Had some issues with online scheduling and tire sizing. They even charged more due to the size however, they got us back on the road when we had tire issues on the two front tires. After $600 or about $200 more than I would have spent using an online site to an installer I got the front tires replaced. I had zero time and little options for such a quickly needed repair however. They re expensive but they ll have what you need and often the same or next day. We got back home to Atlanta safely with new tires and that s what counts when you got 2 toddlers riding with you.Service: Tires

I would like to thank Russ for being an awesome and firm witness to my car accident on today. If it wasn t for him .the person that hit me wasn t going to admit they were in the wrong. But thanks to Russ the truth came out. I will definitely be using their service in the future. He showed me his an honest man :-)

Went in for a alignment on my truck and had already ordered new wheels and tires elsewhere. However, I had the best experience and excellent customer service from Russ at the atlantic blvd location he was very knowledgeable and provided me with all the details and everything turned out amazing! Great job Russ I appreciate itCanceled the order with other company and got wheels and tires thru Russ and it looks amazing!

By foremost the best tire place I ever been too in Jacksonville. I came in to get 4 new tires and Russ pointed out an issue from underneath the car and he was able to order the parts and have the issue fix. Russ was so professional and helpful and made me feel very comfortable with the services I was receiving . Russ didn t give me a run for my money and was very honest with me. I ll definitely be back again. Keep up the great service Russ you re the best in town! If I could give the highest star it will definitely be a 10/10! Definitely left happy with great services I received thank you again Russ!

Made appointment here. Told them ac is making rattle noise when on and no cold air. The lady at front said they cannot locate the rattle but they didn t think it was ac . They think it was engine. Offered to charge my system to get me blowing cool again and I stupidly accepted. They referred me to dealership to get rattle checked. Got vehicle back. No cold air. Waste of $200. Went to johns automotive. They said compressor is bad. Replaced for great price. The fixed the rattle and air now blows cold. Disappointed that tires plus and the technician Russ could not fix such an obvious issue.

I have always gotten any of my vehicles serviced at Tires Plus regularly for maintenance, new tires, brakes, whatever. This particular location is convenient to the area of which I live. I ve been coming to this location for at least 5-6 years. I m not sure when Service Manager, Nick got here. But he has the worst front facing customer service I ve ever dealt with. Every single time I come in for service his attitude is consistent with a duh attitude . You ask a question, it s always like a duh answer . Customer service is not his sweet spot, he should be in the bay, not serving customers.

One word for my experience: magnificent. Layla, at the front desk, was both incredibly knowledgable and friendly (with a great sense of humor), and Chris, the mechanic I spoke with, answered all my questions with expertise and the utmost politeness. I completely trust my car with this store. And because of these two employees, I will come back again and again. I wish every automotive experience was as good and as easy as this one.10/10. It was have been nice if they would have put the spare tire back in it's compartment. It was difficult for me to do as I'm elderly and handicapped. Other than that GREAT service

I have had an account here for over 10 years. My son had two flat tires, so I had the vehicle towed to Tires Plus, thinking I still had an account. They closed my account without warning after 3 years of inactivity. I asked if my account was good before I had any work done.

Went in to get a patch at Tires Plus. Guy didn t even look at the tire just the picture I took. Said that s not a patch that s a tire. I left. Took it to Mavis tire (1 min up the road) and they patched it. The screw wasn t in the danger zone but it was on the cusp. I m glad there s still some genuine honest people out there- At Mavis tire ***

Made an appointment but still told I could have a two hour wait for a simple tire rotation. Was told I could drop it off and pick up later...what I am suppose to do....walk home and then walk back? They are just assuming I have another means of transportation. I will never buy tires here again. My time is valuable!

I needed new tires, so I went online and added my vehicle information (I have a base model Kia Soul - not exactly a difficult or odd vehicle), searched for coupons and searched for a decent tire. When I made a decision I requested an appointment for Saturday morning. My appointment was confirmed via email, I received no phone call or information stating that the store would not be ready for me. Upon arriving, the store does not have the tires I requested. After a bit of back and forth, we decide on a different tire and keeping my price in the same area. I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half to complete a tire change (this seems long but I was willing to deal with it) and I decided to wait. After an HOUR - the customer service rep. told me in passing that the tire that we wanted to put on my vehicle was the wrong tire, it did not fit. I was not given an updated time and he was clearly telling me in passing, while dealing with another customer. After 2+ hours, my car was finally ready.If you know EXACTLY what tires/service you need and are willing to drop off your car for an indeterminate amount of time, this place is fine. However, if you need ANY assistance or want to wait, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES! I'd rather overpay at a dealership than deal with this store ever again.

The manager Russ was super nice and made sure he satisfied me! At the last minute, I told him I was going to MIA for my sister s birthday and needed a new tire and he got the job done within 30 minutes! He was super nice! Great customer service! You can go find out for yourself!

I would like to give a huge Thanks to store#121738. Mgr Russell was awesome soon as I walked in the store. My vehicle is a BMW. So I needed to look for a tire to my discovery I had a nail in my front left tire. BMW wanted to charge me close to $500 for a brand new tire. Rus wanted to check my tire out so we walked outside. He looked at it and in an instant he said oh we can fix and patch it up for you.My wait wasn't long at all due to me being a walk in. I walked out the store a happy customer. I just wanted to extend my gratitude.

Russ was very disrespectful. I booked the appointment a week in advanced and told the employee at the time that my warranty company will be covering the cost. When it was time to check out they act like they had no clue about it. Russ started getting loud and arguing with me saying that I never told them. The employee said that I never told him. This is why I booked the appointment a week in advance. Why would I not tell them!! I take all my cars to tire plus, but I will not be returning. My warranty company did take care of it, but the way he spoke to me was completely unfair and very disrespectful. It was a lack of communication on there end which made him take his anger and frustration out on me. What ever happened to great customer service.

Had a appointment for a four wheel aliment at 10am. Saturday. Dropped my car off at 7 am. on Saturday and they were calling at 9 am. telling me they were finished. The car drives smooth as glass. Thank you Tires Plus

I had an appointment at 2pm. I dropped my car off an hour early. I arrived back 15 minutes till 4. My car was never so much as moved! They had my car for 3 hours. 2 hours after my appointment they still had not taken a look at my brakes. The man running the front only asked if I wanted to rescheduled. For what? You did nothing the first time. What difference does having a new appointment going to make?

James was so amazing in helping me diagnosis and fix the issue with my Chevy Sonic! He kept great communication and was able to get me back my car within a couple hours. The owners son, Luis, referred me here as my Uber driver and I m very happy he did!

I have had several services preformed in many different cars. I had all new tires put on my Jetta about a year ago along with an oil change and they did a great job. I am currently using this place to inspect cars that I am interested in purchasing. They keep doing great quality inspections! They give me a paper that tells me everything wrong and it includes their estimate. They have a great crew up there now as of 03/01/2021. Thank you for making the car buying process easy. I have a peace of mind on the cars I m buying knowing I m not going to have to pour lots more $ into it!
