Awesome service this morning. I drove up having an issue with pressure in 1 tire and after asking if they were booked if possible could they put 4 new tires on for me. I don't recommend drive up w/o an appt, however timing was everything this morning getting in quickly. I spoke w/Bobby about some of the research I did and he set me up with a great tire price, installation, alignment, etc. in 1.5 hours. Bobby was helpful and friendly. Later spoke w/Steve and had a great attitude as well. I have been a customer before a long time ago with an older car at another location and it was good, but if needing any service again I will be back to this store.

I rarely want to leave a one star review as I think there is often more positive than negative in an experience however my experience has been poor enough that I have decided to leave the dreaded one star. I was charged for a free brake inspection and when I got home and actually reviewed the invoice is when I caught it. I should have caught it before but that was on me. I called in, received a phone call from the manager the next day and was told a check was issued. A month goes by, no check in the mail and I called in again. I was told it was issued the day after the phone call from the manager and it arrives between 10-20 days after it was issued... we were well past the 20 days so I had to call my credit card to dispute the charge. I still haven't seen the check in the mail so I highly doubt it was ever issued in the first place. I had this store replace my rear brakes less than 2 years ago and have been since disappointed with the service that was rendered then. Initially, I was ok with paying the money but was still frustrated as when I went to take my rear tires off they tech had cross threaded at least 3 lugs when they put my tire on. When they replaced the lugs they didn't have the right kind for my car so my hubcaps have not ever been able to be screwed back on because of it. They didn't use any anti seize on any of the components so rather than the rotor just coming off, it has been rusted to the hub and required a bunch of persuasion with a hammer and a bunch of PB Blaster to loosen it up. There was no brake grease used either which has me wondering why they charged me for shop fees when it doesn't seem they used any. I would never recommend this location for anything. If you want tires, go to Discount Tire, if you need mechanical work, based on my experience I would tell you to go to a local shop that actually cares about the work that they do. I will say that overall I have had a pleasant experience talking to the sales guy that runs the cash register in the front but that is the only positive experience I have had. I do hope they provide a better service to any customer in the future but they have permanently lost my business and any chance of me recommending them to others.

Rude customer service. Update. I gave it two stars but downgraded to 1. When I went home after my AC recharge I noticed my door handle broken. Broken pieces of it on the floor. The employee says the mechanic noted it was already broken when I brought it there. It was not broken. They were rude from the beginning of the service and here I am with a broken door handle. Final update the door handle is being fixed. Tires Plus resolved the issue quickly.Service: Air conditioning

I had THE best experience with Bobby and Sebastian! I came in frantic with a barely blown up spare tire on needing a new one asap to even make it home and they were both just amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful with the car stuff I absolutely don t understand and are just genuinely nice gentlemen who helped me when I needed it most! My new job is right down the road and they officially have me as a customer as long as they are working here. Thanks again guys!! Y all made my day

I visited this location previously & was satisfied. This last visit i went in for maintenance. When checking out, I was charged $500 + dollars. When i questioned it, I was told they installed a new battery without informing me . Requested old battery & he refused to give it to me. Never going back

I m just amazed. They said they weren t able to remove my tire from the rim to do a patch. Didn t even attempt. It s not even custom. A tire place ..that can t remove a tire from a rim??? You have one job! Just wow?!

I went into this repair shop about 3 weeks ago for an engine light on. The whole process is taking 3 weeks to be resolved. There is very poor communication and very little understanding as to what was going on. By week one my car was diagnosed needing a new turbo charger. The following week waiting for the part to arrive my car sat there for over a week not even being worked on. When the part arrived on a Tuesday they had not even started the work until Thursday when I attempted to get my car Thursday night I was told my car needed another turbo charger that I d have to wait until Saturday to get my car. I finally received my car on Saturday only to have my check engine light come back on 3 days later. When I made an appointment with the shop this Sunday I arrived and the Manager Sebastian refused to even look at my car because it was Sunday and my warranty department wasn t open. So the issue is still ongoing. This man clearly doesn t want to work he doesn t communicate and has terrible social skills. If you need work on your car I would not recommend working with him. Especially if your car has a warranty on it I definitely wouldn t go here.. I spent weeks stressing and losing money. While they keep trying to get more money out of me trying to start a new claim for a current issue that was never completely fixed. Save yourself the stress

Paid $709 Saturday to fix the fuel injection and three days later the problem is back. It s so frustrating. I really hope these people know what they re doing. I feel like we just wasted time and money.

Brought my car in for a value cover gasket replacement also timing beltI had already brought an alternator back in May just recently I had to buy another one due to oil leaking STILL!The worst experience I ve ever had .. also the I took it to another shop they told me it was the valve cover gasket than I call tire plus they said it s another part that I wasn t aware about which I understand that the leak just started but there was no resolution I didn t even want them touching my car againThe phone even kept disconnecting the guy only called back one time than I kept calling back & no one answeredTHE WORST !

