to have your car repaired. From the initial contact to car delivery the experience was very professional. My project mgr was Danny and he kept me up on the current status and the repairs were excellent. I would highly recommend Danny and the tom bush collision center.

Got sideswiped and had to get car repaired. Tom bush collision did a great job on my vehicle. It was repaired and cleaned. It took about 2 weeks to get car back. Would suggest having periodic updates on the status of the repair. I had to initiate the conversation after the first week and called to find out status every other day after the first week. Ms. Jody was very attentive to my inquiries. Thank you!

I drive a 10 year old Mini Cooper. It seemed like it was about time to start thinking about a new car. But after consideration of 1) my age - (old - not a lot of driving years ahead); 2) the low mileage on my car, less than 30,000; 3) no major problems - ever; 4) the $$$ of a new car; and 5) last, but not least, it s the only car I ve ever driven that people in other cars wave to me, this was my 3rd Mini - I m a true Mini lover, ( I ve been signaled by other drivers, but it wasn t as pleasant .); therefore, the only logical thing to do was to fix the minor cosmetic problems and keep my cute little car for the rest of OUR driving lives. Tom Bush Collision Center was the answer! They fixed the door dings and the bubbled paint, repainted the entire car, replaced emblems and adorned it with brand new stripes! Voila! I have a car that looks factory new! It took a while, true, but they are super busy folks over there and a job done right takes some time. I couldn t be happier with the result and the price was a lot less than a new car! The people at the Collision Center, from their receptionist, Jodi, who was awesome, to my main contact, Daniel Vinuela, were friendly, helpful and professional! It truly was a great experience and I can wholeheartedly recommend Tom Bush Collision Center!

I have known Dewayne and Nelva for over 20 years going back to the Precision Frame days. When my truck required some body/paint repairs, their team was the only ones I trusted. As usual, they did a great job starting with the on boarding with Jody all the way to pick up and inspections with Whitney. Excellent work and great customer service. Definitely recommend.

I want to start this with that the only reason for the one star is because the front desk staff that greets you and answers the phone are the most sweetest ladies I have had the pleasure to converse with the first day I went there (I got my quote for repairs on 12/22/2023). I called back on 1/4/2024 and spoke to my assigned repair person (Danny) to pay for the parts (this was a self pay transaction and I paid $850 for my parts). It took over 30 days before the parts were advised they were in house. During this time, there was such a lack of communication. I always had to call and get a status by leaving messages that were never returned until I started calling the main number and asking to speak with someone else. I had to call once a week for a status update. Finally the parts came in and I was told that my repair could only be done on Tuesdays. Well I was heading out of town on business when the parts came in so I had to delay bringing the car to them until the following Tuesday. Then that was delayed to due other unfortunate circumstances out of my control. Fast forward to today: I called Danny and left a message two days ago asking for a return call because there is no longer a car to bring to get repaired and I wanted to know the process now for parts that will no longer be needed and about a refund of my $850 that I paid out of pocket. I have yet to receive a call back about this. This process has been very difficult and I imagine it wouldn't have been this bad if the insurance company was taking care of everything. I felt very biased against my person because this was a self-pay transaction and it was like my situation was put on the back burner for others even though I had paid for the parts in advance to ordering them. Now it's back to no communication again and it's beyond ridiculous at this point.

The team at Tom Bush from the front desk to the technician/repair team is outstanding. The car needed some front end bumper work and it turned out beautiful. The office even babysat my dog Murphy while I had an errand to run. They were very attentive and efficient. It was the last day of the year for them and I had to request an earlier than promised time to have the car completed. They pushed and got it done on time for me. That was service above and beyond. This was my first time using Tom Bush collision center and I was completely satisfied with my experience.My collision advisor, Whitney Nelson, stayed in contact with me the entire time my X5 was in the shop, worked with the insurance company, offered me additional services outside of my repair and ensured my car was returned to in perfect condition.Everyone I encountered at Tom Bush was extremely professional and customer focused.I will for sure use Tom Bush collision center in the future and would highly recommend it.

