I dropped my car off for an oil change. They called me saying my valve cover gasket on my engine was broke. I ve never had an issue with my engine and regularly get maintenance on my vehicle. I would have known if oil was leaking and or my valve was broken. A few days later oil exploded from my engine. This place will not take responsibility for their actions and it s unethical. Whomever lied to me and broke my car I hope they choke on the next meal they eat

These Guys are great! They not only Fixed my tires rims and BRAKES! THEY Done it And made it look Easy! Allowed me to be nosey and look underneath my car while it was up on the lift. They pointed out some of the issues I had and involved me in the process!! I don't think there is a Better Auto Repair Shop in the WHOLE of The greater Jax area!

If you are looking for cheaper tires and don t care about service quality. This is a good place to go. They quoted me 1-1.5 hours for an appointment and it took about 3.5 hours for them to finish, and this was on a slow day. The balancing job was sub par. At 55-60mph the whole car starts shaking due to improper balance of the tires. I purchased tires online and prepaid for installation. The gentleman at the front desk tried to charge me for installation again and got mad when I told him I already paid for it online. He did help and finally solved the issue while huffing and puffing about the situation the whole time. I would have rather gone somewhere else and paid an extra $100-$150 to have the tires balanced properly and not have to wait twice the time quoted for an appointment

Last Thursday I went to the Chrysler Dodge dealership to buy out my lease on my 2018 dodge challenger RT. Obviously, they inspected my car prior to Chrysler giving me a loan. I then proceeded to drive directly to tires plus to have new tires put on. Four hours later when they pulled my car out, I noticed that my front end of been pulled away and was dangling. The garage technician looked at me and said abruptly it got hooked on the machine and I put it in reverse and pull the car in reverse. He then proceeded to tell me that my car was Damaged prior to bring it in. I stayed calm. I told the manager on duty, Yes my car has been repaired over three years ago were I had driven over a parking curb. But had been repaired. It was in perfect condition when I drove it into the shop. Instead of the technician owning his mistake. He was trying to make me look like I have done something wrong. I will never take my car to tires plus again. I do expect him to fix my car and reattach the front end.It s been one week and I still cannot drive my car that tires plus pulled the front end off on there Tire balance machine. I m getting the runaround from the store telling me I m going to get a phone call but no phone call from tires plus. They won t give you anyones name they just tell you to call customer service.Service: Tires

Took my car to this shop to fix my tire because of its convenient location. The tire had a nail in it, and I was informed that it would cost about $36 to have if fixed (if fixable). Received a call 20 mins later notifying me that the tire was irreparable, and I would need to purchase another tire. The tire was basically new, so I decided instead to take my car to the shop which I had originally gotten the tires. The other shop evaluated the tire, fixed it immediately, and didn't even charge for the service (due to the warranty on the tire). Sadly, I was trying to bring business to Tire Plus but instead left with the feeling that they are bluntly scamming customers. Customers be aware!

About two weeks ago they charged $45 just to replace the front tires on my car. Today, when I went to change the rear tires, they wanted to pay around 75 dollars. I just wanted exchange service for the transaction, that's all. Fees vary depending on the personnel dealing with the customer. There should be a standard fee application. I experienced the same situation again in this workplace about 8 months ago. At that time, I paid a fee to change 4 tires, but a month later, when I went to change 4 tires of my other car, they asked for twice the price again. I thought maybe it was a mistake the first time, but when this happened twice, I think they don't have a standard.

Amazing service! My first time here and I had an appointment for 2pm for an oil change. They also checked out everything else and filled fluids. They were done by 2:30 pm. INCREDIBLE. This is definitely my go to now. Thanks guys.

