Went for alignment and wheel rotation, they didn't rotate wheels until after I noticed they weren't and went back in and said something. The person said the mechanic didn't do it because I needed tires. They didn't bother to tell me that and wouldn't have even though I paid for the service. I also now have two dash lights I didn't have on before I got service there and they had to notice them when they moved my car but didn't say anything about that either. In my opinion very shady and you should use someone else if possible.

Never have I had a mechanic shop be so accommodating - and efficient! My cost was high, but I certainly got what I paid for. I do not live in the area, and my wife was dropping our daughter off at the airport when her alternator began failing. She recognized the problem, for a location she felt she could attempt to reach, and rolled into the parking lot as her battery hit its end. It was late, but we called ahead and made sure they could get the part. They took care of her right as she rolled in and had her on her way home by closing time. The team stayed on longer than scheduled just to keep me from driving a couple hours to pick her up (and have to go back again the next morning). They were friendly, worked hard, and I felt they went out of their way to make sure she was well taken care of. That is priceless to me.

I honestly don't think the mechanics that works here knows what their doing. I took my car here for an inspection they told me I just needed a tire so I replaced the tire same issue. So I took my car to Famous Automotive the place I usually go because they are the only auto I really trust working on my car. The informed me my intermediate shaft was bad and my CV axle needed to be replaced so I replaced both and now the car drives excellent.

Absolutely disgusted with the service at this location. They broke my daughter s ignition key, then after rotating her tires allowed her to drive off with 15 lbs of pressure in the tires. You have to threaten the manager before they will admit fault or offer to fix their mistakes. She is expected to go without a key for 6 days, and at that time they will air her tires correctly. They claim my daughter stated the key was already broken when she told them the stickers were peeling off the key fob. I would not recommend this place at all. (Not to mention tires plus has allowed unauthorized users to use my credit card because their address matched my previous address) in believable!

Tried to upscale me for a simple tire repair on a slow leak tire by saying all of my tires are shot. Took my car elsewhere and they didn't find anything wrong with my tires, got the tire that needed repaired without being upscaled.The service there is very slow too.

I was initially quoted $263.00 but it was raised to 290 because they had to have the tires delivered. I paid in advance and was told to return at 3pm. It is now 438pm.

"This" Tires Plus has done a fantastic job. Jonathan S. here has really taken care of my tire issues and fixed an issue I had from another location :-(. He's done a great job every time I have been in. Big thanks and I do recommend this location. Also nice seating, TV and coffee while waiting.

This Tire Plus Shop at 1332 Dunn Ave Jacksonville FL will hold your vehicle if the owner decides not to repair the vehicle according to the recommendation of management. To release the vehicle the owner must call a towing truck if still refusing management will call the police. The event took place on 12/09/2023 at 11:00am. The Consumer was banned from coming back to the same location by the On duty manager.

Service reps at 1332 Dunn Ave, Jax FL 32218 are so SLOW!!! I've been here for over 5+ hours and my car is still not fixed yet!!! The employees talk way to much. Jeremy is very argumentative!!! Jeremy said, "diagnostics is not like making burgers", which is absurd, obnoxious, and rude!!!

The average car service center, is a little smaller than most, and in my opinion just a bit overpriced in services but I think are doing a great job with customer service and attitude

We had an appointment scheduled, arrived early, was told they have to order the tires and it has to come from the Westside, it will take "about 2 hours" to get the tires over, so we decided not to wait. More than 4 hours go by, haven't heard anything back from them regarding the car. Come back in and am told the tires only arrived about 20 minutes ago, it will take "about an hour or so". Over two hours go by and we're still sitting here. No apologies for the lack of communication, the long wait, nothing.We literally had to stand outside and watch them work before progress was made, just utterly ridiculous!!! I would never recommend this place again! Don't get me wrong, Jeremy was a really polite liar, if that's your thing, this is the place for you.

Wow!!!! Fixed a flat on a rental car for me with Christmas spirit. Really did me a solid. I can't recommend them enough!!!!!!