My son was a victim of a traffic crash and his vehicle received major damages. I decided the vehicle be taken to Tom Bush Collision Center. From the first call I was completely impressed with the care we received. During the process with the insurance company, I was also in contact with Tom Bush Collision Center providing them with the information I received along the way. Every time I called, no matter the issue, I was made to feel important. My son made a couple of visits to the facility and was treated wonderfully by the staff. I want to give a special thank you to Nelva and Rob for the professionalism and comfort you both provided my family. Although the quality of work at Tom Bush Collision Center was undeniably excellent, there were certain aspects that affected my overall experience. Firstly, the repairs took considerably longer than initially estimated. However, given that my vehicle is very new and electric, I understand the complexity involved. Unfortunately, what truly overshadowed the remarkable work was the theft from my vehicle by one of their service men. This incident was deeply disappointing and concerning, detracting significantly from an otherwise positive service experience. While appreciating their expertise in repairing modern vehicles, it's crucial for the center to address and prevent such incidents in the future for the trust and satisfaction of their customers.Update: I am pleased to share that after my initial review, the manager, Dwayne, took proactive steps to address my concerns. He reached out and worked with my husband to rectify the situation. I'm now genuinely satisfied with the resolution and my experience and hopeful that future visits, if any, will uphold the highest standards of service.5 stars to the manager DeWayne.

The people here are very professional. Start with The receptionist, she is very professional and fast, knowing what information she needs that saves a lot of time. My repair manager, Daniel, is very responsible. During the repair period, he contacted me by phone to update the latest situation of the repair! Everyone I met in the office are always smiles. And finally they have done a great job of fixing my car. So far I can t tell any difference from before. Very satisfied. Good customer service.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Daniel at Tom Bush Auto Collision is a wonderful tech. He is dependable, courteous and true to his word. If fact my car was ready a day earlier than expected. The job they do is top notch. Eventhough it s guaranteed for life, they do an excellent job everytime, the first time. I would never go anyplace else! I know my car will look perfect.

I scratched the side of my car on my son s mailbox. The scratches were long and deep. I tried adding the video I took but was unable to. My car is ten years old and I was concerned that the color would not match. One of the technicians explained the computer system they use. I was so happy when I saw the repair. It is perfect! I love my X5 and the job Tom Bush Collision did. Not only did they do a fabulous job, they completely washed and vacuumed it. It looks like new. And the staff was great to work with. More to come when I get my car back, it s been there since the end of January. I was told too many lies by John to believe anything. I just want my car that only had door and fender damage.Never had a problem before with them, but this run around it bull! Very unhappy, lost of patience customer!!!

Daniel and his team went above and beyond to ensure all areas of damage that my BMW sustained from an accident were repaired. His team worked closely with the insurance adjuster and keep us updated about the status of completion along the way. Daniel and his team were meticulously detailed, even taking pictures of every item that had to be repaired and replaced. My husband and I are extremely impressed by the quality of customer service we received, and the quality of repair work my car received. I brought my car to Tom Bush to get an estimate for the repairs on my car. I was greeted by Patrick Griffin, Collision Consultant. I gave Mr Griffin the report of the insurance company. I didn't have to deal with the insurance company, everything was handled by him. Ms Shanay Dow the Administrative Assistant was very helpful. Whenever I called her or Patrick they were always courteous & helpful. When I got my 2019 Honda Accord Sport Sedan back it looked new again. I highly recommend Tom Bush collision center for your repairs.

From drop off to pick up, Tom Bush Collision Center made things seamless. Everything is organized and well-prepared. Everyone I spoke to were very friendly and helpful.The car itself was restored superbly and I m unable to tell it was ever in an accident.I m not planning to get into any car accidents anytime soon, but if I did, I d come back here for repairs.

2011 BMW 550x. Incurred damage to the driver s side undercarriage due to improper loading/unloading during a cross country truck transport. Improper ramp positioning gouged the air tray and muffler shielding. Crumpled it right into the muffler and floor pan. Fortunately the damage didn t extend into fuel or brake lines or deeper into the pan. Nevertheless, it was $1350 worth of damage. Transport company covered $700 of it and denied all responsibility right anyway It took a bit of time for Rob at Tom Bush Collision to source parts, (I didn t expect it to take quite so long, but it is a 2011). Eventually they arrived (almost a month). Once everything was on hand, the guys were quick to have it put back together. Looks like new under there. Washed and cleaned for us as well. Appreciate the quality and service that we ve grown accustomed to with BMW.

Working with Whitney was pleasurable but the lack of efficiency during the ordering process was very annoying. All parts were not ordered causing delays and one part was broken when received causing delays. Call backs were promised but not made and voice mails messages were not returned. The quality of workmanship was excellent but the start to finish delays were disappointing.

