Honestly they have to be up there with the best service in Jacksonville. Amazing service and affordable prices. If you need something done just ask because they do a lot more than just tires as well. My go to spot for all the work I need done on my cars. Highly recommended!

Was recommended by Mia from Discount Auto to have a new battery installed in my mom s car. Amir was very friendly and fast! We were only charged $40.00 for battery installation. Highly recommend!

These guys are so awesome, they're quick and professional, but also kind. Never had a bad experience here, and they sell new and used tires. The used tires are always excellent quality, which I'm so grateful for. It's nice going to a garage and knowing you'll get treated with respect and not financially bankrupted! They're also informative without being pushy! 10/10 would have my tow truck driver bring my car with a flat tire all the way across town to come here again!

I m not sure where they get their used tires from but I ve had to change two sets of tires within 2 weeks TWO times ! Tires go bad very fast there s no way a tire should be balled or ripping within two weeks not even a used one ! Definitely won t see me again !

This is place is so good they have a wonderful collection of new and used tire. Staff are so friendly and they will work on your budget. They do my brakes and tire fast I'll be coming back..

helpful. With nail in tire. No wait fixed in minutes. Very happy with these guys. Second time there. Last time they were closing but fixed my tire anyway. They are good example of how to grow a business.

The guy that helped was very nice and helpful. Fixed a flat on one tire. The other tire had a large screw through the sidewall. Had to replace. He found a very good tire for a great price in the used tire area. Highly recommend this place for great service and honest worker.

Was almost scammed out of my money $80 used tires which were $50-60 new at walmart. Used to love coming here due to the fact my family came here since it's been open.

People are great. They will let you get the parts from the autozone across the street. Came in after an accident and they rode with me and showed it was fine. Guy refused a tip despite me insisting I basically wasted his time. Some genuinely good people up here.

Great family owned local business with full tire service as well as tune ups and oil changes. The prices are reasonable and the technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. The service is fast and this is a busy location. For all you new and used tire needs! Anas took exceptional care of me and my car. Thanks for the great service!

Okay Tires R Us is not a good place started going there because it was convenient and in the neighborhood I went one time and had them to change my brakes did not bleed brakes so my brakes wasn't done correctly another time took a friend to have an oil change they charged her $50 but did not put in any oil we did not realize it until the next day when the oil light kept coming on so we added oil to the vehicle oil light went off and didn't have a problem since they are scammers and a rip off and you say something to them about it they want to act foreign like they don't understand I went to buy my son a vehicle that they had for sale over there so we test drove the vehicle airbags was hanging out and there was a clicking sound during the whole test drive need to say I did not buy that vehicle so I am not happy with this place at all they don't care nothing about the customers and people need to pay close attention to their vehicles when you take it there

I picked up a huge bolt in my tire, and the person working was very quick and friendly. I went to Goodyear first and they wouldn't patch it, they wanted to sell me a new tire...this shop fixed it in 10 mins for $10. You've got a life customer now!

The owner of this place is so nice and friendly. I needed to have my light bulb changed and he does tires and other maintenance. I asked if he could assist me with this and he did. I will definitely visit him for car work if I need it in the future.

I've always had good experiences with them until recently. April 12th I had my SUV towed there since we couldn't get the tire off. They got the tire off & supposedly put on a new one. The tire that had to be replaced had a nail in the sidewall & couldn't be plugged. I didn't want to pay the $5 for the tire & told them to keep it. Now I have a slow leak. Took the tire up there and they say we'll the ug has a leak & needs to be replaced. Wait....yall sold me a tire that had a plug in the sidewall or did yall just plug the old tire & charge me for a new one. Oh yeah...now the tire won't come off without breaking the stud. Either way they are dead wrong and won't take care of it.

I've bought 2 tires from this location on 2 separate occasions. They are quick and put nice tires on. The owner is very honest as well. They also balance the tire for you. The prices are perfect when you're in a pinch and just need a tire ASAP. I have been telling all of my friends and family to give this place a shot if they are in need of tires. Thanks guys!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! They sold me two front tires, not even two weeks after I have been having problems with my tires. The crazy part is they charged me more because they bragged about how new their tires were. My tires kept leaking air and one of the tires warped up.My car was riding shaky so I thought my alignment was messed up. I took my car to another shop they let me know I had bad front tires. They were cracked and that s why they leaked they were also extremely old from 2014 . I went back to Tires R Us they said it s nothing can do about selling I old bad tires.Immediately after I left I went to another tire shop and they showed me the condition of the inside of my tire. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. THEY ARE PUTTING PEOPLE S LIFE AT RISK knowingly installing bad tires!

Great experience. I needed 2 tires so i stopped by this place. I was greeted immediately. Told them what i needed. He told me no problem. In less than 20 minutes and only 76 bucks i was on my way. Theyre used tires but look almost new. Goodyear brand is what was put on my car. Im impressed. They gained a new customer.

Sadly, the technician who last changed my oil used the incorrect oil filter and tightened it with a tool. This caused the gasket to pop and my car to leak out all of the oil while I was driving. My engine was totaled.I bought many tires from them and did a few oil changes but obviously... I will not be going back. I lost my car due to this mechanic's lack of knowledge or attention.

PLEASE BEWARE! This place sells used tires and gave my brother two tires that were badly worn already. We ended up having to purchase two new tires at a more reputable dealer. DO NOT get tires from this place unless you want to get ripped off BIG TIME. The service there is also terrible and the employees cannot communicate well. Very poor overall.

The tech told me the tire was $50.00 I told him I had $45.00... He said okay when I got home it was the wrong size with a leak. I think he put the money in his pocket since he told me they don't give receipts.. came back the next day another guy said my tire wasn't in stock.. buyer beware!!

WARNING, WARNING please Do not shop here:... I went in to get my tires balance and I left with my car shaking because my tires was not balance... I had to get them done from someone else..This place put led balance randomly and sell tires over 10 years old. If you do not care about your safety then look at there tires and after the DOT you will see a number (1901) this mean the tires was made in the 19th week in 2001. I return with my receipt to face a guy asking to fight..I have file a claim with the Better Business Bureau and had my refund from my VISA..
