Buying a car is often a stressful experience, however, that was not the case with Steph at Tom Bush. She did not treat me as a salesperson-buyer scenario yet she was very professional. She made the entire process seem like a walk in the park and so did the Business Manager/Financial Rep. This was very different to past experiences. The process was quick and so easy! Love this place. I went with my two daughters and they felt like they were on the coolest place aver. One of them said to me: I never want to leave this place, is so awesome!

I bought my wife a new ride last night. I have to tell you, this was one of the easiest, best experiences I have had. They honored my family military discount, they took money off the sticker and made it so easy. I have to give credit to Douglas Young who did all of this. I am telling you, he is one of the most amazing people I have ever met. A military vet that will fight to get you the best price possible. A wonderful experience. My wife and I thank all the people at Tom Bush OP.

I have purchased many vehicles in my life and most of my experiences have been pretty good. I mean it's not like going to the dentist where you are just dreading every second of the whole experience, you are getting a new (or new to you) car! With that let me say that the experience I had at Tom Bush BMW Orange Park was by far the best and most smooth transaction that I have ever experienced in my 55 years! It was easy to see that this team has been together for some time and worked together as if they were a well-oiled machine. of course, the most satisfying part of this experience was the huge smile on my wife's face over her X3 but the second most was hands down watching this team work together so efficiently and so smoothly to make this happen.Thank you to Stephanie and everyone involved in this transaction,A very pleased customer,The Huff's

We really loved working with our Sales Advisor, Moe Etemad. We ordered a new 330e which was delivered last week. We love the car and how patient and helpful Moe was throughout this process. It takes awhile for BMW to build your dream car but well worth the wait. If you re in the market for a BMW in Jacksonville, go see Moe. He s very personable, helpful and just a good guy. I have been a BMW owner since 1991. I have had 3 BMW convertibles. The husband just knew I needed a Lexus. I insisted we look at Mercedes first. Then we went to Lexus. The husband immediately agreed to look at a BMW after he drove a Lexus. Paul meet us at the door. He showed us several cars with all the options we wanted. We had never considered a hybrid. After driving it, there was no doubt we were getting another BMW. There s no comparison to the other dealers. No pressure. He showed us what we wanted and the decision was made. I will definitely return to Tom Bush for our next auto purchase. But I am loving the hybrid now.

Jennifer Honse (Franke)-service specialist and Ryan - sales combined to provide an amazing dealership experience. Both were professional, thorough, extremely knowledgeable in their crafts, and frankly without them I would not have purchased my 2024G83 M4. Vanessa Shepard has been my Sales Advisor for the past 3 years. She does a phenomenal job and helped me purchase my 3rd BMW. She kept me up-to-date on my 2024 X3 order. We had a great experience at Tom Bush BMW Orange Park. We completed various test drives at different dealerships but none compared to the experience at BMW. Isaac Taylor was great. He showed everything the car had to offer to my wife and by the time the test drive was done she was ready to buy the car. The negotiation process was also great, the team worked a great deal for us and used every discount that we qualified for. Overall it was the greatest experience I've had buying a car. We feel great about our purchase, the deal and my wife loves the car. No buyers remorse here.The service department is also great Jenn was our service advisor and she was very helpful.

My service advisor Mr Clem is wonderful. He s really knowledgeable and treated us very courteously! We hadn t reserved a loaner and were waiting for the car to be ready but one became available and he offered it to us, so we didn t have to wait there. My car was done when promised and he even offered to have it washed and vacuumed. When I left, not only was my car mechanically perfect but clean as well.Thank you Mr Clem Myles and Tom Bush service department!

I have a BMW 535i that I always take to Tom Bush for servicing. The people there are just the best. I want to mention the service manager Tommy Durham in particular. Tommy goes out of his way to make sure our car is getting the very best care possible. He keeps us informed about the work in progress and makes sure the work is done as quickly as possible. I feel totally confident in the advice we get from Tommy and would not take my car anyplace else for servicing. I would also like to give special mention to the shop foreman who has consistently provided us with outstanding service. If you have a BMW that you love you should not take it any place else for servicing.