Tom Bush Collision Center and Rob and Jodie helped me with the arrangements for tow and repair estimate and dealing with insurance. Rob cheerfully escorted me through the repair parking lot a couple of days to obtain my possessions out of the car. The damage and repairs were explained to me.

Whitney took care of my Z4 repair after a bad accident. I couldn t recommend her or Tom Bush enough! She clearly communicated everything from the moment I arrived to the day I picked up. Car came back in better shape than before my wreck and it was evident that care was put into every detail.

First, let me say that previous to this experience, I was unfortunate enough to have work done with BMW collision center in Clearwater, FL a couple years ago when someone reversed into me.They were quick, professional, and accomplished the work in the time specified.Recently, I was side-swiped in a hit and run. The damage was fairly minor and all cosmetic. I brought the car in for repair. I was told 7-10 business days to recondition one wheel, and repair the relatively minor damage to the front wheel arch.Business day 8, I called for an update. No one knew who my advisor was. It took about 15 minutes on hold, but they figured it out.I was not able to speak to my advisor and left a message politely requesting an update, as I would need to coordinate assistance to pick the car up.Business Day 9, left another messageBusiness Day 10, called 2 more times.Business day 12, they finally had an answer that the car would be ready the next day.I was unable to make arrangements that quickly, so picked the car up first thing in the morning on the 18th (total) day that they had the car.None of the power accessories on the driver s door worked!To be clear, there was no damage to the door at all from the accident.They took the car back to figure out what the issue was . After 40 minutes I had to leave since I was now late for work and without a ride. I got into the car to drive to work, and the door trim piece literally fell off the door into my lap. They told me to bring the car back as soon as I could and they would get it fixed.I did drop the car off again, and they have had it now almost 3 full days. I have called 3 times for an update . My advisor is out of the office today, and will get back to me next week . They transferred me to the manager, who was also not available. I left a voicemail and over 3 hours later have not heard anything back. I have not had my call even answered the last 2 times I have called.I will be unable to pick up my car over the next 2 weeks because of work schedules and locations, and am now out a car that was supposed to have been fixed long ago.I am happy with the quality of the actual repair . The wheel and wheel arch area look great, The car was clean, and there is no trouble driving it.I am unhappy with the lack of attention, communication and resulting inconveniences caused by poor attention to anything that required them to disconnect the power accessories for the door, or mess with the trim piece. I don t know why it takes so long to fix what was not broken when I dropped the car off the first time, and I can t get anyone to get me an update.Bottom line, if you have all the time in the world, bring your car here, as they seem to mostly do good body work. If you are on a time line of any sort, you might want to consider another option.Update:Brought my car back here to have the broken things mentioned above repaired It has been two months. They initially ordered the wrong parts, and when they finally did get the correct parts in, never called to update on the situation. When I finally received a call back, I was told my car would be ready to pick up the following day. Because of rearranging work schedules, it was 2 1/2 days before I was able to get there to pick the car up. Arrived in the morning, and was immediately met by my advisor, who told me that they had had a problem, and had to take my car over to the dealership to have one of the replacement parts addressed. I never received an update, phone call, or other indication that I should not come to pick the car up. Furthermore, I have now been without my car for over two months. Because the repairs they are doing are things they damaged, my insurance does not cover the cost of a rental car in this situation. I called the dealer for an update on the service, and they report they do not have the car!!The repair work on the fender is good. Everything else, less than one star

My insurance provider partners with a well known national glass provider who ordered the wrong driver side door glass twice. Because I am a patient person, I allowed them to try for a third time, (each requiring a lengthy shipping process). The correct glass finally arrived and they couldn't remove the door panal on my BMW. I had, had enough and contacted Tom Bush BMW Collision where I spoke with Danny. Tom Bush was able to correct my glass issue as well as provider repairs to my front grill and chrome trim in a professional manner. My vehicle looks just like it did after I purchased it. I am very happy with the professional service that was provided to me, (the attention to details are second to non), and would highly recommend Tom Bush Collision to anyone reading this.

Vanessa and Patrick were a joy to work with. Easy to get ahold of and I always recieved a call back by EOD if a call were missed. I was provided accurate time frames and Patrick stayed overtime to make sure I drove off the lot happy with my repairs. Overall great experience. Highly recommend