Appointment for 9/30. Dropped cat off the night before.Front tire and alignment.Get a call saying I need 4 tires. I was expecting to buy a second, but four? I only have 25,000 miles on the car, with two tires replaced at a better tires plus locatuon, at 7500 and 8500 miles.When I get the call that it's finished, he tells me I need and oil change (sticker would have showed I just had one done) and a battery charge (I mean seriously, isn't that what an alternator does). Most of my settings were off (seat, lights, etc..I did a cash/card payment, and after the transaction was completed with the till closing, Sebastian still had the money in his hand then put it into his pocket. I am no expert, but have worked retail management in the last 14ish years, and I don't see why that would happen. I was surprised my invoice was in their computer.

Wanted to change my review to a one star, two at the most. Had new tires put on truck. Took two hours. Oh, I did get two new trailer tires also.Thought they would reset tire pressure sensor monitor but they didn't.Maybe Discount Tires will be getting a new customer

James got me in and out quickly and professionally. I appreciate that he gave me different tires, prices and ratings. I needed high mileage tires and he got me a good deal on a tire that was specifically for high mileage. They had cheaper tires but he explained I would pay less in the Ned and I am very happy with his service and the tires. They need more people like him in the world.

BEWARE: they were careless with my car and gashed my rim trying to remove a lug nut and insisted that they could remove it instead of letting me go to the local dealership. Corporate has washed their hands of the situation and said they deny my claim from their careless workers. Will not be going back to them or buying Bridgestone/Firestone products anymore.

Dropped car for alignment and tire rotation. Got a call that car is ready for pickup. Paid service and went home. Two days later found out that car tires had never been rotated ( marked tires front and rear) and I asked for the alignment report, they can t find it.

Donovan and Christian are great! I dropped my truck off for an alignment @ 2:45 with no appointment. There were 2 cars ahead of me. They work until 6:25 on my alignment, they close at 6. Horrible! Very rude employees. I was told it would take 1-11/2 hours to change my tires. At 2 hours I looked and no one was even working on my car, all they had done was take the old tires off and I was told it would be another 30 minutes. I will never go back, I should have used the place across the street. I also had an appointment but I walked to CVS and shopped and by the time I got back they had not even taken my car in to the bay. I wasted 3 hours on my Sunday for a job that only required 45 minutes. Oh and the phone rang constantly but no one bothered to answer it.

Be very careful of this place. Very misleading. Do not believe what they advertise online. Drove 30 mins to get there to get wheel alignment. Person at the front desk said the $20 off coupon only apply if I get the very expensive premium life time warranty package. I didn't even know there were 2 wheel alignment packages. The person I spoke to on the phone when I schedule the appointment did not mention it. He is just say $109 plus tax. Coupon Said Life time warranty so I assumed that the alignment job comes with life time warranty. They should have made it very clearly on the coupon that there are 2 plans, and this coupon only apply to the lifetime warranty one. Very very rude and unprofessional. Extremely poor business practices. They Rather let me walk out of the door as an unhappy customer over $20 and loose a good customer.

Throughout my entire experience dealing with my accident Robert made it such a smooth and stress-free environment for me. He helped me through every-step and went out of his way to even give me a ride home after seeing how flustered I was. This is definitely a place I will come back to if I need ANYTHING! Robert is an amazing Manager and should get his flowers for being so caring and compassionate towards others in need. It s not enough managers like him. Thank you guys again for all your help! I would give this place Zero rating if I could. Very Poor, Rude Customer service. I came in with a nail in my tire and they gave me a bogus story that they could not patch my tire because the tire was over 4 years old and wanted to sell me a new tire for $200. I went to Discount Tire: Excellent customer service, patched my tire for $21. I DO NOT recommend Tires Plus!Service: Tires

Great place if you need a quick oil change or Tire Work!However, ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION if they are diagnosing something on your vehicle's engine. We heard some pretty severe engine knocking ~50 miles after we got an oil change with Tires Plus and decided to have them check it out. After their "diagnostic", their store manager gave us the dreaded "it's probably time to get a new vehicle" call, and suggested in his professional opinion that it will require a new engine and is not worth keeping the vehicle to repair it. We picked up the vehicle, super bummed on the news of having to potentially scrap a car with 130k miles on it. On the way home, I turned the A/C off to and the clicking stopped... I guess their "diagnostic tests" didn't include the simple task of turning off the A/C and checking all components of the serpentine belt LOL! Turns out its just a loose and broken compressor but the major combustion components of the engine are still fine (aka not worthy of scraping).Long story short: Great place for tires and oil change, nice people and fair prices, but be cautious when they start treading into the "plus" categories of their name. If they tell you it's not worth fixing.. please please get another opinion before wasting money and materials.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I paid for road hazard at the time I purchased two new tires. Had a flat took it in dropped it off assuming it would be replaced as any other tire place they don t say anything about a price so I go pick up my car to find out they want $40 ..I paid $70 for the new tire..!! What was the point in selling me a $15 road hazard? Crooks..!!Service: Tires