Quick service. Went to have a rim replaced and was told honestly because the tire was bald, they couldn't do that. Ended up purchasing 4 new tires and then got the rim replaced. All done at the last minute and at a really good price. SN: the car needed 2 new tires, but it only made.since to replace them all since I needed an alignment.

Shoutout to Jeremy! I had a bad experience at a previous tire shop and I took it to him and he was able to get the tires I wanted and schedule me an appointment that was convenient for me. Great customer service, which is appreciated more than you know!

Take your tire needs to Bargain Tires on N Main St!! Family owned and won t take advantage of anyone (like me!) who doesn t know their way around a vehicle. I paid 1/4 of what Tires Plus was going to charge me and the customer service was way more helpful and trustworthy than any car associated shop I ve been to. Bargain Tires - You won t regret it!

Jeremy was quite rude, unprofessional and antagonistic. His behavior as a bully doesn't belong in that setting, or any other. People are coming to Tires Plus on Dunn Ave looking for help and a family mechanic, not to be intimidated and made to feel stupid. I'll be purchasing my tires anywhere else.

Came in for an oil change and had the privilege to be served by Justin and Jerald. These guys were so friendly and hospitable which I really appreciated since I just moved into town. Their crew took great care of my vehicle and were more than reasonable with pricing. They have earned a customer for life!

NICK was awesome..I felt I was being ignored upon my arrival as I waited to ask for assistance with putting air in my tire...Nevertheless, he calmed me down and explained that he was taking care of someone on the phone.I also noticed how he was struggling with keeping the cord in the phone to prevent disconnecting the caller.My apologies Nick.You rock...you were doing the best you can.I appreciate you going above and beyond ..Thank you.

Went in for an oil change yesterday after making an appointment. They told me it would be at least 3 hours. No problem! When I came back to pick up my car I started driving down the highway I hear this horrible scraping sound! I went to another tires plus that was close to where I was they said the people that were working forgot to put the screws in my car where they drained the oil!!! Very unhappy that damage has now been done to the bottom of my car!!

One of the best experiences I've ever had with fixing a broken down vehicle. From the time I called before it was towed until Will called me and told me it was ready early, they were so helpful! They called me later in the evening, just to make sure I knew what was wrong, and what it would take to fix it. They did this so they could get a head start on ordering a part, and this get my vehicle back that much quicker. He was so accommodating, and James did a wonderful and SAFE job on my vehicle. They alerted me to other issues, but did not push me to make repairs at that moment. They went through my vehicle's front end from top to bottom, and I now know it's safe. I will definitely take my truck back to them to fix, and it will definitely be the Dunn Ave store because they took such good care of me!! Will and James... THANK Y'ALL SO VERY MUCH!! YOU'RE ROCK STARS!!

Took my truck in to get an alignment and two tires. Dropped it off Thursday night before they closed. They had my truck until Monday right before closing time. The alignment was not done right, and one of the bolts was loose. Called corporate they said to wait 24-48 hours for tires plus to call me back. (As if I would allow them to work on my truck again) now I have to pay another company to do the alignment right.The customer service at the dunn ave location is terrible, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else..Service: Wheel alignment

USER BEWARE - BAD BUSINESS I WILL NEVER USE TIRES PLUS AGAIN!!!!I attempted to get a tire alignment. I made an appointment online for 1:00 PM. I arrived at approximately 12:15 PM. I was greeted with "I'll have one of my people take care of you". I waited in the lobby for approximately 30 minutes being completely ignored by all staff. When I got up to leave, I told them to have a nice day. Again, I was completely ignored by the 4 people working on the computers in the lobby. It is apparent that they do not need my business or yours.Service: Wheel alignment

Took vehicle in for alignment. When I left, vehicle drifts to the right. Called back and talk to customer rep. They told me they got it as close as they could. No wheel alignment spec sheet provided upon pick up. Informed me that alignment computer print capability was not functioning. Steering wheel spokes not centered. Wonder if repair operation was even performed. Taking to another shop in the morning! Wasted $105. Won t visit this work shop again.
