I have already recommended family and friends. The team at the Normandy Store does great work. They explain what is going to be done and recommend what I need. Nick and his team are very professional and courteous.

I made an appointment for new tires. A guy who walked in after me, no appointment, was out before I was. After 2.5 hours, I finally got up and asked how much longer it'd be for my car, which I had seen sitting parked back in the lot for half an hour. When I asked, I was told they're working on it now. I pointed out it was sitting in the lot. Guy went "to check," and came back with the key and paperwork. "Oh, he just finished it up..."Also was sold on an alignment because "it's recommended when you get all 4 new tires" the report showed they didn't adjust anything, so I paid over a hundred dollars for nothing to be done because they recommended it.

Pretty ridiculous experience. Waited 4 hours yesterday to fix a flat only to find out at the end of the 4 hours that I needed to replace the tire. Had no issue with that it is what it is ended up replacing both rear tires. Returned next day after ordering tires EARLY the previous day and come to find out they can't find the tires. I guarantee the tires were used on another car the previous day. These guys are extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Terrible experience.

Great service and friendly staff. Called them on a Saturday about an oil change and alignment. Was able to make an appointment for the next day. Yup, open on Sunday. With a battery test they gave me, I found out my slow start was not engine related. So, oil change, battery replacement, and 4 wheel alignment in two hours and 20 minutes.

Schedule appointment at 10am. Never received phone call car was ready. I went to check on car 4 hours later not ready. I looked around and see 1 car in bay. Save your money if you're on Normandy. Go to Big Chief or new tire shop across Street. I know next time.

I reached out to corporate and told them about everything that happened yesterday you took too long with my car my car been cutting off since I left this the second time my vehicle was left torn up or worse than what it was after service here this location Normandy Blvd Jacksonville FL and orange Park FL by mall have provided unprofessional and poor customer service and service I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH Y'ALL AGAIN THE WORKER EVEN TRIED CHEATING ME I AM DONE

Let's take advantage of women. My wife took the car in for a standard oil change.Hours later she was informed they, tires plus employee, had broken the plug on the oil pan ,Ok , they said they , tires plus, was going to fix it since they claimed responsibility, that was fine ,The next day , she went to,pick up the car. Now given the circumstances, we being customers for 20 + years, you would suppose they would offer no charge for the oil change, we were inconvenienced at their cause . But I'm guessing since my wife doesn't know about cars . They proceeded to tell her , they just paid for a new oil pan . And that the car was old. So the attendant insisted she pay the bill. Well , seeing I have 5 other cars that I have serviced there , they will pay for this , by losing my business. Totally . I'm sure there are plenty of other service centers that would love my business and not insult my Loyalty . This 70 dollars just cost you , tires plus , all my business, my sisters business, my 2 sons who own cars , and my bosses business trucks . To bad your customer service sucks .

Ive had tire sensor issues ever since I had 2 front tires put on 2days ago. Im having to take my car to the Lexus dealer to figure out the issue. Couple months ago I had two rear tires put on at Discount Tire and NEVER had sensor issues. Therfore, this has NEVER happened before and I will never go back.

At the time I thought this was a great experience. But 6 days later when my car wouldn't start after a $250+ battery, I wasn't happy at all. A sister location discovered that the battery had a bad cell. I just think they should check the charge on the battery when installing to prevent these type of issues. The staff was friendly, the wait was long but they were busy, and until the battery was proven faulty the service was good.

I called Tires Plus to have a tire fixed they told me to come on over I'd wait 30 minutes. Took me 7 minutes to get there and when I did he told me I needed to leave the car or come back in three to five hours and they may be able to get to it.Having an account at this store, this is unacceptable for a flat tire. I went across the street to Big Chief tire, I waited 10 minutes and I was gone within 30 minutes completely satisfied. The real kicker to the story is they charged me $20 less than what Tires Plus would. I'm opening an account with Big Chief tire.

Great service from a young man who was very polite and knowledgeable. He knew right away what the problem was. Took 30 to 45 minutes.He updated us a couple of times on what was happening. I wish I had gotten his name. He was young, cute, with black hair and had a nice smile This was on our 2002 Chevy Avalanche truck. Our AC was making a loud noise when we turned it on. Its running smoothly now!Service: Air conditioning

Can't say enough about Tires Plus at Normandy Blvd. Nick is awesome he was able to do everything needed for my son's car. The prices were great and very competitive with excellent work! Beware of sales/specialist not being honest. Make sure you are properly informed of what your vehicle needs and the cost for each damage. I do not trust this location. I will not do business here again.