Had a great experience. Terry originally answered my call and told me to come in but he had left by the time I got there. Glenn, I think, was there at the front when I did arrive and helped me take a look at a tire and rim issue I was having. He counseled me on the best option to go with on the whole issue and got me in an hour before closing. Gio was my tech, again I think, and he was super nice answered all the questions I thought of and even let my son follow him around and watch him put the new tire on. Very professional and kind. This establishment is very unprofessional with rude workers. I ve been here a few times in the past to put air in my Honda Accord and the same guy who puts the air in was just very nasty and took his time to put air in my tires. Fast forward to today the same guy was there again. This place is up the street from my house so it is convenient for me. But I will never come here again. I asked him can I get air in my tires in a polite manner. He ignores me and continues putting air in tires on a car that s already mounted. No okay I will be with you in a second. Just turns his back and ignores me completely! I go inside and ask for the manager. The guy at the counter ask what s going on. I said I do not want the man outside to put air in my tire can someone else do it. I explained his behavior and how nasty he was. I said I have been here before and each time he has been rude. The guy replies well it s a curtesy to put air in your tires. I said is it a curtesy to be rude ? This is my 3rd time coming here. I do not come here on a regular basis and even if I did so what ! I have gotten tires from other tire s plus. I am in the system which makes me a paying customer. That was really unnecessary for him to make that comment. I ve never gotten this attitude from Firestone or good year. That is where I will give my business and money to from now on. I had another guy who attitude wasn t to much better. They were looking at me like I was crazy. It s really sad that you feel like it s okay to be rude to customers. And that you co-sign on rude behavior! I have a new Hyundai Elantra 2023. And due to the cold weather I just wanted to make sure my tire pressure was okay.

These guys either have absolutely no idea what they re doing or they re the typical mechanic shop that abuses their position to earn your trust and pretend they re there to help to people who do not know better. I have spent thousands now on tires and parts to fix an alignment issue as I have the money and come to find out they replaced parts that didn t need to be replaced at all and parts that provided a temporary fix instead of the permanent fix. Find anywhere else to take your vehicle.

got a nail in tire. they took me in right away, fixed the tire and put it on car. calibrated the computer. all under 40$. customer service was great. love these guys.

Giving them the benefit of the doubt (so a few stars). Fix your alignment rack printer or allow the customer to see a digital copy of the results if you're going to offer that service with no way to show what's been corrected... or warn the customer before offering the service. Luckily I bought the lifetime alignment so I'll have another location (with a working printer) do it again here soon. The service writers and techs that were up front seemed miserable and it reflected in their mannerisms toward the customer (me). Not much appreciation shown for my business, just a quick in and out, one and done, sign here, swipe here... no "thanks", no "let us know if you need anything". I've worked in the automotive / service industry for my entire adult life so I get it, it's not all rainbows and butterflies but man... corporate should get these guys a working printer for their alignment rack, it may just brighten up their day!Service: Wheel alignment

Took my truck here in July to have a oil leak looked at. They advised me I needed new brake pads and rotors and that they put on new brake pads. I went to tire kingdom today for them to look at my truck and found out the brake pads were never done just rotors. So I went back to tires plus to tell them I need my brake pads done as well but their service is just horrible I wouldn t recommend anyone taking their vehicle here for any type of service. After they act like they still couldn t fix the issue I drove away and went to another shop. Without them even doing a diagnostic the guy said I needed a new caliper due to tires plus not oiling the screw when they replaced the rotors the screw got stuck in the caliper and has been causing my truck to shake really bad when I m driving and braking. I thank God I didn t allow tires plus to work on my vehicle again because I m sure the issue wouldn t have been resolved correctly again today. Key takeaway DO NOT GO TO TIRES PLUS they don t fix what s wrong and also lie about what they really do never give paperwork either to prove what was done.

Terry at tires plus at 9559 Baymeadows road went above and beyond to help me when I had a vaulve stem blow on my trailer. Although they were booked and behind they got me in and in time to get to landfill before rain came. Outstanding service and will refer to anyone.Stay away from Tire Kingdom on 10755 Philips Hwy. They are more interested in flirting with the women instead of doing what they promise over phone.Service: Tires

I stopped by this location to have air added to my Monroe Air load shocks. Being from out of town and not knowing where to go I've had dependable experiences with this franchise. It would have been as simple as adding air to a tire. I asked if a mechanic could do this task and they said no we don't do that. I explained that it was not a airbag system and it has a regular Schrader tire valve on the lines. Was brushed off and dismissed basically. Not a good look.

This is the place to go for tires and other general car work. I've worked with Terry Brown for over 20 years on keeping my cars running. He is the most honest, decent guy in the industry. You will be well served if you go here and ask for Terry.