Picked up my brand new M2 at the end of September from Tom Bush BMW of Orange Park. Have been working with Ryan Meyer since April when I put a deposit down. From the moment my family met Ryan we knew he was not your stereotypical sales guy . He exudes genuine southern hospitality and has a friendly disposition that makes you feel like you ve been friends for years. You can tell he enjoys what he does and that he wants to help you find the car that s right for you, not just make a sale. Thank you Ryan for taking great care of our family and for making our entry to the BMW family, one we look forward to lasting a very long time. Special shout out to Jorge Guardincerri our finance guy for helping explain the finance options and guide us to the solution that best fit our family. I had a scheduled service for my car. My service representative was polite and accommodating however he was not present at vehicle delivery. I was shocked to see my car totally dirty outside with all black marks all over body. I was not sure if car was scratched or some black residue was there so representative ordered car wash. Looked better. I have my tired replaced and they looked totally trashy, all kind of dirt and particularly white tire powder all over. I asked if tires can be conditioned to make them look nice and new. Representative refused to provide this finishing touch. My car is in immaculate condition and I was very disappointed the way it was treated. I had nothing but great experience with BMW that s why I owned 8 of them. After my last visit I consider visiting with next door Mercedes dealer who maintains his standard.

The service advisor that was assigned to me Clem was very attentive to my needs. I m a new customer to Tom Bush but Clem made me feel right at home. He reassured me that if I had any appointments throughout the time my car was being serviced, transportation could be provided. The assigned service technician found a leak in my water pump, Clem immediately found me and provided me with detailed corrective action and approximate completion time. I enthusiastically will say Clem provided exemplary customer service as a BMW service advisor.

Clem Myles, Service Advisor is excellent. i needed a new tire and pulled into the dealership, as soon as i walked into service Clem greeted me. i told him what was up and he ran to my car, took the info and literally had me out in 45 seconds. car had to stay overnight and Clem offered me a ride home. Clem texted me the next day to come get my car and again he got me out in 45 seconds. i appreciate the great service each time i visit Tom Bush.

Really appreciate the support from Clem at Tom Bush BMW! Our check engine light came on while heading back home to South Carolina. We found the nearest BMW service center and Clem was very instrumental in ensuring our trip wasn t delayed too long! He kept us informed throughout the process and our trip back home was a success because of him!

Was taking my vehicle for service here for the last three years but I m done with them for good. My first issue was about a year and half ago when I brought my 2020 740i in for an oil change. By time I got the vehicle home the oil light was on. I called the dealer and was told to bring it back in. I went back to the vehicle to find a puddle of oil under my car. My most recent issue was when I called and emailed the dealership multiple times to find out when my next service was due and NOBODY could tell me. Three different employees could not tell me when my vehicle was last serviced there ! Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealer.

Third BMW we have acquired over an 11 year period from Tom Bush BMW in OP. And for the third time they went way out of their way to make the process as easy for us as possible - including bringing the vehicle to us to test drive and facilitating the trade thru overnight service to save us the drive from 30 miles away. Very transparent with the numbers, too. Jorge was involved in all 3 transactions and Paul was primary sales associate this time. I highly recommend them.

My parents recently started coming here to get their cars serviced and they always come back with praises on how amazing the team is here. Tommy is our main service specialist that we always go to for our appointments. He listens to all the concerns my parents have and makes sure to check the issues for use before returning the car back to us. Him and the rest of the service team is amazing and they treat you like family when you come in.

If I could give Doug and Paul 10 stars I would. I had been going back and forth between two dealerships with Paul and Doug answering all of my questions on multiple visits. I showed up just before closing and Doug completed the entire process in just over an hour and then spent 30-45 minutes making sure that we were set up and understood all of the features of the vehicle. When I returned for detailing Paul handled it like a pro. He was on time and kept me informed every step of the way on any of my requests. These guys set the standard for service. I am so happy with my purchase.

We had a great service experience with BMW. My car had a flat and they were quickly able to get the car in and get it fixed and get the oil changed the same day. We also had bread communication throughout the process.