I guess I'll give them a 2 star, I had to bring my vehicle here for them to fix the mistakes that the Dunn Ave store made on my car. They had to put in the correct spark plugs, and they fixed my alignment, which Dunn Ave said couldn't be fixed. However, when I got my car back it was still vibrating and making a terrible noise, they told me it was definitely not the motor mounts that Dunn ave had put on, and they referred me to a transmission shop, I spoke to regional manager he let me take it to Firestone, and as soon a Mark got in my car, he could tell it was the motor mounts! That bummed me out a little because I totally trusted Jeremy when he said if it was that, then when you put it in neutral, it wouldn't stop. It's your transmission. So, again, I got lied to. Motor mounts replaced by Firestone, I got my baby running good again. Wouldn't trust them or Dunn Ave store to do work on a vehicle

Very nice people but they will make you late for whatever you have to do that day. Took over 2 hours for an oil change and I was the first appointment of the day at 8am. They did not overcharge me like a lot of shops do. The guy with the beard at the front counter is literally amazing and will hook you up. If you don't already have the Tires Plus credit card I suggest getting it

I have been going to this Tires Plus for YEARS and never have I ever experienced this level of unprofessionlism!The Manager was very unprofessional, did not communicate properly about the work being completed on my vehicle. Threatened to keep my vehicle and throw me out of the shop when I was told after 8 hrs that the parts were not received for my repairs even though I dropped my vehicle off on 6/4/22 at 8 AM and was quoted at $1263.00 at 12pm to complete my front and back brakes, rotors and lug nuts. I arrived on my own at 6pm because I had not received a PHONE CALL to pick up my vehicle.When I arrived at the shop and asked to speak with the manager, he was very combative and told me to basically get over it! They didn't get the parts and it happens all the time. I politely asked for my car back so that I can go somewhere else and was denied and threatened. I called the Police so that they could come and help mediate the situation when that manager then told me, YOUR GOING TO PAY ! We did do the rear brakes but not the front. But he initially told me they did not get ANY of the parts. I reluctantly paid because my husband and autistic son had been waiting in another vehicle and by this time the situation had escalated. I have been coming to Tires Plus for years and NEVER have I EVER received this level of rude unprofessional service as a loyal Customer

I had a great experience. If though it was a rough day, they were able to change all four tires and rotate them. They went over and above and found 4 of the same tire at a different tire store so I would not have to make 2 trips.

Mark went well over good customer service. He took me in early when I had to get to work. He ensured the work was done to my satisfaction and then promptly called me when it was ready. I want to give this business a shout out! Today, I went to get my tires replaced and they actually were HONEST and told me they didn t need to be replaced! As a female, I m not used to expecting such honesty. I will definitely use them in the future!!

They are located very close to my house so I have used them a couple of times in a pinch when I needed a new tire quickly. I received good service and good prices both times. So, when my radiator fluid was leaking and I went to the dealership, I was quoted a super high price. I called Nick and Mark at Tires Plus (they were also recommended for full service to me on facebook) and confirmed that they did engine work. I left the dealership and took my car to Tires Plus and got a quote for much much less and a super fast turn around on the repair. I then returned the next day for another needed repair and a new battery and they took super good care of me for that repair also, again well under the dealership's previous quote. I will continue to go back for whatever I need. They are friendly and honest and take the time to talk to you about your options and don't try to sell you on a bunch of unnecessary stuff, like the dealership tried to do. Each person I have dealt with has been great. Dare I say, they almost make car repairs fun for me :D Thanks!!!

Made an appointment for 10:00am, dropped the keys off in the box like I was told to. Even though the truck was in the parking lot and keys were in the lock box nobody reached out. It was assumed I didn t show up for my appointment. Around 3:30 I gave a curtesy call to see the status. They hadn t started on the 2 tires yet. Get there at 4:15 and still not even started. So even though the truck and keys were on site before 10:00 they could not put two and two together. At 5:00 I finally just asked for my keys back because work still hadn t started. Don t plan on convenience even if you try to schedule days before.
